Good cafe, fast service. Its open until 6pm. Do remember though that by the end of the day the selection of food gets less and less. By 5.30pm the choice of cakes was quite slim pickings.... Toilets inside, although I found them to be quite smelly....

I was there with family yesterday and spent £20 on coffee and some food, all the orders were wrong the coffees were cold and the attitude of the staff was atrocious, in particular one female member of staff with brown curly hair who basically slammed the coffee down. I won’t be rushing back, it doesn’t cost anything to be pleasant

Always a great place to stop for a tea or coffee, plus a snack. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of seating inside plus seating outside in the shopping centre. The Earl Grey tea is lovely, especially in a china mug rather than a paper cup.

Went here today ordered a latte, cappuccino 2 x cakes to sit in I was handed 2 cakes in a paper bag then when the coffee was ready I was handed a takeaway cup I explained to the staff member I am sitting in to which she replied so do you want a mug? I was handed 2x lattes in mugs couldn’t even be bothered to complain the full place was filthy tables full of used cups and rubbish I drank my coffee as quickly as I could so I could leave very disappointed.

Good coffee always but everytime I go in here I do wait a while. They don't get through the queue as quick as the ones out on buchananun Street, in cinema or at the newly refurbished one on sauchiehall street.

Worst service I've experienced in a Starbucks. No organisation. No system in place. People having to guess which drink is there's as no names are taken and mobile orders have no names on either for people to collect. Will not be returning.

They have really good coffee and I personally love there frappuccinos. My favourite being the caramel and cream which I'd definitely recommend. There section on hot drink is just great in general. My main complaint however is that It is pricy for what your getting

They made a mistake with my drink which is ok, it happens. But having your head bitten off by the staff about it isn’t. I didn’t make the drink!!! Basic customer service skills were lacking on my visit. Yes I agree Everyone that bothers to go to work has those long tiring stressful days but you don’t take it out on the customers. 2nd drink was just as vile as the first. For obvious reasons I didn’t take it back and won’t ever go back.
