Firstly
let
me
say
that
the
experience
at
reception
was
one
of
the
best
I
have
had,
in
my
forty
years
of
travelling
as
an
adult.
I
didn't
get
the
young
ladies
name
but
I
think
she
may
have
been
Italian,
judging
by
her
accent.
She
was
smiling,
friendly,
polite,
engaged,
interested,
professional
and
was
extremely
helpful.
Due
to
travelling
from
one
of
the
Scottish
Islands,
we
had
arrived
a
little
early
and
were
expecting
to
have
to
leave
our
luggage
and
return
later
for
check
in.
She
checked
to
see
if
our
accessible
room
was
available
and
ready
for
us
and
fortunately
it
was,
so
she
checked
us
in
straight
away.
She
explained
everything
to
us
about
the
room,
the
hotel
facilities
and
breakfast
and
we
went
on
out
way
to
room
402.
You
need
to
swipe
your
room
card
to
access
the
lift.
The
room
itself
was
fine
but
a
little
small
for
an
accessible
room,
it
would
be
extremely
tight
to
manoeuvre
a
wheelchair
here
and
no
chance
of
having
even
the
smallest
mobility
scooter.
Due
to
the
small
nature
of
the
room,
the
bathroom
is
such
that
the
shower
splashes
water
all
over
the
floor
near
the
toilet.
It's
probably
the
smallest
accessible
bathroom
that
I
have
seen
on
my
travels.
They
only
do
twin
accessible
rooms
but
will
push
the
two
singles
together
for
you
prior
to
your
arrival,
I
requested
this
in
advance
and
it
was
all
done
prior
to
our
arrival.
The
heating/cooling
system
was
great
and
very
effective.
You
do
get
2
extra
pillows
and
a
fan
and
a
hair
dryer
in
the
room.
The
TV
was
large,
if
slightly
misplaced
due
to
a
connecting
door
on
our
room.
There
were
tea
and
coffee
making
facilities
but
as
with
most
hotels,
no
decaf
"normal"
tea
available.
Normal
Nescafe
original
and
Nescafe
decaf
coffee
sachets,
breakfast
tea
and
herbal
teas
were
available,
with
milk
in
plastic
sachets.
A
large
button
phone,
emergency
call
buttons
and
cords,
hangers,
plenty
of
lighting.
The
bed
was
just
okay
and
on
the
firm
side,
no
where
near
as
comfy
and
sumptuous
as
Premier
Inn
beds
but
not
uncomfortable.
It
happens
to
be
the
closest
hotel
to
our
two
favourite
restaurants
in
Glasgow.
Nanakusa
and
Loon
Fung.
We
love
popping
to
them
for
their
lunch
time
special
menus,
great
food
and
excellent
value.
Would
we
stay
again?
Absolutely,
the
location,
the
staff
check
in
experience
and
the
value
were
excellent.
