Interesting museum. Despite its small size contains a remarkable amount of artefacts. The audio guide is excellent and the museum offers free wifi.

Not a large museum but very professionally displayed. The film is particularly interesting. The surround area with the narrow streets & stairs is amazing to walk around. The souvenir shop is also lovely to browse - so many things to buy!

This museum is a jewel in Girona not to be missed. Effectively presents the story of the Jewish community in this medieval town, from the 10th century to the Inquisition ion 1492. Through artifacts, stories and well described displays, it tells the story of the Jews growth and persecution.

An interesting museum to visit while in Girona. Use the audio guide to learn about the tragic history of the Jews in Girona and in Spain in general. The museum is laid out in different section so you can learn about the life of the Jewish community, traditions and ceremonies for many centuries ago.

Historical Jewish museum and Jewish quarters makes this place an interesting visit in Girona. Narrow alleys and mysterious turns make this place an unforgettable experience.

This was one of the museums I definitely wanted to visit while being in Girona. Extremely interesting, very well located and have 2 exhibitions: one temporary (which is free) and the permanent (2-4 euros/person). The temporary is not available in English, only the handbook, but the permanent can be followed in English. Walking through history, with the amazing audio guide I understood more about Jewish people and their culture and past. 10/10 recommend!

I visited this Museo on 18/12/22. Weeks later I find myself still reflecting on it. I’ve been to similar museums but ultimately I found this one rather exceptional. It has great information and translations are in Castellano, Catalán, and English. I would allow for 45min to 1.5 hr for the visit. Additionally the very sweet and kind lady work the desk first thing in morning was delightful and professional. Make this a stop if your in Griona.

Nearly all artifact explanations in three languages. Provided otherwise hard to find site based insight regarding the brief two centuries peace before the 1492-3 persecutions. Steep Geography of Surrounding neighborhoods compliment the depictions of daily 14th C living in exhibits.

Excellent discussion of the Jewish experience in Girona, and throughout the Mediterranean. Unfortunately the loss of this community gradually/ suddenly in the 1400's makes the finding of artifacts from this period challenging, leaving much to be filled in by descriptions.

The museum was small but we found our short visit here quite educational. There was a moment at the photo exhibit that was an emotional experience. The reception staff was lovely.

This was a very informative and heartbreaking museum right in the heart of the Oldest part of Girona. One is transported back in time and the history was well presented without a lot of sentimentality.

Good display - but quite a few printed board, little low on actual exhibits.

Excellent experience! Really great job of discussing and showing the history!! The entrance was 4€ and there is a audio guide. I learned so much about what happened to the Jewish community in Girona. Definitely suggest all tourists to visit. It is very organized and we'll thought of. Very informative

It's really interesting, has a lot to give and also has two small gardens perfect to take pictures during the summer time!

An interesting and moving bit of history. The signage could have been more consistent. I do not understand why museums do not do a better job of lighting here in Spain. BIZARRE,really, as one is there to see things on display,no?

The museum was interesting well laid out. The main language on all signs is Catalan. You have to look one or 2 paragraphs down for English. It is there just look. Also, there are QR codes for different languages and there are cards by the walls in the different rooms that explain the history.

Worth visiting. It explains all the historical data back to the days when Girona was a mix of races, ethnicities and religions. They have some interesting archaeological findings too.

Very interesting displays but staff were unhelpful and rude. We weren’t able to get an audio guide from her.

It depends if you’re interested in the history. Still a nice place to look around and there is free wifi and audio guide
