Very bad and poor customer service... Twice my sofa order has been messed up. The owner and the management is most of the time out of the shop. Everytime you are told to come back another day. At times they dont answer the phone and late replies to email. The staff is eating chips and crisps while dealing with customers and very rude to deal with complaints. Good stuff in the shop but shame about the service.

Went into this shop today as my bed has broken for the second time, yes my warranty has ran out but obviously a fault with the bed as it's the same end again! The staff member Molly so rude and abrupt had my kids with me and explained that my son and I were currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor to which she shrugged her shoulders..... very unprofessional as if she couldn't of cared less. No proof of purchase but emails proving they have been out and fixed it previously and still no joy plus ignored emails from her from 2 days ago and one today explain I have contacted trading standards who have advised me to put a complaint in writing and take it from there to which I have still had no reply with the complaint address or email.shocking customer service would never buy another thing out of here

My Son paid £120 for a mirror which was damaged. The person working said it had been bought days ago although he had a receipt for it Been bought the previous night. She was very rude n starting telling everybody to leave her shop she would not change or refund the money. Please be wary of buying anything here

One star is being too nice!!! Never had such terrible customer service as this!! Ordered a table back in January and told will be in store in 2 weeks....still waiting!!!! Dont bother to answer the phone or call back!!! Had them assusre me ir will be in and third time being told this still no sign of it. Lovely store just a pity the store staff let it down badly
