How about your staff treat customers with respect and dignity. Shameful treating people in such an unprofessional manner. I had the misfortunate to meet a proper jobsworth the other day that was borderline rude and arrogant and treated me very poorly.

Very bad customer service , I’m using booker for long time and delivery service is very bad , payment system is confusing. I do not feel I’m appreciated as a long term hight spending customer . Very disappointed today again , my delivery should be here at 9 am And still not here ! Old fashioned systems - i been told all this will improve so many times but nothing is changing . It is a shame as products and prices are very good .

Another massive price increase at Booker today. I think this group have forgotten there a cash and carry. Most things cheaper in Aldi and Lidl now. Opportunistic money grabbing from a massive group with huge buying power (i.e. owned by Tesco). Price gouging pure and simple.

Shawfield Booker/Makro wholesale outlet offers an excellent selection of trade goods. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable, always ready to assist customers and there is free tea'n coffee available throughout you're visit in store! 😃 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

I do miss the variety and deals of the old Makro but it's a decent stop gap until I can make it to the bigger store in Edinburgh
