    Coffee and burger on a wet Saturday afternoon. Quick service, though you can’t currently order at the counter, have to use touchscreen panels, might put some off.

    Had a Whopper meal. Looked good but when we picked it up the roll fell apart, obviously a frozen roll. Think at £8.19 you could give out fresh rolls! Had some job trying to eat it. Not pleased

    Our burgers were cold, so took them back...and were given hot replacements within 5mins. The drinks are bottomless...so that is a bonus.

    Absolutely the worst service and quality I have ever experienced in any burger joint in 3 continents. An order for 2 people and they got nothing right, even the drinks are disgusting. I'm never going back and would recommend anyone else to go instead to your nearest chippy.

    Good service - chips were different. A but if a let down as I always enjoyed burger kings chips these were different not so nice. Good plentiful parking and clean inside including toilets.

    Hmm. Burger King is usually good, this time not so much. Half the order screens didn’t work. The gent’s toilet was dripping piss out one of the urinals and the fries tasted of soap. Still no pokestops near enough either. I think that’s it for me.

    It would have been rated higher if we had been able to order at the counter, or if their computer screen worked properly! I took my son along to get him a burger as a treat. We went to the counter where a member of staff was standing to order our food, and I was told I had to order at the kiosk... It was a Monday at 4pm and it was quiet at the time. I felt this was quite rude. If I had wanted to order at the kiosk, that should have been my choice, and I would not have went to the counter. I managed to find the kids meals, I selected a burger meal with no ketchup, and confirmed it like the screen asked. When we got home and I gave him his burger, it had ketchup on it! I feel a human taking the order would have been more likely get the order right? There were quite a few members of staff around, so I don't see why ordering from the counter was not an option? To be honest, I don't know if we will be back because of being told to use the kiosk. The bag I paid 10p for looked a mess too. It looked like it had tape stuck to it, then ripped off. Something I wouldn't have been fussed about if I hadn't had to pay 10p for it. Surely if you select takeaway a bag should be in the price already?

    Changing review as I have had multiple issues with my food order and when I complained it was just as if I was a annoying customer and they didn't seem to be that bothered about resolving the issue of cold food and lukewarm chips (the food must have been sitting out for a fair bit due to the state I received it in) next time I'm going to ask for something to be removed from the burger so it's made fresh!) The staff diddnt seem to be happy working with eachother either and hardly speaking together.

    Food - burgers taste really good, but loaded fries was not good at all. Not the loaded u r looking for. Service - very poor, they didn't even greets us. And when they gave 4 nuggets instead of 6. When i ask them they were all looks really upset and looked at me like i was stealing 2 nuggets, com'on for 2 nuggets????!! And even at last they didn't greet at all Atmosphere- very dirty, no one there to clean the table for the new customers

    Of the fast food burger joints Burger King is my fav. The special Argentinian Burger is delicious. So on a choice of where to stop for a fast food lunch I'd have BK at the top. This visit wasn't the best though. Truly self-service. You submit your own order, clean your own table, pour your own drinks, request your own sauces, straws and napkins, then clear away your own tray. Only thing I didn't do was cook my own food. The food is the saving grace. Those fresh crispy chips 🍟😋 , the tasty grilled Whopper 🍔😋 yup very good for a fast food joint. Perhaps take-away would have been experience.

    Chicken royale with cheese and bacon, looked like it had been constructed during storm Eunice, had to rebuild it myself but what it didn't have in looks it made up for in taste 🤤 chips were lovely as ever

    Extremely disappointing. After ordering at the drive through, we had to then wait for over 20mins in the car park for the order to be delivered. Headed straight off on receipt as the kids were hungry. Got home to find one of the main meals was missing, I'd been charged an adult meal for a kid's meal and the 2 burger meals were stone cold. Be sure to check your order!

    Excellent experience on my first visit to this location. Ordered on the app and collected within 5 minutes. Server was friendly and knowledgeable and very efficient giving me choice of sauces and making sure salt and other condiments were in bag. (which more often than not end up missing 99% of the time) Meal itself was hot and fresh and great value for money given the vouchers on app. I felt I had to leave a review as this experience and meal were faultless.

    Nice and clean , my meal was tasty and better than I had expected. My reason for 4 star is I went to the counter and got pointed to the self service screens which I do not like using and told I had to use them to order my food, it also means no ability to use cash payment if I had left my wallet at home

    Burgers were nice. Order Tablet wasn't working correctly which frustrated us and others. Toilet hand drier was not working.

    Food was good quality and tasted great, shift manager “Couldn’t be ar**d anymore” Toilets had no toilet roll or running water dining area unattended and dirty. Freestyle area a mess napkins and straws all over the place. Not gold standard
