It’s not a greasy spoon, it’s much better than that, but the prices are outrageous. Cafe 13 was recommended to me by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. It has a range of classic lunch and evening meals and does BYOB. Just a short hop into Govan directly across from the subway station and with on street parking. Happy days! £6.50 for a full breakfast with coffee is fantastic value for money these days and it’s a lovely location to just sit and watch the world go by. Winner winner.

It's a great spot, nice steam punk intetior, friendly service. My omelette was dry and rubbery but perhaps the cook was distracted? Enjoyed the coffee though... oh well

I have recently had an item from the breakfast and lunch menu which came quickly when ordered. The service was slow to arrive, so my order was given at the counter. Friendly staff though. I couldn't fault the food, which was really good. The lunch wrap with roasted beetroot and haloumi cheese was really tasty and I'd have it again. A lovely relaxed environment, some people working, having meetings or just families out for a meal. Nice hearty food, good value for money and a real hidden gem.

A great wee cafe stopped in for breakfast. Staff were friendly, food was hot and tasty and place was busy. Will come again 10/10

Cafe 13 is a good option if you prefer to get a freshly made sandwich for lunch from a local business rather than a national chain when in Govan.

Visiting Glasgow and just had the best breakfast I've ever eaten and at such a good price, lovely interior and staff. We had a full breakfast and a veggie breakfast for just £10 (for both!), chose to have sourdough toast, all good quality and perfectly cooked, what a great place

Nice wee place in the heart of Govan. I have enjoyed most of the food when visiting. I particularly love the Goat's Cheese Salad 😋

Good ambience, mostly visited by locals. Hot chocolate was good but not the best, so were the fries.

Lovely food, good prices, and nice variety of choices. Portion sizes were very good, quite liked the Siracha on chips, something different !

Best value and great food. Syrian chef passionate about his food. Say hello to Mohamad, he loves Scotland, his home, I speak a little Arabic so we enjoyed communicating in his native tongue. I shall make sure I return and the coffee was also very good.

Clean enjoyable quick service tasty , I had steak pie and if ever we are near I would call again, We were a party of seven and all agreed good value.

Lovely smiling staff, very welcoming, and was served quickly. The prices are not too bad. The Beef Baguette was nice. The chili sauce was a little too sweet for my taste, but overall very nice.

Staff are really friendly helpful and food is really good x my daughter and I have had wraps and salad which were good and the kids macaroni cheese and chips is great value

Can only say it looked good - from the outside! Made a special trip here from Elderslie - based on Google reviews! However, arriving at 11am today (Saturday) it wasn't open. Don't know when it was supposed to open, but Google maps seemed to think it should be. Waited for a bit - but nothing happening! Shame! May well try again sometime though!

3 times I have entered and left immediately. Had to squeeze past 4 big dogs just to get to a table! Wont be back and if I could leave 0 stars I would have.

Not the best I didnt hate it but just not the best wanted a toastie they had no bread has to get a baguette cheese and steak pretty greasy blob but it was tasty just too stodgy have had decent grub in there before dont know if it's new management. Dont thin k I'll go back for a while
