Positive experiences each time I have visited. I get really nervous when going to a dentist Daniel makes you feel really at ease. And it's a pain free experience. The hygenist is also lovely and does a great job. Yes I would recommend this dentist.

Good Dentist, Treatment very good , but it's not using NHS. Generally most treatments after NHS check are private and expensive for Tax Payer. Generally everyone who has paid taxes lifetime expect NHS Treatment.

Was with this dentist for a while, it took me 3 months for me to even be seen, then appointments after appointments were cancelled! Took out all my teeth leaving me with one back tooth as she said it would hold my new dentures on better, then the very next week decided to take that tooth away after all the trauma of loosing all my teeth the week before, so I refused to have it out! And please dont even get me started on the absolute disaster of my bottom plate its so bad iv never been able to wear it, the bottom of my bottom teeth starts above my bottom lip, teeth on upper and lower dentures are massive! Iv not been able to eat foods because i can only just wear my top dentures! Iv had partial dentures 3 years previous done by the male dentist and they fitted like a glove! Felt super comfortable from dsy one and could rat talk without them falling out my mouth like the terrible dentures i have now! The dentures were to big from day 1 and now my gums have shrank their totally unwearable! Plus my top denture is way off centre too! Loosing all ypur terth is a traumatic experience never mind being made the worst dentures iv EVER seen in my life and im around loads and loads of people who wear dentures.. plus the dentures were no where near as white as i picked from teeth chart thing!! So no way would I recommend thos dentist for dentures? But would recommend for other treatments and my dentures were NHS dentures but it doesn’t mean they should have been made as awful as they are might be better quality if not NHS dentures that i so wish I could afford!!

I can’t recommend this dental practice more highly. They were so kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to help my daughter after she fractured her tooth recently. They saw her immediately and fitted her into their busy work schedule as an emergency. We were very grateful. The staff were friendly and explained everything well. Amazing dentist, this one. I had such a great, understanding, and informed time with the dentist. It’s been a positive experience. The receptionist, on the other hand, are extremely disrespectful. I shouldn't have to wait for them to finish talking and laughing for a minute as I waited, it was awkward, again, it was disrespectful, and I think it was really unprofessional.

I went here to get a tooth fixed after I chipped it. Fiona was incredible. Her attention to detail was amazing, you can’t tell it’s been fixed. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing before she did it so I knew what was coming and was at ease. I highly recommend.

Excellent practice, been going for 20 years and will continue to do so. If anything, the practice is better now thsn its ever been. Very professional team, friendly with good expertise! I find Daniel to be an excellent dentist and would recommend him.

I had a bad experience with the practice's hygienist as I visited back in March and left with high sensitivity (which is something I had never experienced since then). I have a chronic illness that affects my gums and need to be visiting the hygienist every so often, this means that I have gone through this process many many times before. I have never left unsatisfied up until now. When I visited again few days ago, I have suggested that I take anaesthesia for the procedure and was left holding 3 appointments for 1 intervention that will eventually cost me a lot more than what it should. I tried to find an appointment elsewhere but unfortunately, it's really difficult to get an appointment as a new patient in any dental practice in Glasgow at the moment. I gave 3 stars because apart from the hygienist, the rest of the team are lovely and very professional. Sorry guys.

I have now completed my treatment with Dr. Shum, and I would highly recommend him and his work. He was very friendly and understanding, and got the job done quickly, but correctly. His hygienist was also really lovely, so I appreciated that. The work he did turned out really good, and I'm much happier with my smile now, so I thank him for that. It honestly was a big job, but he handled it really well. He has found a really nice balance between professional dentist, and friendly guy which I found to be very comforting at times. I experienced a few delays, but that was mostly up to 3rd parties and not Dr. Shum himself. Nicola, on reception, was really nice, too. All in the all, the experience was a good one and I feel quite lucky to be a patient. Thanks to all.

If looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Daniel and the team at Victoria Park Dental. A fantastic, family run practice with focus on getting the results you want. I have never been happier with my treatment. I have had several procedures, from crowns to a new implant and I am delighted with the results. Give them a go!

I can’t praise Victoria Park Dental Practice enough. Daniel Burns was my dentist at his previous practice and I vowed never to change dentists even if it meant travelling further afield. Victoria Park Dental Practice is near to my work so it couldn’t have worked out better! Daniel always explains everything he’s doing and his calm personality always fills me with complete confidence. Fillings? Root canal treatment?... I’ve never felt a thing... perfect!! All staff at the practice are polite and friendly at all times. Highly recommended.

Great service from Daniel and his team. Had a long term problem after a sporting injury resulting in trauma to one tooth. This had been an ongoing issue and had lasted 6/7 years - however Daniel got the wheels in motion very quickly I now have an implant in place. Great care was taken throughout my visits and I am very happy with the results. All staff are extremely friendly and create a very welcoming and comfortable environment.

A1 dental surgery, very accommodating and efficient doing their best to see you as quickly as possible. All the staff at the practice are pleasant and very welcoming...
