We stayed here for 2 nights, it's an old well established hotel. It has fantastic theme nights. When we arrived we were impressed with the reception area very bright and tastefully decorated. We ate in the restaurant both evenings and the attention we got from the staff was 2nd to none. Breakfast was a buffet style and delicious, again the staff were attentive and friendly. Now for the room's, the hotel is in the process of renovating it's room's. Our room was small and very outdated but was immaculately clean we both slept extremely well. We thought that we would be disturbed by the noise of the planes and the tribute nights but we weren't. The room rate is very reasonable and they have an excellent package for people using Glasgow airport, stay the night before your flight, leave your car and they have a complimentary airport shuttle service, perfect when you don't want to do all your traveling in the one day. So I will say to anyone wanting a break away, stay fly or tribute night, hen night or anything celebration really ( we were there for a 50 wedding anniversary) look past the room decor and fall in love with this very special place. We look forward to visiting again and maybe we will stay in one of their refurbished rooms and a which point I'm sure it will be 5 stars across the board.

Having stayed here many times over the course of several years by no choice of my own. I can say with confidence that this hotel should be avoided wherever possible. The rooms are dated, and on most of my visits, dirty and dusty. The bathrooms are mouldy, and the fans are choked with dust and are often broken, making a constant banging noise. Peeling the bedding back to look at the mattress has shown on about 90% of my visits, top to bottom stains of various bodily fluids. In the restaurant, the service is slow, and the food leaves a lot to be desired. Pizza so greasy that all the toppings fall off the moment you pick up a slice, and undercooked base. Burgers that fill your mouth with oil every bite. I ordered food online most nights after getting food poisoning. There is always a lingering smell of hash, and the radiators bang constantly. Making it near impossible to get a sound nights sleep. The fire exits of the building were often blocked, with rolls of carpets and other miscellaneous stuff. and the floors at the fire exits are covered in cigarette butts, and it feels disgusting to be there. The main point to this hotel that I did enjoy, was the friendliness of staff, Karen was always super friendly and always tried to accommodate me. The breakfast buffet, while the meats are okay, the scrambled eggs are just a solid lump in a vat with a moat of egg coloured liquid around it. And it tasted exactly as good as you imagine. All in all a very disappointing hotel. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The room I booked was uncomfortably hot, and unfortunately, the staff members were unhelpful and unwilling to address the issue. Despite my attempts to communicate my problem, they did not listen or offer any solutions. Consequently, I had no choice but to check out after a few hours and find alternative accommodations elsewhere.

Nice hotel within the Inchinnan community. They also have good space and hall for conference and corporate events. Also, spacious car park. Overall, the rest rooms and environment are neat and well tidied.

Car park has been repaired, so not as many potholes, thankfully. If you are taking your car, I'd make sure that you try to leave a bit earlier to ensure that you can find a parking space.

Our room was very dated, basic and had very dim lighting but it did the job. We called the hotel to arrange the shuttle service to pick us up from the airport but they didn't answer so we ended up having to pay for a taxi. We were definitely calling the right number and called 5-10 times over a 30 minute period. When we got to reception the man said that we didn't call as he had been by the phone the whole time, which was a bare faced lie. The taxi didn't cost much so no harm was done but this is very disappointing behaviour and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel , great tribute night , but when we arrived the floor our room was ok had plastic coverings on carpets as renovations must have been happening. Our room was vile . Mouldy shower , shower head hanging off wall , burnt dirty carpets and the corner of our room had not been cleaned in months by the look of it .

Went for my brother’s birthday meal. Waited nearly 2 hours for the food to be brought out! Food was undercooked and freezing! Shockingly overpriced for the quality of food. If you order chicken korma please do not expect it to be chicken korma - red in colour, watery, minimal chicken and also contains onions, mushroom, peppers and courgettes! Ordered a takeaway on the way home and most definitely will not be back!

This is a strange 1 because soon as I go in my room I was going to leave a 1☆ and bad review but the rest of the hotel including the reception, bar and restaurant were top draw. The service was professional and friendly. The pints of larger were perfect, the pool table in the bar was spot on. I said earlier I was going to give a bad review for the room but actually had the best sleeping had in ages in the comfortable bed. I later found out that the room i got was 1 of the last that is yet to get a make over. I'm looking forward to staying again in a modernised room if I had such a good sleep in the old 1

Great location for airport. You used to do better financial deals with transport integrated through the airports website. I did take your transport option this time but the overall costs have risen dramatically. You are less competitive financially in the sector. Pre Covid when you were doing good deals your car park was just so packed. Now there are very few cars in the carpark. This must represent a huge loss of business or turning it on its head there is a massive opportunity to recapture this market. Good for you good for the flying public. Please consider doing a deal with about 25% off with transport included.

