Got here, couldn’t hear a thing at the payment point, told her I’d take the meal deal option which was the most expensive, she didn’t hear me, then tried to sell the most expensive option anyway. I just said ok, it’s clear she wasn’t listening to me and this is what they’ve been trained to do. Staff behind the counter are children, dramatic young boys and you can tell they’re speaking about you, one shook his head at me for not remembering my table number! Condescending little idiots. Unreal, there was no queue so no one waiting behind me & he wasn’t busy. For the price the staff need a shake up they’re not great at all. Also could do with a deep clean tables are sticky so god knows how the actual soft play feels.

people more interested in their kids parties which haven’t went ahead ( which is a shame ) but looking for replies who would even want one it’s only owned by him with underage teenage girls who work for him. if you look at this as a whole innocent children have been taken advantage of which is disgusting. the trauma they will have to carry with them for the rest of their life. i would rather be out of pocket than let my kids continue to go there. YOUR KIDS ARE SAFE WETHER UPSET OR NOT BECAUSE THEIR PARTY DIDNT GO AHEAD. THE MAIN THING IS THEY ARE SAFE. shut the soft play down whatever’s went on in there i wouldn’t want to step back in it myself or

Booked my sons birthday party here and they've closed until further noticed. No email, contact from them. No refund on my deposit. Can't get through to anyone on email, messenger or phone. Very poorly run. Shocking leaving parents and kids without any notice.

I was here with my little 2 year old today.. She usually loves this softplay and has a great time but today was awful. She was happily playing in the toddler area when she was kicked full force and then dragged by an 8 year down the steps. Now I know kids are having fun but this 8 year old was running wild with other kids their age in the toddler area(they shouldn't be in there) and she literally kicked my baby full force dragging her down the steps with her on purpose....my baby was left at the bottom of the steps and was histerically crying, hurt and frightened. I am literally so angry. An 8 year old bullying a 2 year old. The older kids are allowed to be in the toddler play area, and none of the staff say anything either, they just walk past while little babies are playing and the older kids are almost injuring them. It will only be a matter of time before a baby is seriously seriously injured, its really unsafe. My little girl is still upset tonight. Something has to be done about the older kids going in that area.I mean their is no need for it as they've got a massive softplay area to run about in. I'm furious.

Finally back in soft play after years, the place was really up to my expectations: tidy, clean and organized. 2 hours slot means it is never overly crowded and the staff can keep on top of everything. They also check your temperature upon entrance. We had Marshall and Chase from Paw Patrol making an appearance as well! There are 2 different play areas one is for kids 5 to 8 years old and another one for smaller kids. My children loved them both. We will certainly be back!

Broken glass outside the front of the building. Compared to other soft play facilities in the area, this was not clean, dirty floors etc. The place also felt more like a religious centre than childrens soft play,

Took kids for a wet Saturday morning and was such good value for money. Kids all fed and played for a solid 2 hours. Everything clean and staff are lovely

Really like go wild can't get that often but when we do it's always good for a 2 hour slot with kids meal & play street wasn't even £15 we had so much fun can't wait for next time
