Absolutely shocking behaviour from the security team and the club! Will never return and advise others to avoid! Last week I went with 3 friends I think I was spiked and my friends left me on my own, I tried to get help from staff and they let me leave on my own, not in the right state! Not even so much as a glass of water or an offer to stay and contact someone or call a taxi! Absolutely no duty of care to service users. Then On Saturday me and a group of friends tried to enter the club the female security checked all of our IDs and permitted entry to all of us! Once the girls were inside a male security guard stepped Infront of the two men and said they weren't getting in as they were too drunk (they were not) they were fine with this and prepared to leave without any hasstle my bf said he wanted to get my attention to let us know they were refused. (We were right at the door) then the security told him he wasn't allowed to get our attention! And put his hand on my bf at that point my bf tried to get past to get me and remove the security guards grip and as I turned around they were all trying to grab him and pull at him and try to act as if he was the aggressor! I don't know what their intentions were to only let usin And not them but didn't sit well with me and defo do not feel safe with security like this around. Tried to contact the club about the matter and they were nothing but rude and tried to deny any wrongdoing on their security's part! Avoid at all costs!

Really nice music, staff is ever so kind. BUT last night my whole group left due to the discusting treatment of the security team, in particular the bald man. There was this guy harrasing all the girls, and my friend tried to speak to him nicely, so he would leave us alone. And my friend got kicked out, in a very rude manner. That security man, was not listening and pushing us out of the way, not wanting to have a civil conversation, so he could undestand that my friend was protecting us, because they did not do a thing. No apologies, no nothing, but him being extremly rude. We a never coming back!

Waited for ten, fifteenth mins or more as more 'beautiful' men got served before me. The bar staff seemed to have a laugh about it. Management seemed to back up their staff which is fine. Not willing to put my hard earned cash in their till and you shouldn't either. We don't deserve to be treated like that and the only reason it is acceptable is the gay scene in Glasgow is piss poor...in my opinion...avoid this dive 👌

Bouncer's waited until I went to the toilet then dragged me away from my family members, which was a group of about 7 people including 2 aunties and my fiance, threw me out and said I'd had to much to drink, good thing I hadn't had to much to drink otherwise these bouncer's would have just separated me from the people that actually could have taken care of me.

Attended an after party here, got charged a ridiculous amount for drinks as well as the prices seeming to change every different time I went up and spoke to a different bar tender. I feel like they seen I wasn't a regular and took advantage of that by over charging me and pocketing the difference, horrible bar staff if that's the case. Left after a few hours because the atmosphere was just dead on a Saturday night.

Edit: after leaving this review. The manager of axm left a fake 1 star review on my business. Be careful with this club. We visited on Saturday 11th arriving at about 11pm. We had a great interaction with all the staff. We went upstairs, bought a few rounds and shots from the bar man when all of a sudden I was rushed by a female member of security screaming in my face "Pay for your *expletive* drinks and get out". I was pulled away from my friends and marched to the bar. It turns out my card needed to be put in the chip and pin machine instead of contactless. I didn't realize when I bought my round and thought all was ok. I was told "I was a thief and had to *expletive* leave". My partner was telling the bouncer in question to calm down as it was completely excessive. We were trying to calm her down and she just kept yelling and yelling. She marched us down the stairs, followed by other bouncers that seemed embarrassed by the decision she had made. The bouncer was clearly after a fight. Extremely needlessly aggressive. Arrogant. I couldn't quite believe it happened. She needs addressing from the owners and lenience needs to be given when mistakes are made.

Worst club in Glasgow. Actual. I’ve been to all the good places around. We all got here and we’re turned down. Worst experience ever. Weird experience I wanted to give them a great score but I couldn’t even get in

Went out on Saturday nights with coupe of friends and somehow got accused and kicked out for no reason the security staff are ignorant and rude wish they sort themselves out

Tried to get in but being with my mother we got turned away. Bouncer was condescending and spoke to my mother like she was a child. My mother reacted like any adult would to be spoke to like that and the bouncer took a power trip about it. It was a natural reaction to a condescending nature. Adults go to clubs, they should be treated like them.

Music was fine Bar was quick although serving sizes are small

There's a much better club just around the corner. With professional, approachable door staff and a friendly vibe inside. You won't find that at AXM. It's nasty from front to back.

This is my go to nightclub. Gbx nights are brilliant. Staff are friendly and the drinks come fast. I feel extremely comfortable and able to be myself in this place!

