The worst experince Ive had on my life in the hotel I was with my friends for the first time in Gjilan and my friends as always same room and the price was as walways we showed up on the loby and the they say a ridicolous price we spoke with a manager he was no mangaer at all speaking what if and maybes the hotel was dirty very small the staff on the restaurant was great by the way but I travel all in europe and is crazy lack of responbility by the staf and anyone who read this if you go its gone be a MISTAKE MISTAKE im leaving one star as i cant leve negative 1000000000000000000 stars

Das war das schlimmste Hotel in dem ich war absolut alles war kaputt. Die Toiletten stinken, deswegen muss man immer die Tür zu machen. Ich wollte nach einem Tag auschecken, da ich bezahlt habe, haben sie gesagt, dass sie mir mein Geld nicht zurück geben. Das Frühstück war fettig und mit einer kaputten Tomate verziert.

Excellent service. The food is always very good. A beautiful old place that reminds me of the heyday of the 1970s in a glamorous way. I have never stayed in the rooms, but love the restaurant.

unfreundliche Rezeptionistin, leere viagra verpackung in die schublade gefunden von die vorgänger ,bei der duschkabine lief das wasser nicht ab daher sammelte sich das duschwasser auf dem boden der badezimmer, unhygienisch. der Aufzug roh stark nach schimmel, weil keller unter wasser stand deshalb modriges geruch im keller Toiletten. das Frühstück sehr mager, immer das gleiche. nicht weiter zu empfählen dieser hotel.
