    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrendous customer service!!!! Waited almost 45 mins for a taxi at the airport after midnight with our 2 young kids. Driver finally arrived in his electric car which was almost OUT OF CHARGE!! He didn't have enough power to make the 10 mile trip to get us home. He wanted us to then sit in his vehicle for 15-20 minutes while he charged it at a nearby petrol station! When we said no, he was wanting to drop us at roundabout near a motorway with our kids and luggage!!! Horrendous end to our perfect holiday. Do not use this company! We phoned the office to complain and request another taxi and they just hung up on us. Kids were really upset and frightened at the prospect of being left at a motorway petrol station. Driver and company should be ashamed of themselves.

    Waited for one and half hours told 4 twice taxi on way one of there taxis that where so busy pulled over and offered to take me to my destination which was 11 outward bound but wanted 35.00 as it was a busy time for my return. When i spoke to the office i was told not to take notice of the instruction i was given when i booked as it was unreliable. As a visitor to glasgow I will never return without my own car absolutely disgusting this would never happen in London.

    Absolutely appalling service! You never seem to be able to get a taxi no matter what time or day you phone at. The few times I've managed to get one the driver has always went to the wrong place and cancelled my booking, even though I have tried to contact the driver or the company themselves. Their answer to the driver cancelling the booking is just to put you in the queue with everyone else again despite how long you have waited in the first place. If you want to book a taxi I recommend either jumping a black hack or phoning one, there isn't much price difference between them and private hire, staff are so much friendlier and couldn't be more helpful. If I could rate less than a one star I would.

    Extremely poor customer service. My app was showing me that my taxi was 2 minutes away but the driver was driving the opposite direction of where I was. 7 minutes later I cancelled the taxi as the waiting time was too long by that point. I was charged a £5 cancellation fee and the call handler Toni refused to refund me. She was very condescending and unhelpful. I find the £5 penalisation very unfair.

    Booking system a shambles. No operators and you deal with the automated machine, which is fine but you then receive no confirmation text to say your taxi has been booked. Only time you hear from them is to say the taxi has been dispatched, 5 mins before it arrives. If you had to cancel the taxi, could only be done at this point- very disconcerting. They should provide you with a confirmation text after booking to reassure, as I have less confidence in dealing with automated machines Vs humans.

    £14 (ish) fare agreed on app , when taxi arrived the driver said £35 before finally offering £30. When refused, he drove away & listed fare on booking history as "no show". Lone female hire, left navigating way home. Very poor. Gave 1 star because easily managed to book another taxi & get home for original agreed amount.

    A disgraceful service. On 2 recent occasions I pre-booked a taxi, and they just never turned up. No notifications of a delay...just nothing. And on these occasions I ordered a black hack taxi which turned up in minutes. I used this service regularly when they were Network cabs, and even during the pandemic, they were reliable. I won't ever use this app again.

    Absolute disgrace. Used the app to pre book a taxi, booking accepted and money transferred out of my account. Taxi didn't show up so I phoned them, they told me that the app that I had used is out out date, the transaction would get refunded to me. Why is the app still live? Why did it allow me to book? Why did it confirm the transaction with my bank? I asked this to the phone operator (who was entirely unhelp and unsympathetic) who repeated that an email had been sent to "all app users". Didn't offer an apology whatsoever. Will never use this shambles company again. Do not use.

    The taxi drivers regularly charge a waiting time despite the driver not being anywhere close to the pick up point. However, my final straw with the company was when I was charged for being a 'no show' despite me standing in the freezing cold at the requested pick up zone. The customer service representatives were incapable of resolving the situation and just said 'the app says you're a no show'. This company can only be described as incompetent and fraudulent. I would advise using another taxi company going forward.

    Ordered 2 taxis this morning for 9.50 to take my group of 6 to the bus station and got a call at around 9.45 saying the first taxi was outside but when we went out a minute later it was nowhere to be seen, and at 10 neither of them had arrived meaning we missed our bus to Aberdeen. I also tried to phone when we couldn’t find the taxi, and the drivers number was unrecognised so would not ring and the company wouldn’t pick up when I attempted to phone them.

