Ich bin ein langjähriger Gast bei Astoria und war immer sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber und dem Personal ist das Wohlergehen der Gäste sehr wichtig. Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich fühle mich da immer sehr gut aufgehoben. Jederzeit wieder. TOP!

Rooms, bath are good. Poor noise insulation, especially on the main road side. Hotel prices are overrated for this region. Restaurant offers various dishes with acceptable prices. A medium quality rating would be correct.

I think its not so clean like must be, and it was very cold in the room, they tried to improve smth but just a little, the room was big with balcony, number 302, the breakfast was ok, the stuff doesnt speak english well but are very polite and helpful, tbe chair in the room isn't comfortable, you cant work with your laptop on the table

I came here to use the spa and the sauna. None of em work. All their equipment is out of order. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Just spent 5 nights with the family at this hotel - was an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend - the staff were all so accommodating and friendly, especially Faredin, who was willing to cater to our every need. The rooms were large and spacious and we had 2 extra beds but still had plenty of room. We all really enjoyed the swimming pool and spa centre and we were able to invite guests to enjoy these facilities with us. We were also offered a late check out as we had a night flight back home. We are already planning our next visit!

Das letzte Wochenende war ich bei euch, der Service und das Essen hat mir sehr gefallen! Obwohl es viel zu tun hatte wurden meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Meine Suite war auch sehr schön, meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Ich bedanke mich und freue mich auf das nächste mal!

Die Zimmern sind sehr modern und sehr Qualitativ ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und Super Nettes Personal, ich kann Astoria nur weiterempfehlen jederzeit Gerne.

Ich war schon ein paar Mal dort, es war sehr schön, ich werde wieder hingehen auf jeden Fall, tolles Hotelzimmer, Sauberkeit, freundlich, sicher, zuvorkommend.

The Personal is kind and always helps when needed. There was no Problem with parking which means a lot to us. Fast and stable Wifi ! Very clean and the food is amazing. From now on this will be our go to Hotel when we need to relax and get rest from the stress.

Really old building. Hair dryer at the room was not working. There was an ironing table, but when I asked for an iron, they couldn’t bring any. Check-out was ridiculous. They started talking to me but then switched to a group and kept me waiting for 20 minutes. Not to mention that the women didn’t believe when I said that I haven’t used the minibar and she sent someone to check. Then she says to me “the room is okay”. I mean, I know… :)

Excellent hotel We are currently staying at the Astoria hotel! We must say it is a luxurious hotel with everything you will need for your stay. The restaurant food is delicious and very good value for money. The rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had ordered a taxi with the hotel to pick us up from Pristina airport, and we were concerned originally because of the fire in Luton airport and our plane being delayed that the taxi wouldn’t be there to our utter delight and amazement. The taxi driver was there, dressed in a suit, with our name written on a big piece of paper for convenience 😁 in the bathroom you have EVERYTHING in there for your vacation eg bathrobe, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, even a razor and shaving foam. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a small gym, swimming pool and spa…. My husband and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this hotel.

Waren für 4 Nächte im Hotel. Standort so weit so gut, etwas am Rande der Stadt. Parkplätze vorne und hinten genug (hinten reserviert für Hotelgäste, direkter Eingang zum Lift) Check-In war angenehm und freundlich. Wir hatten die Deluxe Suite für 120€ pro Nacht, Zimmer war soweit super! Hatten einen Balkon, eine freistehende Badewanne sowie eine Dusche & Toilette. Schaut super aus, qualitativ jedoch nicht die besten Materialien. Auf den ersten Blick total luxuriös, beim genaueren Hinschauen sieht man dann etwas den Pfusch.. :-) aber völlig okey. Restaurant unten finde ich persönlich sehr gut, Preis Leistung ist super. Wlan verfügbar und kostenlos. Negatives : - Pizza im Restaurant nicht wirkich fein. - Morgenessen eher schlicht, fast keine Auswahl. - Kaffee/ Orangensaft einfach aus normaler Flasche/Kartom - nur 1 Lift, zum Teile eher lange Wartezeiten - Sehr viel lärm.. Zimmer war zur Strassenseite, Lärm bis 4/5 Uhr Morgens.. laute Autos fuhren hoch und runter. Alles kein Problem.. wenn sie nicht 10-20x die gleiche Runde machen würden.. Würde das Hotel soweit aber weiter empfehlen.

The worst hotel than ever I was in my life.We went to a spa, we traveled 3 hours to go there, before to start we called and they said spa centar works and everything is perfect.. When we arrived there the sauna did not work, the Jacuzzi whirlpool it was cold plus dirty unbelievable,the hammam Turkish bath did not work, plus it was cold frozen all spa.it was terrible. We left after 20 min,Then I went in resection to spoke with them and just looked me like animals with out any answer on my guestion.. After I called manager of hotel and I said nothing is work's this is a shame.we traveled 3 hours for nothing just to destroy our day. And imagine maneger she did not even make the move to give us bad the money that u paid. CROOKS far away of this hotel..

With all due respect, this cannot be considered a luxury hotel. It is currently a club with nice rooms to crash in afterwards. (To be fair, I would totally recommend it for this use case.) As a hotel however, our main point of concern was the music from the hotels own club. This was so loud you could recognize every song immediately in the hotel rooms, and this on every night of the week. It turned out this is completely avoidable if they just closed the club windows. After a few days, we had our strategy refined to the point where we could get them to close the windows of the club within less than an hour (!) of intermittent, but intense negotiation. The rest of the hotel is acceptable at 2-5star level. The breakfast buffet also really needs a priority shift from quantity to quality (eg. the 5kg of sausages for less than a dozen guests were wrinkly from drying in their chaffing dish so long). Fresh, decent bread and something like actual croissants would also be a huge plus here. The a la carte food was ok to excellent. Rooms were very nice, albeit could use some fixing (both towel and toilet paper holder falling off) and cleaning. Service was very diverse, from people that imho should find a different occupation (we were ridiculed by the 45yr-bodybulder-on-coke receptionist for wanting a reasonably quiet room after midnight), many of them seem willing, but do not seem to be trained to actively look out for their customers needs, hence limiting themselves to following their bosses orders. On the high end of the scale, you have employees like Mr. Lomi R., memorizing how we like our morning coffee, tracking down our babys spoon in the kitchen, in short taking care of all those things you appreciate in luxury hotels.
