This has been absolutely my favorite food I've had in Gili Air, the only unfortunate part is my husband and I found it on our last night in Gili Air (we’ll be going back for breakfast tomorrow morning before we leave). Aena (our waitress and owner) was extremely accommodating and recommended to us her favorite Indonesian dishes. The rendang was very unique and my favorite dish yet in Indonesia. I highly recommend visiting here. The best food is found off the beaches, so explore the interior of the island and definitely try Family Cafe! Woman owned and operated, of course another reason to visit and support! :)

Very friendly staff. Good variety of delicious food for a really good price! Also you get a very good portion. Today was the first day they opened. We will definitely go there again! 😋

Love coming here! Feeling like part of the family here. So much fun trying out a new tropical juice combinations every day. We started a game of guessing what's in the drink. And the food is just so delicious and tasty! I always forget to take a photo before tucking in.

The Family Cafe is the ideal spot on Gili Air to eat local food in a local place. The owner is very kind and above all, the food is really really delicious. The juices were tasty and the iced tea was very good too :)

Found food heaven on Gili Air! We spent 4 days on the island, eating at least one time a day here. Traditional food is delicious - fell in love with Tempe (with Cashew / on a burger / manis). Staff is super welcoming & attentive. Waiting time is definitely worth it. Get a fresh mango lassi or ice coffee to make the most of it. Prices are more than fair.

It was a nice place at the very end of Gili Air main road. Cozy place with diverse menu. Orderes their baguette here and it's amaazing! They also deliver but slow response in chat, better call directly!

Food was delicious, super tasty! Staff was very kind so I really recommend this place if you want to have a cheap and very good meal!

We just arrived in Gili air and decided to try this restaurant because of the great reviews. We had a great dinner, kids chose some western meals and we tried the Indonesian curries! The Rendang curry was delicious. Very friendly staff, engaging and happy. We will be back <3 thank u

My wife and I stayed on Gili Air for 5 days and we ate here at least once each day. The food is by far the best we had on the island and Anna is such a lovely host and always made us feel really welcome. We will definitely be back.

Our family's favorite affordable restaurant on the Island! We ate here many times and couldn't recommend it enough. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the setting is peaceful! Try the Sate Ayam with chicken! It was perfect :D

Food was delicious. We had beef rendang and Mie Goreng. My partner said the rendang was the best he'd ever had. Also the family that runs the Warung is lovely. The chef even came out to see if we were enjoying the meal.

Great little place in the middle of the island. Very chilled and cozy with nice music. The garlic bread with mozzarella was the real deal and the spring rolls super fresh and tasty. Nasi Goreng was delicious! And of course - super cheap. Highly recommend

Fantastic place. My only regret was to find this place only on our last night in the Island. Chicken rendang is delicious. Best place for some authentic Indonesian food in the Gili air without any doubt!

Simple small cheap meals. I've eaten there twice, getting the spring rolls to take to my hotel after the meal (I really liked them, 3 large spring rolls instead of the usual 6 you get in Asia). The Mexican food was only OK, but what should I have expected. Service was quick.

Fresh tasty home cooked food. Service is quick and DIN IS AMAZING! We stayed on Gili Air for a month and ate here twice a day everyday. Great options for vegetarians and meat lovers. Cosy spot in the middle of the island. Optional seating for a chill feet up, smoothie kinda vibe and also loads of room for big or small family/friend dinners.

Small, a little bit hidden Warung. Super friendly and sweet staff with great food made with love and cheap prices. We ordered saté ayam and Urap Urap. Both were delicious and a good portion.

Yes, this was indeed the best place we have eaten in during our holidays on the Gilis. Beef rendang was just so delicious, same as Satay. Super friendly family, with perfectly fresh cooked Khmer kitchen. The fruit shake was 100 % fruit, nowhere else did we taste so much jummy fruit in a shake. One lady was even pregnant in their last weeks, serving food and drinks being more than just lovely. Thank you very much for a great service. You made our day, without even knowing it.
