I have been registered at this GP for the past 4 years while I have been attending university in Glasgow and I can confidently say that I have never come across worse receptionists in my entire life. I am not normally the type of person to write a review on google however this receptions poor attitude and clear lack of enthusiasm towards her role left me no choice but to take some time out to leave a review. If you do ever suffer a series of unfortunate events that result in you having to deal with these receptionists then be aware they are extremely dull, will be disinterested in any of your concerns and aggressive. Although I don’t have any concerns with the doctors who have always been helpful and polite the receptionists alone have warranted this 1 star review. The only reason I can think of for this behaviour is the fact she works with such amazing people who have done so well and are constantly helping people and this is the only way she can be recognised amongst amazing doctors. It really is a shame.

Terrible service from reception desk staff at Dr. Burton and Krishnan. GPs are good but I have had to speak with a very rude receptionist every time I phone. Would not recommend them because of this.

Go out of their way to avoid helping you...their standard response is "come back in a few weeks if its still a problem". Being someone who rarely visits my GP I'd only be coming to them if I was genuinely concerned. The one time I insisted on being treated by a specialist, said specialist took all of 2 mins to agree I needed an operation...had I taken the GPs advice that "all looks ok", I'd still be suffering today. AVOID

The Receptionist. I have made prior appointments here which went perfectly fine but I needed to see a G.P again because my condition was worsening. This time the Receptionist got every part of the appointment making process wrong starting with which doctor I needed to speak to (Whom handled my condition prior) then she said “The doctor will call you in the afternoon” I found this vague especially compared to my first appointment I made where I was asked when I would be available & given a time slot so I was asking around what time when she literally hung up the phone on me. “Doctor will call you in the afternoon” end of conversation, hung up on! I thought to myself it’s fine I will keep an eye out & catch the doctor in the afternoon. Looking back I never received the usual text message associated with the appointment that I did prior. So you can imagine my shock when I look at my phone in the morning and see a missed call with a voicemail, yes it was the doctor. Eight forty in the morning. So not only has this receptionist wasted my time but the time of the doctor at the practise!

Dr Krishnan is incompetent and should be struck off the register. I am waiting patiently until I have enough evidence to put a case forward to the medical board. This surgery is the absolute Pitts. I have never felt so judged in my life. And the attitude from Dr Krishnan is disgusting. This place is an absolute disgrace to our wonderful NHS... As soon as I recover, I will come down on this surgery like a ton of bricks. Is anyone thinking of joining the practice? Just don't there are loads of outstanding doctors and surgeries in Glasgow. Most definitely go elsewhere. e receptionist needs to go too (not Morag); it's time for you to retire. The attitude you get from her when you call to ask for a doctor is disgusting.

The reception is were bad how many time I call to arrange appointment thay are so rude I’m gonna how to complain about them

No Bus Service/Stop on Garscube Road at Health Centre though had been promised by First Bus & G.C.C a fair walk from Maryhill Road existing Bus which travels on to Firhill Road is every hour, certainly have not taken the elderly or those with Health issues I.e. mobility problems into account. No PHARMACY inside H.C. considering the number of patients issued with prescriptions.

Extremely rude receptionist at Dr Krishnan & Dr Burton, huffing and puffing every single time I’ve had the displeasure of phoning. The staff at this surgery lost one of my medical notes and were completely unapologetic and dismissive about it. I’ve since registered elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

I am 52 and this has been my doctors surgery since I was born and I'm so disappointed in the treatment and care from the surgery now. If you need pain management DO NOT attend this surgery as my mother in her 70's asked for help with pain management for her arthritis and Dr Ojo's reply was "you're too old for a hip replacement". When my son was attacked and stabbed Dr Ojo's advice was take paracetamol even though he nearly lost his life !!! Since Dr Love passed this surgery has gone downhill so fast. Very sad.

The best medical centre and Dr Thompson is the best GP. I want to share how nice and how careful and what an amazing doctor Dr Graham Thompson is. I've had many GPs in my life, he's the best one I've had. The nurse was very funny and nice when taking my blood. I love this place and they're fast and very helpful contrary to many opinions below. At least I'm referring to the GP Dr Thompson. The receptionists there were nice too. I want to recommend this centre to everybody and Mr Thompson cares and carefully listens to his clients and I'm impressed by the careful and good service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars but I can't on here. Amazing service and amazing doctors.

I used to go to the Podiatry to have my feet done and a girl who was at the reception desk used to phone up my Stobhill Diabetic and my Opthamology clinics but because of the coronvirus outbreak all of my hospital appointments were all cancelled as I used to go up the road to Lloyd's Pharmacy at Garscube Road but I am getting my prescriptions delivered now as I am not allowed to go anywhere near there now as QXHA wardens office are telling that I was stalking all the nurses and all of the female doctors they were saying they would be getting the security officers to ask me to leave the Healthcentre and I am not allowed to set foot in there ever again and I am not allowed to come back there ever again as it is their property and it is private property

Terrible, they can't even sort out a simple prescription. wouldn't recommend unless you want to lose time and health

My name is Carolyn haldane and this has been my doctors from the day I was born 51 year ago when Doctor sweeney was there and his wife,I have had the best doctors,doctor love was a legend by far!! , he was an amazing doctor,elaine shes been there for years, I even remember when she got a makeover on the TV, ⭐ you always were a star elaine ,even the receptionists are stars⭐best practitioners by far,💜⭐

They never answer their Switchboard!!!!

This centre is run very efficiently. I was in and out in around 30 mins. Great job.

Excellent post partum care following the traumatic birth of my daughter in Jan 2021. I found Dr Leslie to be a fantastic doctor who listens and offers treatment 'options' with clear explanations. Elaine (sorry I don't recall your title) a massive thank you for your help in chasing up my follow up appointments at the PRM hospital....I've been meaning to write this review for many months. Your good work is appreciated.

Clean and modern. My GP (Dr Gaw & Esler) surgery is excellent with professional and friendly staff! Usually not overcrowded. Sometimes problems with computer systems at reception downstairs but overall, I find this place well-run and exceptionally hygienic. The dentist attached next door is incredibly handy.

Reception staff at Dr Hos practice are friendly and always very helpful. The practice itself is really good and I never had a problem getting an appointment even at the height of the Covid Lockdowns. Well done all

First class health centre with multiple dental and medicinal support. I got an emergency appointment as a visitor in 3 hours. Superb friendly and helpful service.

Register with Dr Gaw , pleased with appointment experience most of time. Receptionist at GP counter is not quite friendly sometimes. The whole health centre is really new ,well equipped and clean.

I've been to Woodside several times and found the service efficient. Taken on time, and treatment was carefully carried out. No problems whatsoever.
