I placed an order through the app and it automatically chose the Glasgow location since that’s the one we most frequently use. We were in Bowling Green and went to pick up the order there. When we got there, they didn’t have any order for us. I called the Glasgow location to ask if they could cancel the order. They couldn’t because the food was already made. The manager, Addison, went way above and beyond and called the manager at the Bowling Green location to remake my order there, with no additional charge. The food was great, and the service was amazing! They went out of their way to serve us, even though I’m the one that made the mistake. WELL DONE GLASGOW RALLY’S!!! You have a loyal customer for life!

Order 2 double cheeseburgers for $5.50 but got home there single cheese burgers and they was cold too. And they forgot my child small fries. Try to call them to let them know nobody answer and there not busy n there 3 ppl there just standing around. People work to hard to be spending money on stuff they don’t get and plus gas is to high to be driving back to town.

Wasn't great wasn't bad. Service in drive thru usually isn't very good and hasn't been for several months. They are very greedy with condiments and will put up a fight when it Comesto handing them out. I stopped going for a while and thought that going back would be different. The food is fresh....tomatoes are always under ripened and sometimes the bun has a crispness that I can tell was not from a toaster..its old buns or buns that didn't get shut completely or maybe they keep them too close to the heat but they always seem weird. They need better staff or management for sure.

One of the employees used the restroom while I was in there and proceeded to go back out and didn't wash her hands when I called to talk to a manager they said they had sinks in the back and I proceeded to tell her that she touched every surface from there to the from the bathroom where she went at about him to the back so apparently they don't have no concern or care for people's health and safety

Haven't eaten at a rally in a long time .parked at lowes in my semi. Walked a Ross the lot mouth watering to get some great food. Standard paper sign black and white on door. Dinning room closed till further notice.thanks for nothing incompetent manager.

The food is great especially the chilli cheese fries

Great place for a quick snack. The app allows you to order ahead which is super convenient. I was surprised at how the grilled hot dog tasted.

The food was great, the tables were a bit dirty, but we managed, but the build was freezing. You could have hung meat in the place. I understand the workers get pretty hot back there all day, but they should also know, that after the Sun goes down, probably a good idea to adjust the thermostat accordingly. We were so cold we had to finish eating outside, plus we were there to watch fireworks across the street as well. But all in all, great place. 👍

Cut cost, cut quality, and charge more. Can't order in drive through and humans won't come to the window if the robot screws up. The double hamburger is the same size the single used to be. You can tell the owner is pinching pennies from all of the signs about sauces. If you uave to cut quality it's time to close

I've always liked Rally's. The food is always tasty and the fries are the best Fast Food fries around. You can usually get a good meal for $5 or so.

First I would like to say how much I appreciate restaurants and the hard work and dedication and low wages that they have to endure. But I have done it so I know the discipline you have to have to deal with a variety of people . But I was raised that you are respectful to all well I used to eat in but I have dealt with one of the most disrespectful people who clearly doesn’t want to be there . She is now working drive through probably due to low amount of workers . But no matter what you need to be respectful of your customers. She is rude , disrespectful to her customers and her employees. I don’t k ow who owns this one Rallies but I know they need to retrain their employees especially at a management level .

They now have a robotic person taking orders. She got my order right. No complaints here

Order was wrong but easy fixed... staff was amazing...bless their hearts that we ordered right at closing but they made sure we were able to get our food. If all young gents had their kindness and good sense of humor the world would be a better place and I'm sure they brighten anyone's day they come in contact with. Burgers a bit messy but very yummy and seasoned fries reminds me of my favorite hometown burger/fry joint in SC "Central Park".

Sadly it has become a sign of the times. Formerly they offered different types of sandwiches 2 for $5 ; now it's 2 sandwiches for $6 and the sandwiches are considerably SMALLER than they were at one time. I ordered 2 DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS for $6 and, sad to say, after eating them I was still HUNGRY. The burgers were barely warm; the outside of the restaurant and parking lot is getting an unkempt look to it. At one time they were a fairly decent place to grab a quick bite but sadly not anymore. Like I just said AT ONE TIME....

The funnel fries are my favorite from the menu! The foods not bad and service is ok for the most part!

Food is not the best. Their seasoned fries are great. Hamburger is dry. Shakes are good.

i ordered a regular chicken bites basket and a 6 piece cheese stick. she told me my total, and i was confused, because it sounded too high. i was sitting in drive through line for at least 30-35 minutes. every car sat at the window for at least 10 minutes. i get to the window and asked the girl to reread my order and it sounded correct, so i thought my math was just off. and then she hands me a medium drink, and i asked her once again if she was sure she didn’t upgrade my meal. and she said the meal was regular nothing was upgraded. until i get the receipt and i read it, and she lied. they did upgrade my meal even after i said something. and then i decided to just be nice and leave it alone. so i asked for one more honey mustard because i only got one and she told me i had to pay for it…… she overcharged me behind my back even after i told her to fix it, and then had the audacity to say she has to charge me for ONE honey mustard. are you serious? so i just said nevermind and drove off. went straight back to work (only a 4 minute drive) and started opening my food. and my fries, chicken, and cheese sticks were cold not even warm. and then my HI-C that i was overcharged for, was watered down and the whole cup was 90% ice. i sat in line for 30 minutes, got overcharged, got an attitude by the lady at the window, couldn’t even get an extra sauce for the troubles, and my drink was watered down.

It's fast food..They got the order right, the food was hot, drink was cold, and the service was prompt and polite. Price of fast food anymore is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion, because you can sit down and eat in a decent restaurant for the same money. I give it three stars because the food's okay at best and the prices are kind of high otherwise I would have rated higher.
