Review
is
more
specific
towards
a
cooking
class
that
we
took
here.
Myself
and
my
partner
attended
a
cooking
class
with
the
head
chef
Hero
here
and
honestly
looking
back
on
it,
it
was
dreadful.
We've
since
taken
a
cooking
class
in
Thailand
which
was
very
informative
and
we
actually
did
95%
of
the
cooking
ourselves.
When
attending
Hero's
cooking
class
he
tended
to
repeat
the
same
information
over
and
over
and
seemed
distracted.
When
it
came
to
our
involvement
in
the
class,
all
we
really
did
was
pound
a
pestle
and
mortar
for
various
curry
pastes.
That
was
it.
Hero
really
made
the
dishes
himself,
throwing
a
variety
of
ingredients
in
without
a
care
or
without
any
real
discussion,his
seemingly
on
a
whim.
It
was
a
stark
contrast
to
the
class
we
took
since
which
allowed
us
to
choose
our
own
6
dishes
from
a
menu
to
cook.
And
the
worst
of
it
all?
We
didn't
like
the
taste
of
any
of
the
dishes.
We
struggled
through
trying
to
eat
them
and
gave
up
fairly
quickly.
Hero
is
a
charasmatic
man
but
unfortunately
his
cooking
class,
at
least
in
our
experience,
was
absolutely
dreadful.
