Had an urgent need to sleep over in Kigali and opted for Dove hotel as i kindda liked the name and the price ($50 per night for a standard room with breakfast). I didn't get enough time to read reviews so I hopped onto the cab from the Airport with my fingers crossed 😁. The drive was a smooth 15mins drive with no hassles except like 6 police check points as there's a curfew in town from 10pm cos of covid. The hotel isn't bad at all but grossly understaffed with just 1 receptionist acting as a porter, checkin officer and everything else! I got in a little before 11pm and the kitchen was closed (fair enough) but the only staff was kind to get me water and soda 1hr after my request 😅 . He was really stretched as many other guests checked in too.... The room was ok with a functional Air conditioner....but the bathroom / shower had lots of black stains (fungi) showing lack of appropriate care....this is a biggg NO for me! I was served breakfast, lunch, dinner before I checked out the next night and the reservation manager was kind enough to allow me pay half price for late checkout by 10pm.

Thank you for being swift and on time to the airport and doing a beautiful pickup straight to the hotel. You have a responsive staff and the rooms are clean. The food is all good and things are generally cool. The only challenge? Mosquitos (even with repellant and nets). Please, find a real solution to this.

Beautiful place with good swimming pool, good restaurant, there is also a church inside, beautiful rooms, good customer. But there is no alcoholic drinks

It was a cool place and very affordable and their service is okay. In terms of internet, I would recommend you get a local line at the MTN office it’s cost 500 Rwanda Franc and internet is very affordable to use.

Good place, here customer is a King

This is good when searching for a Hotel where you can rest without any disturbance. However, if you drink alcohol you will have trouble because they only serve soft drinks.

It's a clean, tranquil hotel with places to park. The restaurant here has good meals. Waiters are friendly. You can view Kigali's hill top from the restaurant's balcony. Nice place!

Nice 3 star hotel with simple rooms. Single beds are a bit to small but with firm mattresses. The food is good but sometimes runs out if there is a big group. Good swimming pool and quite environment.

It was a great week! The rooms are nice, clean, big and comfortable. Some are really high quality with jacuzzi! We were in 44 people and we really enjoyed. The director and all the workers were great, we had a really good time. Also the food is very good and different. The surrounding area is also very nice, we enjoyed from the terrazza watch outside. Thanks Dove hotel for this special week

This is a hotel owned by The Pentecostal church of Rwanda, located in Gusozi sector, Gasabo district, Kigali city.

The services was really good, rooms was clean with privacy and there were silence along all night. It was good to stay.

Really nice hotel but they can do a lot better! The hygiene isn’t great and the rooms will fall apart sooner! They need a better manager asap to save the day! They have great equipment in the rooms but seem neglected! The beddings didn’t smell fresh and clean, they were stained too! The bath was very stained and didn’t appear cleaned after the last user! The ac and fridge worked well! The food was great and prompt!