Rooms need a revamp, tiny tv which did not work very well, signal kept disappearing. Good shower although very cheap toilet seat! Receptionist did not offer us dinner or breakfast or tell us anything about bar area so walked into Renfrew for food and drink. Ideal for overnight stay or airport parking

The bar, restaurant and venue were nice. The house DJ was great. We were there for the Night with Ultrabeat... Which was three guys, We got one. Also the night with was one hour 2215-2315! Out of 5.5 hours (1930-0100). The lifts looked they had been broken into by the police using a battering ram, the screen in the lift was also smashed. The room doors had chips out them too. The bedroom carpet had a cut in it. Paint was peeling from near the radiator. There was paint on the kettle in the room?!?! The bathroom door did not close properly, it also had a chunk out the back of it. The sealant had gaps all away round, bathroom skirting was coming away from doors and was mouldy. The shower curtain rail was hung so low that my neck was above it when I was in the shower, and im not even that tall (6ft). Had to do the limbo to get in and out. I don't think the bed and mattress has been replaced since the hotel opened.

Stayed here for function which was amazing. Looks like it's had a bit of a make over since the last time we stayed. Staff are always very friendly 😊

It was our second time staying here before flying out on holiday. The reason we booked again was because of the great value for money it offered (room, car parking and transfer to airport). Having booked the same package this time, we were a little confused to be told, rather rudely, that we needed to book and pay for our own taxi! We told reception that we were sure the transfer was included as it was last time. They asked when we had last stayed and we said 2019, they said 'oh well, things have changed since then'. We headed to the room with the number for the taxi. My husband then checked our booking confirmation, which clearly stated transfer was included. He went back to reception and the person seemed surprised that that was the case. Very odd! They didn't appear to be new, so why tell us lies? How many other people have they given that information to that have then been out of pocket for a taxi? They also asked if we were dining at the hotel, I asked if we had to book, to which they replied 'that's what I'm asking'. Well, no, you didn't ask if we'd booked, you asked if we were dining there. They were rude, a bit smug and condescending. We would have scored 'service' 3 stars if not for the service in the restaurant, which was 5 star. We will likely stay again, as it's still good value but I think reception staff could do with some customer service training.

We decided to hold our wedding reception at this venue due to it being close to the airport as we had many people flying in for the event. Before I arrived at the hotel I had asked if the hotel would accept the wedding favours being delivered there as that was where the wedding was being held, it was two small boxes. I was told no. Our welcome at the hotel was by an incredibly rude lady at reception. We had rooms set aside for the guests however when they got there there was a huge mix up with the names because they weren’t taken down properly by the hotel staff. All our rooms were freezing cold so one room managed to get a portable heater from reception the rest of the ten rooms didn’t. Heating was not working. The honeymoon room was pathetic, very small and basic. Looks like they gave us a small double room and called it a honeymoon room. The day after the wedding another incredibly rude lady refused the groom and the brides brother to a breakfast because they were ‘late’ however it turned out she just decided herself that she would end breakfast early that day and when she was made aware of this she reluctantly allowed them to have food. She did however start to remove the food as soon as she could and was reminded that we have paid for this. We felt unwelcome from the get go and the hotel really did not accommodate us as they should have. I have organised a wedding at another hotel in Glasgow where they went above and beyond for us but unfortunately that particular hotel was not available on our chosen date. Management was made aware of how we felt and the lady wrote things down and said she would get back to us - she still hasn’t. I’m not surprised as it just sums up the hotel. I would not need to write a review if someone had the courtesy to get back to us. One of our guests was heard saying ‘I thought Scottish people were supposed to be friendly’ Do not spend your money here do not waste your time with this hotel. I do not recommend.

Never stayed in the hotel but did have food and drinks in the restaurant. Firstly, the servers were great, and the smaller lady with blonde hair in the restaurant was amazing she was on herself with one younger girl with long dark hair again, a very pleasant dining experience. I do feel they may have been a little under staffed as everyone rushed to the restaurant for meals before the show with Angela Dunlop. Two tables walked out before they had food as they had given the restaurant under 30 mins to take multiple orders, get it to the kitchen and somehow back to the table and eaten all in 20 mins 🙄 I am writing this review as I feel it was unfair of the customers that walked out to put the staff under that kind of pressure. Everyone was advised that there would be at least a 20 min wait for food before entering. Anyway, explanation over I ordered pizza and garlic mushrooms. The pizza was really thin and not too doughy a perfect pizza and tasty garlic mushrooms 😋

Went here for a party night. Rooms basic but clean. All the rooms are currently going through an update with the decor. Meal supplied at party was basic but nice. Shame only 1 choice per course but understandable due to size of night. Breakfast tasty with excellent choice.

We booked a 2 night stay with an 80's tribute night included. The 80's night was really good. The DJ for the night was brilliant had everyone taking part and had everyone siked up for the live band coming on. Dance floor was full. we would certainly return. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. 7.10 pm stood at the "wait here to be seated" 2 staff walked over, separately, stood next to us on their computer. walked backwards and forwards talking to each other, ignored us completely. Then after what must of been 5 minutes he said "yes", trainee manager it said on his badge. He found us a table. After 10 minutes a waitress came over and said have you ordered yet, I said no, there are no menus, she stood there waiting for us to order, I said can you give us 2 minutes to browse the menu. After ordering at 7.25pm the food finally came at 7.57pm. The weirdest Chicken Korma I have ever had for 13.95, it was very spicy, the sauce was like water and the chicken was like big cubes, tasteless and dissolved in the mouth upon eating. 5 staff, sometimes 6, at a 3 quarter full restaurant really struggled. The Breakfast was fantastic !!!!

