This soft play really needs updating to be honest. When searching for a soft play to take the kids, it says in the Google description Ruff and tumble soft play (new and improved), this is very misleading. Personally I did not see anything new and improved. The pictures it looks clean and tidy but it’s far from the pictures it’s actually very run down and needs a good clean. When I arrived I pressed the buzzer a good few times and maybe waited over 5/10 minutes before a member of staff came and let us in. When we went inside it wasn't all that busy, a member of staff was sitting down and the second joined her after letting us in. None of the toddlers toys work and some are broken. The toilets were really smelly and when I went to use them I noticed the toilet seats are also broken. The flies in the place have taken over. The fly killer in the corner has that much dead flies in it it’s jam packed and they have fallen out on to the floor. They’re that much flies they actually started to make me itch and had to leave 40minutes into the kids play time. It’s over priced and there was no way I was eating here as the kitchen looked like it needed a good scrub too. A member of staff was walking about with a Gtech hoover hoovering up food and even that was filled to the brim with flies. To be honest I don’t know how I lasted 40minutes in the place. It would really need a revamp and cleaned from top to bottom before I would visit again.

Took my baby to the baby room they have, set up of the room is okay but nothing special. Broken toys with no batteries and very dirty, atleast give them a wipe down with antibac once in a while if you don’t want to replace them. The staff weren’t exactly the friendliest either. Rung the bell outside to be assisted and didn’t get a “hello” or anything. Unsure what the other area is like for the older kids but I would avoid the baby room like the plague - literally!

Place is filthy to be honest. My little one caught a nasty bug after being here and i wonder why? Could really be a decent softplay if it was looked after. None of the toys in the baby room work and there bits of food stuck in corners. Also none of the machines work with no 'out of order' sign on them to tell people.

I felt the baby bit was a bit small as in the actual soft play area. They did have loads of toys out to play with and my child did enjoy himself. The staff where very friendly

Reviews are a hit and miss here. But here is my experience. Don’t like the layout, staff are not really around, play area is okay cleanliness wise. And seating is good especially the booth seating. The party room is small but there kids had a great time in the glow in the dark room, so o suppose that’s what matters and I can understand why there are a few bad reviews all in all, not the greatest but also not the worst. Would I return with my wee one. Yes I would. But general improvements can always be made.

Not been here in ages as my kids are all grown up. Came today with children from the nursery. Staff were great, went out of their way to make sure everything was ok. Enjoyed going on the soft play equipment.

My 10 month old wee one loved it, I followed her closely but she enjoyed playing with the toys and interacting with the other kids

Very well presented soft playground for children with reasonable entry price. My kids really enjoy their time
