Aligners
damaged
my
teeth/bite.
Teeth
are
ruined
and
my
money
is
gone.
Terrible
customer
service.
Once
they
have
your
money
it’s
impossible
to
speak
to
an
actual
employee.
They
also
said
you
won’t
be
charged
until
you
approve
your
aligners
but
this
is
a
scam.
They
take
the
money
and
send
the
aligners
before
you
get
the
chance
to
approve.
Total
scam.
Customer
service
takes
weeks
to
respond.
Live
chat
refuse
to
give
ahead
Office
address
or
give
refund
or
any
helpful
information.
They
have
lots
of
loopholes
to
avoid
refunding
or
even
replying
to
emails.
Tried
to
reach
out
many
times
within
the
returns
period
and
they
ignore
my
emails.
They
keep
saying
“an
account
manager
needs
to
deal
with
that”
and
yet
the
account
manager
doesn’t
respond.
Better
to
go
to
dentist
and
have
professionals
straighten
your
teeth
AND
fix
your
bite.
Straight
teeth
ain’t
worth
much
if
you
can’t
chew
your
food.
Invisiline
from
a
real
dentist
is
better
as
it
fixes
the
bite
as
the
teeth
straighten.
Look
at
the
difference
on
how
the
work
and
you’ll
see
why
SDC
aligners
are
not
good
enough
to
do
this.
I’ve
tried
so
hard
to
resolve
this
issue
with
SDC
but
I’m
having
to
claim
them
through
small
court
(I’ve
done
this
before
so
familiar
with
the
process).
A
judge
with
rule
in
my
favour
with
the
terrible
product
and
customer
service.
Trading
standards
is
next.
Nearly
2k
of
my
money
they
are
holding
onto.
Should
be
illegal.
Shady
company.
Check
on
YouTube
for
investigations
on
Smile
Direct
Club
and
you’ll
see
if
not
the
only
one.
This
could
have
been
a
simple
refund
but
now
I
think
it’s
best
to
claim
for
personal
damages
to
help
prevent
them
doing
it
to
other
people.
