    Ordered 6 piece Wicked Verity Bucket though Uber Eats, the mini fillets were missing from the order. The 6 pieces of chicken were very poor, greasy and burnt. Couldn't finish what had been delivered, was put off by the condition of the food.

    Never again. Order was 2 hours late. Driver phoned up after half hour and was on the other side of Glasgow. He lied and told me he was 10 minutes away. 1hour 30 minutes later he arrived. Phoned the shop who said the delivery drivers have nothing to do with them, but they're happy to let them deliver their food. Dont know why we have to give address and postcode and contact numbers, if they don't look at them. I am in a new build so it was important the driver read the additional info. Shocking service, I will never use them again.

    Place was empty and cold, food was bang average. The "original recipe" has little flavour now, The chips are awful. Final straw was the virtue signaling insistence on only diet drinks. You sell fried chicken, I dare say a full fat Pepsi is the least of anyone's dietary concern. KFC was my favourite takeaway. Today was my last visit.

    Just bought a take away in the drivethrough yesterday...felt that i needed to leave a review for this...when paying for our order the staff member was awful....not a glance at us or a response to me saying hi....was as though she could not be bothered with customers, she never spoke ine word to us!!...just stuck the payment rod out the window...eventually handed out our bag with not as much as an acknowledgement...heard her moanung to her colleagues that she was tired and cant be bothered...well, im paying a lot of money for my order, the least i expect is some courtosy...face abs tripping her...when i asked for some sugar for the coffee that i had ordered, you would have thought i was asking her to pay for my meal...again not one acknowlement to me as she handed over sugar reluctantly never once even looking at us...act felt like handing 8t all back...horrible service, NEVER be back to this branch!...will got elswhere were the service is act human!!

    Went there twice, the customer service person was very rood, the way they talked to me, even slamming the window on use while we were asking questions. To crown it all when getting back the order was incomplete. Today I had the same experience for the third time, got a 6 chicken bargain bucket and I saw ony 5 picses in it, reason I did not go back to complain was because of the distance I travelled from so I made up my mide to give this review to let people know, and if possible use a video recording anytime you go to shame them

    Ordered the 8 mini fillet bucket at drive through and the large chicken popcorn was missing ( that’s what my kids like) we only realised when we got home . Very dispassionated as kids were excited about the meal. They always get the orders wrong

    Not enough tables. Dirty tables and floor. Dry 1 wing and very small breast in tower burger (taste dry). Waiting for food forever. Chips taste ok. Ppl who deliver should be served from different side somehow, you have feeling that everyone is served before you. Ice cream taste ok. I paid more than £10 per one person and there was not too much meat - roll with hash brown in addition to cover fact that Brest is small.

    As good as any other KFC food wise, meaning it will have the odd miss or mix up however the customer service here is pretty good! Whenever I have an issue it's either fixed or they do something to make up for it. I do find that it's better to collect yourself than delivery cause the mix ups are a lot more frequent.

    Staff Appalling Senior Staff apathetic. Very long wait whilst in restaurant. Food order wrong and Cold. Chicken Pink - straight in bin Bread black...but not really burnt. No Quality Control at all. Never experienced service quite as bad. Worst part was that nobody seemed to care - A really unhappy place. Perhaps staff should look into working somewhere where they'd be happy.. Quite sad really....

    This is a really nice place for food - KFC is a personal favourite but things are more enjoyable as it's not too difficult to get a parking space and inside was a pleasant experience as the tables are spaced apart and you can move around easily

    Don't think I'll be back, really not nice. As usual the just eat guys take priority over customers who turn up resulting in an overly long wait for poor quality chicken (soggy breadcrumbs most of which had already fallen off), cold fries and a luke warm soft drink mmmmm

    1/6/22 Friday 20:20 We arrived as the only car in the drive thru queue. The person taking our order was impatient and short. We ordered the regular rice box and twister meal. We waited behind another car for about 5 minutes. We then waited another 5 minutes at the window, no apologies, no sauces offered, we had to ask for ketchup after the food was handed over. Our complete order was wrong. The rice box was zinger not regular. The dressing for the salad was slopped into the chicken and the presentation just untidy. I only got a wrap and drink, not the meal as ordered, it was very salty and the chicken was very crispy almost too crisp and no chips. Fortunately we were not charged for a wrap meal. No serviettes in the bag! The staff looked untidy too with no attention to detail or customer service. This must be the poorest KFC in all of Scotland.

    They opened later than I was expecting, which is fine. What is NOT fine is I got hit by a cowboy parking charge for being in their car park for a few minutes - absolutely not acceptable.

    This is the second time we have been left disappointed by this branch of KFC. Waited ages for the order, then stuff was missing and half of the food was cold. Manager not interested, tried to call the store bo answer. Left feedback through the survey service so awaiting contact. Will update further in contacted. Double check your order before you drive off. Update, I was contacted by email after I completed their online survey. The service was good, asking about my experience in detail, including the food I ordered and how much it cost. I was later send a formal apology and a gift voucher for the poor experience we had. I have since been to 2 other KFCs and had good food and positive experiences in both of them. I've since added an extra star to this review.
