Student from the US, I had one of the studios and it was brand new so can’t complain there. However the fire alarm went off almost every day. There was a staff member at the front desk who was always passive aggressive to me. They hold on to your packages until 4pm, even if they send you an email it’s been delivered. My window was right above the smoking shelter and even on the 5th floor the smoke came right up into my room. They had to come in for random “inspections and repairs” all the time, I believe it was 6 times total in 12 months. One of those times where they needed to come in to test your fire alarm they said it would be sometime during a 2 day period and when I asked if they could at least tell me which day or if I was towards the first or last they couldn’t tell me anything and the person I emailed said they didn’t have the list in front of them? Not sure why they couldn’t go get the list to tell me. The laundry facility is very expensive to wash and sometimes had issues with the app working to pay for them. Vending machines broken all the time. For the price you pay for this place it wasn’t worth it.

fire alarm constantly goes off in the morning and late at night. My locked Bike was stolen from inside the courtyard and was informed by staff that security did not intervene during the accident. Do not recommend...

Things were generally okay whilst living here, but after moving out early for medical reasons, and getting another tenant to take over the studio, my friend is owed over £1000 in rent she had paid for the upcoming summer months, and in the approximate 6 months she has been away from the studio, she has still not been paid. We have repeatedly contacted Foundry Courtyard and Fresh Student Living on so many occasions and they keep saying 'there is nothing more that can be done right now' and 'they will keep contacting the Financing team'. This is A LOT of money, especially in a cost of living crisis - and a lot of stress my friend does not need. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend staying in an apartment of this price.

Nice, modern rooms - they are large enough and have everything you would need. All rooms have excellent en suites (your own bathroom), as for the shared part (kitchen) - it really depends on what flatmates you get. The kitchen itself is nice but it can get really messy... The staff is very kind and helpful, they also do events and freebies.The studio flats have the perk that a couple can live here together at no extra cost.

I am currently staying in a studio here and have had a good experience. Staff are very supportive and have regular activities to foster a healthy atmosphere. I feel that managing such a big facility is in itself a task which the managers are doing pretty well.

The fire alarm goes on constantly (more than once a week,not including the routine alarm testing ,and even twice a day)and the staff couldn't give out any explanation

The administrative team is very friendly and polite!They help me every time i need something. My room (bronze Plus en suite) was as clean and nice as a new one ! It was exactly the same as in accommodation's site photos. There is also a gym which is small but well equipped! There is a security guy all the time and the location is in Townhead, 10'minutes only from the city center(George square) and Queen train station, 5' min. from the Buchanan bus station, 10' min. from the Cathedral. It is actually a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Super friendly receptionists and security, great location and great value flats and suites. Plenty of room and some great facilities to use within including a cinema room, pool table, gym and basketball hoop.
