Lovely range of perfumes, looked like they had great sales on too, but unfortunately I have to rate the shop 2/5 because I was completely ignored by the sales assistant. I wasn't acknowledged upon arrival, and once I had asked to smell one of the fragrances the sale assistant did absolutely nothing to check up on me and see how I was getting on. Very rude and made me feel like an inconvenience - I ended up going to The Fragrance Shop instead where I purchased something.

Staff so helpful i didn't have a clue what i was looking for he explained a few options let me try them out before giving me something totally different which i really liked he was not trying to push expensive stuff on me as the one i went for was in the sale im just gutted I never got his name as he really go the extra mile

Got everything i went in for. Sales person was really helpful and even managed an online price match. Well done and them. Would have given 5 stars however manager/supervisor was a little bit snappy (bordering on rude) towards the sales person due to the alarm going off and the tag not being deactivated when i tried to leave. The sales person def did scan both items so no fault of the salesperson. Not a good look from the boss.

There is a bald sales representative, I'm sorry I forgot your name, who has extensive knowledge about the perfumes. He explains the direction and smell of the perfumes and can suggest new perfumes based on what you like. I go to this shop just because of this one guy. He is also very cheerful and very pleasant to talk to.

Can't say I was impressed with the wait as I only wanted to test a perfume.
