Almost always have a good experience but there’s a young guy who works there and does not have good customer service. Acting like he didn’t want to be there and like it was a chore talking my order, felt pretty uncomfortable

Absolutely terrible, staff didn't speak to customers, I had to ask what came with the meal and then remind them when it was wrung up. The potato crispers were laughably soggy. Lesson learned and they won't get another penny of my custom.

Salad was wilting, prep area not particularly clean. Wee flies on some of the salad. Server couldn't have been less interested in serving if she tried.

Although I've been visited this store for a long time now, quality had dropped drastically in my opinion. Food seems to just be slapped together in a hurry which is never a good sign, not to mention that half of the time I visit, they don't even have most of the things on their menu, most notably the nachos and meatballs. The food is okay, however the sub I received today was more like a 4 inch than a 6 inch... Not great, but for a sandwich shop, it'll do if youre hungry.

Bread was hard and turned to powder, obviously yesterday's bread as a lot of these subway shops do. Won't be eating out here again. Staff friendly but bread terrible.

Subway is subway, you know what you're getting. However, the staff in this particular subway are absolutely lovely, ignore the mean-spirited reviews. If you check the author of that last 1 star review, look at their other reviews, there's plenty of racist bile. I'll let you work out why they were unhappy...

The customer service is terrible they staff are always in a bad mood

Got home and started tucking into my Itallian BMT. Thought it tasted a little chemically, like the smell of melting plastic. I assumed it was my recovering COVID taste buds trying to figure out what I should be tasting again, or the bread sitting in the silicon mold for a little long. Commented on it to my partner, but ate the whole thing anyway because I have no self control and the flavour was masked by sauce etc. 6 hours later I go to the bathroom and suddenly realise that I have a VERY upset stomach. You know that way when every cell in your body feels like the taste of that bad food you ate!? I realised that I could still taste the plastic taste but at this point my mouth tastes more like sour meat than plastic. I then realised that the thing I could taste all along was the smell of bad meat. Like when you open a pack of raw asda chicken, a sour smell hits your nose, you realise it's out of date, then bin it and wash your hands. I have that smell as a taste in my mouth right now and it's scary All I can taste and smell is that sour flavour and I can feel my body gearing up for a night praying to that porcelain god. Every other time I've eaten here its been cool. That said, it's always cool until it isn't right Wish me luck

Terrible quantity in the side, missing desert and a completly cold, uncooked sub. Got delivered just before restaraunt closed, wonder if that is why they decided to just hash it out before it was even cooked. Ordered through uber, got refunded right away so thats a positive for uber service. Safely say wont order from here again

Smelled light straight up manure and the store clerk came over to my table and smelled my left eyebrow (I enjoyed it) My sub was dusty and had halal dog meat from San Diego on it Would not recommend as I have several illnesses that I contracted from this store
