I have had wonderful experiences at this store before. But after tonight we will never go back. I was not treated great, on top of having people who came in after us get food before us. We even called in, but our pizza is cold and has no sauce on it. My pizza was cut really weird as well. I was also handed the wrong food twice.

I've always had good pizza from this little caesars! We get lunch every Thursday 😋 the pizzas have always been fresh. I wish they did a better job with the breadsticks. They are deflated chunks of bread stuck together. I've decided against crazy bread for awhile. But the pizza is delicious

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order at 7:15 with a confirmed pickup time of 7:45-7:50. I arrived at the Glasgow, KY location parking lot at 7:55. The lobby doors were locked and there were 9 cars in the drive thru. All of them pulled through because no one ever answered the speaker. Knowing my order was already paid for, I waited patiently as the cars one by one left the parking lot without any food. At 8:15, I pulled up to the window after getting no answer on the speaker. A young man opened the window. I informed him I had an online order. He closed the window, grabbed my pizza, sat it on the counter. 4 minutes later, the employee handed my pizza out and walked away. The pizza was COLD. It wasn't hot or even warm. I had 5 hungry children with me. So, I took the loss and left with the pizza because it seemed that there was no concern by the employees. I have to say, I have never been so disappointed in quality of service and product as this. I think I may have been better off to buy frozen pizza. The temperature was not far off. Also... the crazy bread was just a big wad of bread.

Glasgow KY Little Ceasars has decided to lower their standards. I've always loved LCP. I could count on them for a great pizza at a great price. Judging by this order, that is no longer the case. A person can count the sausage on that large pizza. The Crazy Bread fell flat too. Literally flat and MUCH smaller portion than in my very long history eating LCP. The girl at the window handed out my order & closed the window without speaking a single word. Not a "thanks for choosing LCP" or "Have a great day", nothing. I imagine it's due to the shame of having to serve that pizza. I sure hope they get it together soon.

Order was not ready on time. I waited for 45 minutes to find out the last pizza was lost. Did not receive the side items and had to ask for them. While I waited for my pizza the rest of the order was cold by the time the last pizza came out. I ask for a discount and the assistant manager said that was not an option. Over all this was not a good experience and I will probably not be back.

It was pretty good...much better than before. Sometimes I end up getting an old cold pizza but for the most part I think they finally got their act together.

Ordered using pizza portal. Went to pick it up and the store was locked. Sign said short staffed. 10 cars in drive thru. Defeated the purpose of the pizza portal. Should have put pizza portal closed on their store app. Been sitting here 25 minutes. Still6 cars in front of me.

Love the pizza, love the online ordering, not really thrilled about the pizza portal, the staff is friendly, and the place is small, but taken care of.

First time buying at this location. Long drive thru line to pick up my order that I made using the app, but the employee working the window kept the line steadily moving. The order was correct, service was great!

The location was clean and tidy and the food was a basic little ceaser's but the real let down was the service. The staff was lethargic and unhelpful the manager just seemed to bark orders and not give positive feedback to the crew to motivate them just snappy comebacks and the team didn't seem to be customer-positive acting like they cared or show any emotions whether it was bad management or just a bad staff or both it shouldn't have taken 15 minutes to get an order of stuffed crazy bread which is only 3 slices and come out as soggy and pathetic as it did I wouldn't suggest this location.

I bought 2 of there extra most bestest pizzas and they were good and they were hot. The drive thru team was quick and very polite. They did a job.

Just bought a pizza and when I got back home to eat opened the box up and found a hair on the pizza. Guess I’ll be ordering food from elsewhere

Little Caesars is quick but they only stock basic things in the ready to go category. Disappointed in the quantity of materials and dispersion on the pizza. We ordered sausage and they are probably six or seven pieces on the entire pizza.

Fast service & friendly customer service and delicious pizza. I love their thin crust pepperoni. My favorite is topped with pineapples & mushrooms

My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru, placed our order, and we literally sat in the same exact spot without moving for 15 minutes before just parking. Never even got to the window to pay or pickup the order. The only times people even moved behind us were those leaving after waiting far too long! All we ordered was a crazy combo and Italian cheese bread with pepperoni added! Went and parked, sent my husband in to see what was going on and they didn't even have my order placed. The woman asked him numerous times what we ordered, went to the kitchen, came back and asked if it was maybe slices 'n' stix that we ordered! It was absolutely unbelievable. I get being short staffed, but if you're there, actually do your jobs and LISTEN. If you don't like how little you're being paid for what you do, find other employment.

Got off work was starving, already knew I wanted to deep dish something and there was a special online but they wouldn't honor it at the store which was fine I just said I'd pull over to the front of the store and decide what I wanted . So I came right back around to the drive-thru and ordered one of their deep dishes and they told me they were out of deep dishes ?? Now I know very well they were not out of deep dishes they just didn't want to make a deep dish because they close at 11:00 which it only takes them like 15 minutes to bake a pizza! This is what I cannot stand about today's work ethic, if you have a standard business hours then your door should remain open until that time and all your services should be available during those business hours. You don't refuse to make a deep dish pizza because you're going to close in an hour and you want to make sure that you're out of there right at closing time! A very big disappointment and I was starving! But don't feel bad Little Caesars because Pizza Hut said and did the same thing! But let me tell you who didn't let me down, DOMINOS PIZZA! Yay Domino's you go, that's what I'm talking about, I promise I'll never cheat on you again!

I ordered at the window paid was asked to park 22 minutes later I walked inside they hadn't even made my bread one of my pizzas wasn't cut I asked them to cut it the girl say hey you didn't cut this she said it will be alright... worst place ever.

Pizza was almost burnt. Wings were good.

I go in there mostly for work but for my family too and the people are very nice and they try to be quick.

I love their pizza n I hate pizza so there's that..both the thin n regular crusts are great and the sauce isn't overly spiced..

Great friendly fast service. Went through the drive thru and was out within 10 minutes. Great snack for kids before game. Thanks.

This location is a great place to find good and affordable pizza when feeding a large group. The food is delicious and hot and the service is quick!

The last time I went here the service was slow, both pizzas were not cut all the way, and the thin crust was way over cooked (I love thin crust, but I now know why some people say it tastes like cardboard...) But I guess you get what you pay for, 🤷 I'll still end up going back eventually...
