If I were to choose my accommodation again, I'd definitely go for True. The thing is, you feel like living in a 5-star hotel and in a big family at one and the same time. Overall, great experience! I'm really sad reading bad reviews as these people simply don't understand what it takes to maintain such a facility. Fire alarms are disturbing indeed, but it's not True who causes them... As for the room checks: I totally understand this, given some people's attitude towards cleanliness. Hope this was helpful.

The apartment is pretty fancy from the outside. However, it is isolated in a place far from the subway station, bus station and groceries. The deduction of my deposit is unbelievable. Almost three months later of my move out, I am informed that 3/4 of my despoit belong to the landlord. Well done! Without any proof, they just give you a random number probably made by themselves.

The worse ever. All they care about is to take as much money as they can. Your deposit, don’t expect them to return it in full. I have left my room as clean as I received it, nothing was damaged, but they wanted to make me pay cleaning fees regardless. The 10000 pounds wasn’t enough to cover those unexplained additional fees!!! They switch the heater off in the coldest days and claim that the heater is off! If you want to save your money and dignity, just stay away from here. Thank me later:))

I visited one of my friend here. It is a new student accommodation but is designed with keeping all necessary things for student in mind. I loved the slide from top floor to common area. Rooms are clean are equipped with modern equipment.

Snuck in here to get out of the cold after arriving too early for a gig at the Poetry Club. Lovely little cafe with delicious coffee in Aparto 1 and toilets in Aparto 2.

Stayed there for 3 years and have been there since they first opened, thoroughly enjoyed everyday of my stay and could not recommend more! Staff are amazing, friendly and approachable. The building is a very convenient distance from the University of Glasgow and has always been perfectly fine to get to the campus, even in the heavy rain ! Rooms are very well layed out and you have everything you need within arms reach. The only downside has been the frequency of fire alarms, though everytime there has genuinely been some kind of accident taking place. All facilities and communal areas are well kept and there is a good number of free events and socials to keep you and your guests entertained. Was very sad to go and had lots of memories there! 10/10 look no further.

This student apartment is so bad, it's the worst apartment I've ever lived. My room facilities has been broken for several days and I've informed them for several times but still nobody come to fix it. It affects a lot especially for me to live in such a cold weather. I would strongly suggest to not to book this apartment.

I could call this place home away from home without a second thought. Besides having a central location, the facilities offered are amazing, the accommodation is designed aesthetically and is one of its kind. The people around are very friendly, extremely helpful and make you feel like a part of it. What could be better than your day starting with a warm smile from someone else? :)
