👍👍 Great experience, well organised. Friendly staff and security. I am 53 and was there with my daughters, definitely would let them go to any event there without any worries of safety. People often mention venue, sound, staff,

Fantastic industrial space now utilised for premium events and gigs. It’s close to the west end and in a secluded, safe area with good accessibility for all. Bar areas are well staffed, it’s clean and has strong security measures and fairly priced for drinks. Sound quality was fantastic and the space in Galvanisers yard allowed everyone to enjoy the gig in comfort. A really fabulous venue

A fantastic venue, acoustics are great & you're pretty close to the stage but can still seee from the back of hall. Drink prices weren't bad either, just under £5 for a Gin & Lemonade

Brilliant venues all around. - Galvanisers Yard is a massive outdoor, festival-style stage with a huge capacity. Perfect for the festival atmosphere and sound while remaining a closed off, outdoor venue. - The Warehouse is a perfect example of a large scale indoor stage, again with large capacity. - The TV Studio isn't a venue I've been to personally but I've heard very fond things about it. - I've visited the Poetry Club several times and every time it blows me away: the perfect grassroots artist stage. Drinks are very expensive within the venue at all events, though you come to expect that. Exhibition Centre and Partick railway stations are both very close by, approx 10-15min walk from the venue's main entrance and events at SWG3 tend to finish early enough that you can catch a train. Can only dock one star for sometimes unclear information, and the drink prices comparative to other venues. Otherwise, a stellar venue.

First time at this venue for Lo Moon and Metric gig, small by most standards but big enough for an atmosphere to make it feel like a proper concert. Easy access through security at start, didn’t have to queue too long despite a fairly full hall. Facilities were also very clean and there was even staff in the loos giving out soap and paper towels.

Great sized venue, much bigger than I thought. Nice long bar and plenty of staff serving. Easy entrance, ticket and bag checks. Still room to move about if you wanted closer to the front of the crowd. I'm pretty sure I also saw staff giving out water to those right at the front, which was a nice touch. Fairly easy to find - just expect a long walk or cab if you are coming from town. Hope there are more shows that catch my eye soon.

Great venue for concerts. Saw Scouting for Girls here last week, great experience. Has a cloakroom for belongings, which is really useful. Staff are friendly too.

Easily my favourite venue is Glasgow, and exactly how a multiroom venue should work, no sound bleed between rooms, facilities were nice and clean, freshen up guy was polite, couldn't ask for a better place to go in Glasgow

Great gig, we went to see Xavier Rudd and his amazing support brother Bobby Alu 😍 Omggggg what a gig! We were not expecting it from the humble location and building but the lighting, sound technicians, smoke effects… as well as the security… and the very decent bar and toilets were a very pleasant surprise. Everything felt clean, safe, enjoyable and generally made for a wonderful experience. The only issue was the wait for the taxi- and they even had information on the wall at the entry/exit that provided phone numbers for local cabs, and staff recommended pre booking to avoid the wait so it was ENTIRELY our own fault! Couldn’t fault the place ! ❤️😍

Very cool venue. Not that far too reach, a decent walk. The setting is amazing with train tracks in the back and really selling on the feeling of an industrial area. Graffiti on the walls and lots of food options available, though I reckon they're expensive. You're in the UK after all!

Been as SWG3 before but first time in the Galvanizers venue there. Excellent sound for both support band (Daytime TV) and the main act (The Amazon's). Staff were great at getting everyone into the venue too. One of the best gigs I've been to in a long time.

Great gig venue. Went to see 3 days Grace and 10 years. Acoustics could not fault, any issue with the sound team. Bar on site and toilets etc. Safe surroundings and security team very helpful.

Nice venue with good sound but can't believe that, for a sold out concert, they had one person scanning tickets, allowing a massive queue to build up in the cold and rain. Because of this me, and doubtless lots of others, missed the start of the support act. I heard him being asked if he wanted any help and he refused! Cheers mate.

Went here for an ABBA night and loved it. Good venue, decent bars and lovely staff. Cool location too. Perfect for a good dance and night out. Overall a great night. Will be checking out more nights and events on here

Awesome atmosphere, very industrial underground vibe. Came here to see Lauren Mayberry's first solo show in her hometown, and the venue was perfect. Acoustics were great, bar & bar staff were fantastic. Bathrooms were clean. We were in the TV Studio area.

Staff here are super lovely, I had an accessible ticket for Coheed and they have a specific accessible platform and queue. The accessible queue is a LIFESAVER, I've been to a few venues where we are told to just queue with everyone else and it makes enjoying the gig itself really difficult because I'm already sore and tired by the time we get in from all the standing. The only downside I will say with galvanizers is that the platform isn't very high, and it's right at the back - so you struggle to actually see anything if you are up there. I ended up giving up and going to the general standing area in the end.

An excellent venue for Glasgow - the acoustics were fantastic and the sound was excellent. There’s plenty of room in the main entrance area and the bar and toilet queues moved really quickly. Only reason I’ve not given five stars is that the long hall makes it difficult to move around when it’s packed and the sound production is placed in the middle, and also that the hall gets incredibly hot. It’s a tricky one to get to if you rely on trains, but there’s plenty of parking around.
