I used to love Papa John's but lately haven't been as pleased. The last two times I've ordered ahead pickup and I get notification that they're complete 30 min early. I set a time for a reason because that's when I plan to pick up so then I get not fresh pizza. Plus, last night I had two sets of bread sticks and both were burnt. They were done 30 min before I came to pick up and no one thought to remake them?! I usually don't check before I drive home but if I order here again I guess I will have to be my own quality control.

This was my first time ordering Papa Johns, it was ordered through Door Dash. The food arrived in a very timely manner, but the quality was absolutely horrible! First, the pizza and wings were cold and I am only a few minutes away, there were no other deliveries before me. The pizza tasted like chewy saltine crackers with a very sweet and thick sauce, was not good....the wings were very burnt and looked like small black cockroaches! Probably the worst wings I have ever had! To sum it up, the food was horrible! To add to the experience, I was sick throwing up most of the night! I did not eat any other food with this, so it is suspect this was the cause. It was a rough night and I ended up throwing most of the food in the trash! Absolute garbage, poor quality. I spoke with the manager Chris this morning at the store where it was made, he was useless and not courteous. I asked for a refund and he said he could not do that. Also, he said "no one else got sick, so it couldnt have been our food that caused it..." Worthless service and poor attitude! I will never again be ordering from Papa Johns! If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was that bad! I gave them a chance to resolve this before this review, but Chris seemed very disinterested. It was definitely not worth $45 for one large pizza and 6 wings. Horrible experience!!

So the last couple times we ordered the app said the pizza was "on its way". then 20+ minutes later it finally shows up. we are like 5 minutes from the store. both times the pizza was warn...not hot....the cheese was already getting solid. they must make multiple stops. not good. 3/28/23 - Update. This store is pretty close to us, so we just order take out now. It seems quicker and with the app you can track when its done, so we pick it up nice and hot.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with more information on how your company manages the distribution of its advertising materials and whether you have any programs in place to promote sustainability. Additionally, I would like to know what steps you are taking to ensure that your promotional materials do not contribute to litter in our community. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. Brought them home and we're incredibly disappointed with the quality of the pizza. Then a few hours later both of us had violent diarrhea. Contacted the customer service on their website, gave all my contact info & my order information. No one replied. Very disappointed

POV: It's nighttime and you're thinking about pizza. You randomly remeniesse about how good Papa John's was when you were 18 and constantly ordering their BBQ chicken pizza in college. Against you better judgement - you order BBQ wings and green chili cheese sticks through delivery. (you're one person- you're not ordering a whole pizza) To your dismay, the boneless wings taste like they came out a microwave, and the green chili bread sticks seems to have more salt of them than anything and are strangely soggy. You will never remeniesse about Papa Johns again and feel ripped off. Two stars because the green chili had good flavor to it.

Don’t bother calling for pizza from this place. The phone gets answered by multiple employees that sound miserable. Then when you ask for the specials they huff and exhale then tell you the specials with attitude. I canceled it and drove 15 minutes out to a different location just because my family wanted papa Johnson specifically.
