Came to get my toddler's haircut done by Nikki. She was absolutely amazing! So patient and brilliant with my crying scared toddler. He was scared from all the tools but Nikki managed to get the cut done and she done such an amazing job. Thank you!

Bad experience. I was with my toddler that was messing around with the products(and I felt horrible for that)and I told my mom to take her away while I would put all the stuff back in their places. A worker came our way checking on us (as u normally would do if you suspect something) and she followed us throughout the shop as we were thieves or something . I bought 151£ worth of products, and I’ve been feeling terrible all the time I’ve been there so much that I decided to just stop shopping, pay and leave. Very very very bad! Unhappy customers and unhappy staff with their sad and stressed faces

Experience wasn’t the best, staff cluelessly walking about the shop not knowing what to do, girls at the till weren’t helpful, she asked if i wanted a bag, i kindly said no thanks, i then realised i needed a bag with the amount of items i purchased and asked her if could actually grab a bag and she grunted and rolled her eyes at me.. totally unprofessional, practically run by teenagers who don’t have a clue how to run a shop. Wont be back.

I visited the Beauty Bar at 17:30 on the dot and was told I couldn’t get my eyebrows done because they close at 18:00 and had two people waiting. Someone then came up behind me who had paid previously and returned, and the manager (not sure of her name, long dark hair) said it was ok to take that client because they had paid. Bizarre management decision to say they couldn’t take me due to the beauty bar closing in 30 minutes but they were able to take the person after me? I’ve been going to the beauty bar for months but will be finding a new salon after this experience.

I'm so happy to visited superdry hair saloon today. Karen is the girl who do my haircut. She is so friendly and her cutting is so neet. She is well skilled in her profession. I start living in Glasgow since 3 years before and can't find out anyone who makes a haircut what I want, but seriously she's so good, highly recommended Thanks Karen!!!

Got an earlobe piercing done today by Alicia at the Beauty Studio. I’ve had my hair cut by Alicia before so this is my second time dealing with her in the studio and she’s always really friendly and helpful. The piercing is great and was done in minutes, the price is also really good compared to other piercing studios. My sister came with me and got her eyebrows threaded (Didn’t get the name of who done them) but she was very friendly and professional, my sister said it’s the best service she’s had for her eyebrows. I’ll definitely be back for more piercings and haircuts! Never had an issue when coming here. Staff are always great 😁

I went into Superdrug on Thursday and I was with my mum looking for nice perfumes for my brother who’s now 23. A lovely women called Aisha gladly gave us a hand and offered us a lot of nice strong men’s perfumes. At first she gave us the classic Hugo boss to try out but as she did she told us how it’s a very common perfume so if u want to be different u should try out the Prada men’s perfume. I was so happy with her service as now I know what to get for my brothers gift thank you to Aisha

Disgraceful service my nail appointment at Glasgow Silverburn was cancelled while I was waiting to go in. Was getting my nails done for my sisters wedding and they showed absolutely no signs of trying to help me and would not try and squeeze me in kept offering me an appointment another day although I had explained I would be going abroad the next morning. Don't use if you are looking for reliable service I certainly never will. . VERY DISSATISFIED.

I got my nails done here and two came off in less than 24 hours. They refused to give me a refund and were trying to charge me £15 for them to remove the rest. The nails cost me £25. However, the nail tech was very nice but the supervisor was rude and patronizing. Will not be returning and definitely do not recommend to anyone.

Customer service was very atrocious, woman at the till on the perfume was extremely rude - was at the store on 30/8/23 around midday.