    After phoning and booking 2 taxis last week saying that I would pay up front to pick us at The Blythswood I was told no worries not needed. Did taxis turn up : No Eventually 1 hour later one turns up and charges me £42 when originally I was told £26 Never again shocking Assured no problem

    Absolutely shocking service! App is telling me I have a 4 minute wait for a taxi so I booked! Iv waited the best part of an hour for the taxi to arrive! When I phoned they couldn't tell me how long I will be waiting! I could have got a bus faster! I would have got a bus if I'd known I'd be waiting this long! Why monopolise all of the taxi companies in Glasgow if you can't run the service properly! And then to be charged through the nose for a sub par service you should be ashamed!

    Car 1336 almost ran me off the road and caused an accident at Celtic park after deliberately coming through a red light in heavy traffic. Waiting for Glasgo cabs to reply about their drivers dangerous driving before going to the police.

    We pre-booked with app. At pickup time there was no sign of anyone on the way. We phoned and were told a driver would be allocated soon. What is the point of pre-booking if you don't use that knowledge and pre-allocate a driver? We gave an exact pickup time for a reason... Anyway we had to settle for 'someone will show up at some point'. Then a few mins after hanging up, got a notification saying trip had been cancelled - which we had NOT asked for. Did they go in a huff on us? Dire experience!!

    Hi I got a cab from springburn l Last night after 10 the cheeky female call handler I spoke with regarding driver taking wrong route call handler told driver to put me out the cab as she would do this due to her attitude driver locked me in I was terrified incase he threw me out taxi or something bad happened to me he didn't know we're he was going. Call handler had a disgusting attitude I will be speaking with the boss whom owns the company as I was left distraught terrified I will not use them again telling driver to throw a female out his taxi she called me racist too disgusting all due to driver on wrong route. Police will be notified will speak with staff with manners like this staff member should be sacked due to her conduct.

    On the whole, great. Easy to book, amend/cancel and pay on the app. Drivers are always very friendly and on time.... With one exception, where I was left waiting over 30 mins for my 'on demand' booking to just be accepted. In the end I cancelled, as I couldn't wait any longer. Book in advance or at the time of need, it's easy to do. Highly recommend the 'book in advance' as I've never once been let down with this system.

    This is by far the worst taxi experience I’ve ever had. The driver lacks of communication and I had to call the customer service to explain to him instead. Driver didn’t open the the car boot for me to load my bags, he didn’t left his seat either. Finally I was unfairly charged extra fees on top of the preset price for the trip. Customer service didn’t take my complaint seriously and just supported their driver. I’d definitely NOT recommend to anyone else to use ☹️

    Great service, bit wary as automatic booking over the phone. However, app let's you see where driver is and time to you. Drivers name and vehicle identified. All vehicles clean and smart. Drivers friendly and very helpful. Nice to have a chat

    They offer a pre booking service which one would assume means they will have the taxi arranged for that time or close enough but they do t actually created the booking until five minutes before the time you request. I book my sons tacos for class in advance the day before and we have had to cancel multiple taxis because they haven’t even picked the job up until 20 minutes after the pre booked time meaning he has missed half a class already. I don’t understand why they offer a pre book service but don’t put jobs out until last minutes kind of defeats the purpose of pre booking and I’m paying £30 a month for his class plus cancellation fees for your taxis because of this. Think I’ll move to different company from now on that’s more reliable

    Using the app they give you an estimate price, e.g £8 but then charge you £10 seconds later? Also want to wait over 1 hr for a taxi on a Sunday afternoon go right ahead. No conformation of taxi coming or anything? App feels broken and lower class to Uber. Want to cancel your trip for ANY reason you’ll get charged £5.

    Best network in Glasgow for me ! Bang on time. Very friendly service and the cars available for choice and particular events etc can also be requested by a phone call. Keep up the good work guys.
