Thank you Ray for helping me to find a 'same day flight' to Corfu! You were extremely helpful on Friday 12th, and spent ages on the phone sorting everything out for me. I'd been unable to take my flight from Edinburgh early that morning because I'd stupidly forgotten that my passport had expired. Ray ensured that my return flight wasn't cancelled and managed to sort a flight from Manchester for later that evening so that I could join my husband in Corfu for a lovely week's holiday. Thank you to other staff for finding out information on trains to Manchester, the cost of a taxi from Corfu airport to my holiday hotel, and advising me on the euros I'd need for this. You were brilliant! Thank you!

Tui don't get me started!!! Booked a flight from Glasgow to Antalya on Tuesday 6th May found out Tui don't fly from Glasgow to Antalya on Tuesday's so why was it advised and sold to me? as Tui don't fly to Antalya from Glasgow they changed my flight to Manchester? Why oh why would I go from Manchester when Scotland has another airport!!! Luckily got other flights sorted leaving from Edinburgh arriving Glasgow, this is the first and believe me the last time I will ever take a Tui flight, in all my years of flying I have never had this happen. So I would say give Tui a miss.

Staff here are brilliant and always go out of their way to make sure they get you the holiday that ticks every box. Every time I go in there is a smiling friendly face at the desk that acknowledges loyal customers! The foreign exchange box always has great stock of exotic currencies on hand that I struggle to get last minute 😀 best travel agency in the town!

The agents in this store are so pleasant and helpful! Went in having 0 ideas of where to go, and now have a lovely family holiday to look forward to early next year! They made a potentially stressful time trying to find something for the whole family to enjoy, really easy and enjoyable!

We booked at the store last year for our trip to Tenerife, and they could not have been more helpful. I am just off the phone with them their regarding payment and planning for a holiday in may 2024. The girl on the phone was incredibly helpful, and very friendly. Sometimes booking online can be tricky, even for young people so it’s always really good to have customer service as good as this.

First class experience from start to finish. I was well advised on different destinations and so we made a great choice. Experienced and knowledgeable travel agent who explained all the covid travel requirements etc and she made sure we were all prepared in good time, so no stress for us and any questions we had we just had at any time in the run up to the holiday, we just had to ask and we were helped, no problem at all. Really friendly staff who were so genuinely happy to help. Everything went smoothly and I am ready to book our next adventure so will be 100% using TUI Gordon Street Glasgow! 😁☀️✈️

Paid a lot of money for a swim up room and expected a swim up bar. We had to leave the room everytime we wanted a drink where as other swim ups I've been to we didn't even need to leave the water. Beds were the worst I've slept in and entertainment was poor. Service from the waiters etc was excellent and the place was nice but wouldn't go here again.
