Half
the
staff
is
not
useful.
They
have
self
check
out
cashier
but
some
products
are
not
properly
referenced.
Staff
cannot
handle
requests
fast
as
well.
A
large
part
of
products
are
made
in
China
(PRC)
and
their
selling
price
is
3
to
6
times
what
they
cost
to
make.
Multiple
items
I
purchased
are
defective
or
do
not
work
as
intended.
They
also
offer
products
under
the
same
brand
as
in
France
but
they
have
a
lower
quality
(even
a
staff
from
a
French
Leroy
Merlin
store
in
Perpignan
mentioned
this
to
me
and
I
confirm
it
as
I
purchased
the
same
products
to
try...
it's
day
and
night
for
the
same
price).
It's
a
shame!
Also
installation
cost
for
pellet
stove
is
ridiculous!
Just
get
a
budget
from
a
local
installer..
half
price.
Leroy
Merlin
priced
me
1000
euros
for
installation.
I
installed
it
for
98
euros.
I
call
this
thieves.
They
should
train
their
staff
and
source
more
products
inside
Europe/Middle
East/Africa/
America.
We
go
there
because
there
is
a
lot
of
choice
but
I
believe
we
would
save
time
and
money
by
sometimes
going
to
a
smaller
local
store.
Something
you
guys
have
to
understand
is
that
if
users
leave
review
here
they
don't
wanna
go
to
Leroy
Merlin's
website
to
write
the
same
thing.
If
u
don't
get
that,
fire
your
head
of
customer
service.
Many
prices
at
checkout
aren't
the
same
as
in
the
shop!
That
is
unacceptable.
Pay
attention.
A
lot
to
improve
in
this
shop!
