Receptionist was so rude! My Mum only asked a simple question and she jumped down her throat! Was their fault as her prescription was called in at the beginning of the week and wasn't done! Glad she had the call on loudspeaker for us to hear!! Rude and her attitude was terrible. She needs to think how speaking like this to someone affects them when they are ill. Will be putting in a formal complaint. My Mum will probs need to go to hospital now as the receptionist never done her inhalers as there was no doc to sign it she said although the docs were there. Dont wasnt special treatment but her breathing is bad hoping the chemist can't give her one on loan. Hope my name shows up at the end of this review( would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't for this happening as the docs are good imo)

Imran on the Maryhill dispense pharmacy honestly helped so much. Was feeling so ill and away from my family, he got me sorted quickly, with a smile and got me water all within covid measures. Obviously a very caring and professional team and made me feel so looked after from a short interaction.

Nightmare to get even a telephone consultation. I tried for my son who is a vulnerable adult and receptionist was so rude and obnoxious. He ended up with a phone consultation one and a half weeks later. And they wonder why so many patients attend a&e!

I have never seen more idiocy on repeat (and I have been to places), fail to fix their basic mistakes, fail to learn, pay attention to what they are doing or meant to be doing, communicate with each other. All that seems mindbogglingly common. Health care that fails to care it appears. I really don't think its acceptable in the particular field, Red Practice.

The Pharmacy - AVOID!!!! Ran by unprofessional crook. SHOCKING!!!!!!!! My sister was hired as part time and then the following day Imran told her they now need her to do a totally different shift which he knew she can’t because she is a single mum and has two young kids. Why hire and then let go? Totally unprofessional! AVOID this pharmacy ran by a total crook and also avoid the one in the Maryhill Health Centre who is also owned by Imran the biggest crook of Glasgow!

Been with my doctor for 44 years nothing bad I can say about the Maryhill red practice-Although I have just moved area and they told me to find a new doctor.

Very nice people they put u at ease

If I didn't hold my doctor and the pharmacy people in such high regard id leave the red practice and the health centre completely. Ridiculously hard to get appointments, especially with a female doctor. Been given different information by different people, like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.

Briiliant care from my consultant. She was remarkable in her care and advice and answered all my q's to put my mind at rest. Friendly positive natured. Thankyou Ruth

Using the centre to delivery a parenting course. Accommodation for such is well equipped.

Staff so considerate and helpful, always smilingand l leave feeling better

Maybe one day the pharmacy here will have at least half the medication I need available

Just been told i have to wait 2 Months at least for a copy of Medical Records for the past year, you also have to wait at least 2 Months for a Blood Pressure machine. Very poor!

The health centre contains 4 GP Clinics, a physiotherapy clinic, a pharmacy and a day treatment clinic.
