We stayed at the 2bhk apartment. To start with, the check in process was very smooth and staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is extremely well maintained and beautifully done up. The building, Iconia, seems new and very posh. It has an upscale lobby. The owners of lemon spaces are very friendly and always available for any help. They gave us early check in which was very helpful. Overall the apartment has all the amenities of any luxury hotel and we can easily order food using local delivery apps. They also have a nice smart TV with Netflix access! Would definitely recommend Lemon spaces to everyone!

It was the worst experience we stayed in room 618 .The room was dirty, mildew around the shower and water leaking out from the shower on to the bathroom floor. Dirty walls all around the apartment and grease all around the kitchen sink ,burnt iron board After my complaining about the water leak they sent to fix it but they left a trail of dirt and mud on the floor from the janitor's shoes all over the apartment and they never came to clean it Ms. Farah is the responsible for customer service and unfortunately she did not care about my concerns or try to make us comfortable. I do not recommend Lemon Spaces. I attached few pictures

I stayed a few nights in a Lemon Space apartment in Zamalek with my husband. We had an amazing time. The communication before and during the stay was great and clear. We got a complimentary breakfast the first morning, which really kept us full for the whole day. The kitchen has basic equipments but is very very clean and neat. There is a Nespresso machine and if you finished the cups that are left for you there is a store just around the corner. The Wi-Fi wasn't amazing, but above average for Egypt tbh. We for sure recommend this place.

Location and is great in heart of cairo . Zamalek is my favorite district old but gold . You will find wonderful Italian resturant and bakery . Lemon Space is located at iconia building . Check out the resturant and code shop inside iconia

Stayed at Lemon Spaces - Zamalek (Iconia) for 4 nights during my business trip. And it was one of the best accommodation experiences. I was taken a friendly care by the Lemon Spaces team from the moment of booking and till the end of my trip. Check-in and Check-out went very smooth and easy. Booked Sunny 1BR apartment which was absolutely adorable! It's was a cosy, very-well furnished apartment which a meaningful design and authentic style. Apartment had everything for a comfortable stay with appropriate amenities provided. Special thanks for an extremely comfortable bed - made my sleep so relaxing after working days. Nespresso Coffee machine made my mornings sweet and joyful. Wi-Fi was perfect also! Outside the apartment there are a number of cafes where you can enjoy your meal or coffee, great bookshop with an awesome choice of books and even a small pool in the yard. Iconia location is so convenient for the city centre - you can literally reach lots of places within a few driving minutes! It was my second stay with Lemon Spaces and again it was an outstanding hospitality experience! I would highly recommend Lemon Spaces both for business and leisure travels!

Regrettably, their service lacks reliability. The discrepancy between the initially displayed rate on the website and the actual rate upon opening the space's link raises concerns. Despite securing a space and requesting a 24-hour hold, subsequent communication about payment revealed an unexpected 30% increase in the rate. When questioning this discrepancy, the explanation provided was that rates are dynamic and subject to change. Despite having the space reserved, attempts to resolve the matter with management were met with an unconvincing 10% discount offer. Follow-up promises of a managerial callback went unfulfilled, with repeated attempts to contact them proving futile. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
