    This is the biggest Leroy Merlin store I have seen, it's massive with free parking in the very clean underground car park, the store is super sized and fully stocked.

    The undeniable pro of the store is a good stock, so you can browse items, pick whatever you like and take it home the same day. However, the delivery service is a nightmare! The advertised "3 day delivery" verges on false advertisement claims. I have made a few orders here and the best-case was 2 day delay in delivery, the worst - was a full month!

    Bought an inverter, the package was opened and had obviously been returned once but I didn’t mind. Tried it, it was broken. Took it back and got it changed for another one. Also in a used packet, also broken. I will get a refund I guess but it’s a bit disappointing.

    Really unfriendly employees that are never available to help. each time you ask something to anyone they just say, not my section, or why don't you check it online, only the guys on the plumbing and bathroom section were very helpful apart from them all the other sections were really rude and unprofessional I really wouldn't advise ask a question in the kitchen section it feels like you're bothering them like if too much of a hustle to answer questions so much attitude and rudness. I even asked, "Am I bothering you or something? They answer no, we're here to help? And still, they don't help they just say check it on the website??????

    Last year we had a fire in our house. We have been gradually getting it back to normal mainly thanks to a local lampistera. At the end of last year we asked for a quote from Leroy Merlin to refit our bathroom as they had such a good variety. The quote we received was 600 euros cheaper than our local shop. We decided to go ahead. Biggest mistake we have ever made. The firm employed Segurllar were disgraceful. No way were the installers qualified lampistas. First of all hot water did not work. They came to fix and the shower leaked and flooded the kitchen. They came again to repair and left me with a hole in kitchen ceiling which they have still not repaired. Whilst I am happy with the products the service is very bad. The sales person Gala Brito was very helpful when selling but has not replied to my Emails since the problems happened.     Completely wasted my time. Made an order 4 weeks ago, never arrived. I contact multiple times, each time I'm told new information which contradicts what the last person said. I was told that I had to visit the store (a 40 minute drive, each way) to have the refund processed. I arrive and they tell me the order was going to arrive at my address, today, which was a complete lie. Nothing has arrived, still no refund, a lot of wasted time and money for absolutely disgraceful business practice.

    Great store! The staff are very helpful and supportive. Even if they don’t speak English, they will find Simeón who does OR use a translator on the phone. The guy who helped me was an absolute legend. Very friendly and helpful! The only issue is their website… it has to be refreshed because it’s very hard to navigate and find products there.

    Dog can go inside, friendly staff and good prices. The parking is good but the one thing is the computer stock system, they say it's maintained off site... it is completely useless and inaccurate and can not be trusted. Delivery options are also crazy crazy expensive (it's like you pay for the delivery, payments on the truck, the drivers wages and his lunch and fuel). The cost of delivery is wrong and needs correcting. It is a service and not a way to pay for your trucks. This let them down so much.

    Half the staff is not useful. They have self check out cashier but some products are not properly referenced. Staff cannot handle requests fast as well. A large part of products are made in China (PRC) and their selling price is 3 to 6 times what they cost to make. Multiple items I purchased are defective or do not work as intended. They also offer products under the same brand as in France but they have a lower quality (even a staff from a French Leroy Merlin store in Perpignan mentioned this to me and I confirm it as I purchased the same products to try... it's day and night for the same price). It's a shame! Also installation cost for pellet stove is ridiculous! Just get a budget from a local installer.. half price. Leroy Merlin priced me 1000 euros for installation. I installed it for 98 euros. I call this thieves. They should train their staff and source more products inside Europe/Middle East/Africa/ America. We go there because there is a lot of choice but I believe we would save time and money by sometimes going to a smaller local store. Something you guys have to understand is that if users leave review here they don't wanna go to Leroy Merlin's website to write the same thing. If u don't get that, fire your head of customer service. Many prices at checkout aren't the same as in the shop! That is unacceptable. Pay attention. A lot to improve in this shop!

    Carla attended us today at the checkout in the garden section. She was not only very kind to me, but also helped me get a customer card. Being a foreigner, it's still a bit difficult for me, but patience paid off. At the end, I had a very positive experience. I will definitely be back, and I am very grateful to Carla for her kindness.
