Never asked for no tomato sauce or minimal onions or mustard but that’s exactly what I got! Didn’t get the large juice I paid for or the chicken Mayo burger. The chips looked like they’d been cut from a dead mans fingers…mostly black n some green! Dunno where your growing your totties but you need a plan B. Driver acts like it’s not his problem and walks away….makes me wonder why I ever go back…the foods worse than ma maws anyway! Guarantee just eat come and say they will refund a credit to my just eat account 😂😂 financial ombudsman for all the refunds I’ve never had back is well due

Immaculate inside and out. Large seating area to front of restaurant. Very quiet for a Sunday. Manager serving was friendly. Self service till actually gave you a receipt. Quick service.

Terrible service and food. A few times we have been here and every time the hot chocolate was very diluted with barely any taste of chocolate, asked it replaced and it was the same. Today the experience was even worse. We got the Caesar chicken wrap and hot chocolate to collect on drive through. The chocolate was rubbish again, waited in a car queue to have it replaced. Was told it would be the same, so got a toffee latte instead. Made my way to the parking to enjoy the food and discovered that the wrap was half empty - a piece of chicken, two slices of cucumber and some lettuce, that’s it. Waited in a car queue again and when finally got there to have it replaced, my toffee latte was cold. The McDonald advisor in the last window touched the liquid in a cup with her finger and told me that it was still hot. We were literally shocked! She agreed to replace a wrap and a coffee, but I swear we won’t be back here even if they give out everything for free!

Third visit and last. Gave benefit of doubt previous visits but ALWAYS same issues. Always a queue. Always only one person on counter. Always a wait for food. Food always freezing. Tonight was longest wait yet. 15/20mins for 3 meals not exactly "fast food". Will travel to local McDonald's in Hamilton after a visit to Fort in future. Avoid.

Nae mcPlant when we ordered for delivery. Went to wacky address (shocking) and abysmal service as per usual. This McDonalds is abnormal. Two stars for generosity

Far too busy with deliveries & regularly cold food from waiting so long. Tbh… could’ve got 5 stars today for effort, but it’s overall that pulls it down- they never put my sauces into my 5 select meal. Called the landline number & it was sent out to my car, but obviously my chicken was now absolutely freezing. Even my fries were luke warm, by the time I drive into the car park to wait on my order getting sent out to me. If you want faster & hotter food, you are better to go along to the other McDonalds at Easterhouse. I’ve literally gave up with this McDonalds, but it was just handy for coming out of the shopping at the Fort 🤦🏻‍♂️

The food was good but the service was awful. The blonde manager with glasses was shouting loudly at her staff and customers. Incredibly rude and unkind manner of speaking to anyone who spoke to her. Customers who were eating in were turning their heads to see who was making all that racket. Won't be back.

After a manic morning in Smyths toys it was good to have a quick lunch here. The guarter pounder cheesburger was particularly good today, as was the chicken burger. Didnt have long to wait either.