Was here supporting my employer whilst he attended his friends stag do. The main issue that I had was the disabled toilets were located within the gents and ladies toilets. There was not a separate facility and this meant that the security had to clear the gents before we were able to use it. This is something that in this day and age I feel the hotel needs to address

Having been to a Normandy Tribute night before, my party was really looking forward to the night. However, it did not live up to expectations. Firstly, the food at dinner was terrible. The starter of soup was ok, but could definitely have been seasoned better. For the main course, there was nothing nice about it. The chicken was dry, the bacon around the green beans should definitely have been cooked longer. The potato part of the main had a cream/cheese element to it that seemed to have curdled. None of it tasted nice at all. My whole party barely touched it. The final course was a very bland chocolate mousse, mass produced type dessert. Overall, very bland. From early on in the night, one of the bars in the function room had no soft drinks due to the drinks guns not working. This meant soft drinks were having to be run from another bar. This would have been very stressful for the staff. It would also suggest that equipment is seemingly not maintained properly, which as a customer is worrying. For the room- it's pretty standard accommodation. The bathroom and bed were clean. However, there was a door on the unit that was broken. It seemed to be something that could have been easily fixed, but hadn't been. There was also a light switch that didn't seem to worked anything, and the lights on the vanity mirror did not seem to be working - or if the were, the switch was tucked away out of reach. At breakfast in the morning, there is a sign saying please wait to be seated, so I waited. Someone, who by the suit they were wearing, I would assume is the breakfast supervisor/manager. I got greeted with something along the lines of an "Ir ye awrite" and had to explain I was waiting to be seated, to then be told to help myself and sit down anywhere. I felt this was a very unprofessional greeting. I could also see that staff with long hair did not have it tied back. One of whom was cooking the fried eggs at the buffet station. This is a worrying lack of health and safety standards. Only one coffee machine was turned on, and this did not work for me so I had to speak to a member of staff who said this happens all the time and to try again. Again, this suggests to me equipment is ill maintained. Although I did not go to breakfast until the last half hour of service, by this point it was clear that the staff were not bothered by how the breakfast buffet was looking or how well stocked it was. I understand not fully replenishing towards the end of service, but it was messy and there was a lack of cups and glasses for beverages. The guests were having to ask for staff to top these amenities up. Overall, I am very disappointed with my time at The Normandy, and I can't say I would recommend again. The only redeeming quality was the entertainment and the service from bar staff during the tribute. The breakfast staff, plate staff during event and leadership could all learn from the bar staff who were the only ones I noticed to have good customer service skills.

Reception dining area was lovely the rooms. I booked the twin executive room if the room was executive and I booked for a work colleague I would be ashamed! Carpet bar over the carpet next to one of the beds mold on the tiles couldn't use one off the plug sockets as the plug didn't fit! The staff were lovely. Room was horrendous, could here the conversion in the next room.

Great location, staff are incredibly nice, particularly at breakfast! But rooms are too small and not great views for a not cheap rate. Handy for an early flight in the morning, but not for more than one night

Came for the GX night with Cassi. It was a good night, weird music to start with but eventually got into the party atmosphere. The soup was lovely but the main course chicken was cold, dry and very hard so not very enjoyable. Drinks prices were very reasonable too. Need to have the air con in the main room turned on or up higher when there is full capacity as everyone was absolutely sweating with it being so sunny and hot all weekend. Would come back and try again definitely.

Attended one of the tributes here a with a group of friends and I must say from arriving at the hotel all was lovely reception staff very welcoming and helpful , the tribute was great and we all really enjoyed ourselves but I would say your manager Greg I think that's is his name can't really remember I know it started with a G. He could be doing with training on how to speak and deal with the public as when went to with a complaint he pretty much shrugged us off and walked away poor show if you ask me. All else was lovely.

The Best part of the stay was the Wonderful breakfast hostess and the driver Jim.The rooms are clean but dated if you want an iron you have to trek to the ironing room. There is nowhere close to eat the hotel resturant was closed when we got there so was the bar.

The hotel has seen better days, the bedroom was clean one of the beds had a double duvet cover on a single duvet, the bedside table lamp didn't work. The food was very good and the staff were great but I don't think we will be back.

Too much green on the salad & wasn't informed of peppers, so didn't eat an meal. Pudding was good. Disco man very good - knew how to entertain & get everyone of out of the seats (inmy own opinion this was the best part of the night)

We booked as we were at the party night for abba. It's was such a good night, highly recommended. I don't live far from hotel but booked a room anyway. I'm glad a did, best night sleep I've had in a while. Clean and nice inside. Sad as outside kinda puts u off. Must mention the DJ on the night was fab, knows how to get the crowd ready for a good party ( I preferred him to the act if I'm honest)