Edit…The manger of this nightclub has retaliated to my review my hunting me down and leaving a fake 1 star review on my business leaving his name! How unprofessional and childish. Deal with the problems in your club instead of attacking me at 1.30am on Sunday. It’s a cesspit, avoid at all costs. The most unreasonable aggressive bouncer iv ever had the displeasure of coming across. Came here on a Saturday night with my partner and another couple. We are polite nice guys, we arrived around 11ish, paid at the entrance, hung our coats up, bought a round of drinks and a shot from the guy walking around, my boyfriend came back from the bar with our 2nd round of drinks, 2 mins later this horrendously rude female bouncer got in my boyfriend face calling him a thief, swearing and gurning in his face. The contactless payment didn’t go through. That was it!!! we went to the bar immediately to pay and apologised. It was a honest mistake. The woman was having non of it. She was absolutely vile, rude so aggressive and unreasonable. I was asking her to please calm down. My partner is a kind lovely person and was absolutely horrified this was happening. We were then all asked to leave. It was shocking. The other secretly seemed embarrassed of her. She needs a muzzle not a door badge.

Was there with my group of girlfriends having a great night great music. Then the manager asked us to leave, no idea why and didnt give us a reason just asked to leave even the bouncers were puzzled and were apologising to us as we were leaving. Makes no sense. Shame maybe need a new manager

great laugh, good shows, friendly stuff, cheap tickets and drinks. Nights you won't forget in my opinion, unless you're smashed on the drink, haha

always had the best nights there, the staff is amazing and the bouncers are the nicest people, can have a good wee laugh with them

Axm does not love you more. The toilets were all blocked and flushing into each other. It smells awful. The staff on the bar and on the door were rude and completely unhelpful. Me and three other girls were hurt when some girl decided to attack her ex right in front of security who just stood and laughed. The place is a joke.

Big split level gay club. Plently of space to dance the night away. Bit rough round the edges,looks unappealing from the outside. (Used to be called bennetts)

Got told I was too drunk 3 times between 8-11 and then got knocked back because apparently I'm on drugs never mind the fact I barely leave the house. Gonna complain.

An older lady who works there shouted at me for using the disabled toilet despite the fact I have Crohn's disease and I need to empty a colostomy bag. I tried to explain this to her but I think because I wasnt in a wheelchair or crawling along the floor she presumed I wasnt disabled. It's a shocking attitude especially since it's celebrating pride which is all about inclusion. I've experienced discrimination before but this was the worst case so far

Cheap entry drinks a rip off busy no. Toilets hanging off the wall too nice dump 2 drinks and entry £18 no drinks prices on display, very naughty. Keep clear Stayed for 1 drink then reduced the clientele by a 25%, by leaving

Always have a super evening. Their red wine is drinkable & great performances & nights run. Not that i'm.there very much alas always have a giggle.

I was just turn away from this club because I was black the security asked how much I have drunk. Never in my life I have been turn away from a club. Very sad day. Omg can't still believe this never; I will ever return. I Was not drunk this is crazy. I am a tourist visiting.

Me and my fiancé went in with our friend from Glasgow. We are from Leicester and had driven 7hours to visit our friend and have a good night out. I was really excited to experience AXM having heard good things about it. But I was really disappointed. The staff were rude and impolite. And we were charged £21.50 for three tenants which is extortionate! I wouldn't pay those prices in London. When I questioned the price with the staff he said the price was 'normal pricing' and walked away. I could buy a crate of larger for ten pounds and not experience that rude attitude. I don't mind paying for premium products in a good place, however the nature of the door staff and bar staff the unclean to toilets and sticky floor in an empty club does not say premium price. We will not be returning in the future and won't recommend it to anyone I know visiting.

Got chucked out for apparently saying something to the owner under my breathe which I didn't and then he said if i said sorry I could get back in, no way was I saying sorry for nothing, would recommend going to polo instead as it's so much better and they don't make up excuses to chuck you out

I preferred this place when it was Bennets. The DJ woukd actually put on what customers wanted and not what they wanted. Think priced have went up also..

This place is horrible. Dirty glassware, vile stench, and music far too loud, and poor selection of songs played. All screeched over by an obnoxious dj who loves the sound of his own voice. You'd be wise to avoid this place.

Club not on high level unfriendly staff dirty and mess everywhere in club dangerous dance floor and stairs.
