Amazing service and great location if you want something more relaxed and quiet. The staff are so helpful and go above and beyond to help with any issues and ensure you’re having the best experience possible on Gili T. Great spot to watch the sunset. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it and party, you will need to hire a bicycle or horse to get to the other side (bars seem to be around the harbour, on the opposite side to the resort). Rooms are clean and bed is super comfortable. Had some of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time! Air con is great too. Bathroom is outdoors which feels fitting for a tropical resort. There isn’t much hot water but when it’s so hot outside, it didn’t bother us much. My only negative is the rooms have touch screen buttons. Would prefer these to be real buttons to control blinds and lights etc. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Gili T again. The staff made our experience 10/10.

What a beautiful resort this is, a bit far from the harbour, which I liked it as we felt in peace in this beautiful island. The room is absolutely beautiful and I’ve really liked the fact that the shower/toilet is situated on the end of the room but on the outside, there is cover but there is also a part of it that is open. The staff is super friendly and hospitable, we’ve met some really nice people including the manager and supervisors that truly helped us in many situations. I got really sick one day and they were super helpful and attentive. The food was the best I’ve ever experienced in any resort that I’ve stayed in Bali.

I recently stayed at Kardia Resort, a place that really stands out for its luxury and hospitality. The surroundings are breathtaking, and the service is top-notch, making you feel truly special from the moment you arrive. The attention to detail by the staff was heartwarming, and the resort's amenities like the stunning pool and luxurious rooms were beyond my expectations. It's more than just a hotel; it's a comforting and elegant oasis. However, I think there's room for improvement in the dining area. The breakfast variety was a bit limited and the food quality didn't quite meet the high standards of the resort. Also, the ice cream machine wasn't working, and I experienced some issues with the internet connection. Despite these small hiccups, my stay at Kardia Resort was an unforgettable experience, and it's definitely a place I'd recommend, albeit with a few tweaks needed in the dining and connectivity departments.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Away from the port and busy areas. Staff every single one security, checking in, cleaning, wait staff, bartender were beyond fabulous!!! We booked a turtle trip and bikes with them on WhatsApp. I loved saying hello each person each day. So many beautiful kind people. Our room was perfect and loved the sunset, fire dance, open mic, the pools/cabana & clean healthy meals and beverages. Thank you so much Kardia Team we highly recommend this place!! Your sustainability efforts don’t go unnoticed!!

We loved this Hotel so much. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. I always felt so welcome. Actually everything was perfect. From the rooms, to the food, the Shows, the overall experience. Im so grateful we got to meet everyone. The waiters and barkeepers always made sure we had a great time, it was so easy to talk to everyone. Thanks to everyone!!! Highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived at Kardia Resort and was greeted by Kirsty at reception I was made to feel like a VIP. Every member of staff that I met greeted me with warmth and a happy smile, it seemed like they loved working there. The room was flawless and every detail was covered from towels, robes, flip flops and slippers right down to the toiletries and water in the rooms. Nothing was too much trouble and requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The restaurant had a fun vibe and the entertainment was outstanding with a fire dance performance on my first night. The only issues I had was with the spa but when this was queried with the management it was dealt with to my satisfaction and did not end up tainting my experience. If a spa treatment is your thing just make sure you check that you received exactly what you have been charged for! If I travel back to Bali and Gili Trawangan I would not hesitate to book into Kardia for a few days R&R, thank you for looking after us so well.

Fantastic location away from the busy “main” area - by the harbour. Really easy to hire bikes and cycle around the whole island. You’re on the sunset side so the views are gorgeous. Very romantic hotel 🥰

We stayed for 4 nights at Kardia and absolutely loved every aspect of it. ✅️ The rooms. Beautifully decorated and clean. Ice cold air con that was perfect to return to after a day in the sun. ✅️ The pools. It was such a highlight to be able to go for a morning swim outside our room surrounded by lush tropical gardens. We also loved the front pool with a swim up bar which was perfect for seeing the sunset. ✅️ The location. Kardia is on the more "chilled" side of the island which was nice to escape to from the busy other side. We hired bikes each day (organised through a contact at the front desk) and biked around to different spots. I recommend asking for a bike with lights for night time biking. ✅️ The food and drinks. Breakfast was a highlight with yum savoury and sweet options, perfect flat white coffees and juices. We also had dinner here most nights with cocktails, beers etc all highly enjoyable. They usually have live acoustic music on in the evenings which really sets the scene. ✅️ The staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you to all the hardworking staff at Kardia - From Bryan at the front desk, to the restaurant team, to the cocktail maker guys, to the many garden staff helping to keep Kardia looking lush - Thank you! 💚

If you are looking for a place to rest, relax and have the best attention this is the right place, the attitude of all the staff is the best I found on the island. excellent food common areas and more. We stayed 3 days, in ocean view room. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Also went to restaurant, there was a perfect sunset view. Everyone was kind. It was a so nice stay! I want to go to here again

Hands down best hotel stay of our 3 week trip. We had the private villa with a pool and wow wow wow is all I can say, it was beautiful. The service was exceptional and the food was really good. The location is away from the harbour but we wanted that, the vibe in and around the hotel was so peaceful and beautiful. I would recommend this hotel over and over again.
