Appalling service. Cola bottles had rotten strawberry jam all over the bottle and stinked. Ordered 2 plain hot dogs and got both with all of the stuff on it and the burger bbq sauce was awful, waffle fries were good though. Absolutely sh*t service!!

Food is generally good and well cooked other than the occasional mistaken order. The main issue is the staff are extremely slow at providing initial service and also then serving the food. Initially was pleased with the overall service but over time have become more disappointed with the service.

Coffee is great, but the amount of flies when you are sitting In is a joke. Nothing in place to get rid of them.

Not impressed at all with this time hortons. Machines weren't working properly to make an order and the offers didn't match some of the advertisements. Waited ages for a latte, a hot smores and a frappe. The hot smores was disgusting and tasted like it been made with dirty water, and the latte was the same. Whole place was actually dirty, tables where cleared but non clean. Service was shocking. The thing I'd recommend here is... Walk out go into Glasgow where its much better than this franchise. Honestly we are fans of Tim hortons but this one was a disgusting disaster AVOID

Just want to share my thanks to the staff for an order that went wrong through no fault of their own. The guy in front of me in the orders queue has 2 orders, his order gets shouted out and he grabs them both. Only, one is my breakfast wrap. My number gets shouted out, it's a breakfast muffin there that I didn't order. We figure out what's happened, the staff agreed to make me a new wrap because of this idiot, and say that I can just keep the mistaken muffin as it would go in the bin anyway. 2 minutes later, I have my order and sit down. I look over to the counter and there's this guy, with MY BREAKFAST WRAP, complaining that wasn't what he ordered. So they go ahead and make him a new muffin it seems. Needlessly costing them yet more stock. Brilliant service from the staff, I'm sorry people suck sometimes. I bet he even thought it was you guys that screwed up his order. Absolute vegetable.

Tim Hortons Silverburn offers really good food, clean and hygienic seating with crews keeping a check regularly. The Single Origin Columbian Coffee is a must try for coffee lovers. The signature lattice fries were crispy and tasted amazing. I loved the grilled chicken wrap which was fresh and had the right amount of seasonings. To wrap up my meal, I got the honey cruller doughnut which was a choice I did not regret. Overall, a really good experience!

First time I have bacon, egg, cheese muffin come with hash brown a bit greasy for my liking and black tea I had. Good value for the money! So sure I took pictures of the muffin and hash brown. Must have forgotten to save the pictures...silly me Lol

No organisation, lots of staff wondering about aimlessly, very slow service and staff seemed all very miserable. Not the usual service from Tim H. Seen happier people in a crematorium.

Really good value for money on the beverages, not so much on food. Doughnuts are very nice and good selection too

Incredibly slow waited about 20 minutes to get our order. 4 staff serving at the counter and no one seemed to have a clue what they were doing.

Visited this morning… wasn’t super busy but didn’t get service for more than 5 minutes although there was 4 members of staff working. Customer service was non existent. 2* for the price, only £1.99 for a muffin and coffee, BARGIN but I don’t know why I was expecting better coffee from an actual coffee machine? Tasted worse than McDonald’s coffee.. muffin was passable

We had breakfast in the silverburn shopping centre from Tim Horton's for £349 each it was nice but one problem we have they not have cash payment access food very good

Waited that long to be served even although there was no queue that we went elsewhere. Menu looked ok though. Maybe when they get the staff situation sorted we'll be able to try it.

Not the best coffee on the planet, but passable. And to the person who left their American Express card in the ordering terminal, I handed it over to one of the girl's behind the counter. Regards Oor Welly 🤗☕

Nice coffee however cost of fruit shoot 150ml £2 is far too much. Not happy. The price should be clear.the price everywhere max will not reach the 0.55pence .

Not organised and seems like never been trained on their jobs. They just running around like they have lost everything and searching to find it. Been waiting for over 15 minutes to get the order. The company should train them like other branches as never had any problem with any of other branches.

Usually my go to coffee place, been three times to their Silverburn branch and still not impressed. The staff there don’t know how slow they are, only one serving and regular queues plus many leaving after 20 mins wait and going next door to the Patisserie Valerie where i write this review from.

Meal price on board £6.29, I get charged £6.79, when I ask why I’m told they are adding 50p to all meals over and above the displayed price to cover ‘’additional costs’’ What a rip off. The displayed price should be what you pay! Last time I’ll be in a Tim Hortons.

I have been to eat at the Silverburn location and my partner and I had stomach problems after having crispy chicken meal and I don’t think it was the quality of the food,it was the fact that the place was full of rubbish and the girl who served us was using latex gloves to squeeze the left overs in the bin and she went behind the counter to serve customers without changing the gloves so I am assuming this is how she contaminated the food.That place should be closed down by health inspectors and clean up.. I don’t recommend to anyone to eat there 👎👎👎

There is now a touch screen ordering system. If you need to order something that's not on the menu like a half shot coffee you need to shout over to the staff behind the counter who are mostly ignoring you or pretending you're not there. The touch screen in mcdonalds is way better and their counters are permanently staffed and don't ignore you. 4 stars for the great coffee and tim bits.
