I went in yesterday to get a big shop they had a big red sign saying deliveries available for next day so I went and got extra. When I put my messages on the conveyer belt I asked the manageress what time the delivery spots were and she told me there was none, so now I had the stress of trying to get 8 heavy bags to my car as they have put long metal poles on their shopping trolleys and pulled the shop shutter down so you can't take the shopping trolley out the shop!! I witnessed a really old lady struggling with 4 bags of messages!!and when I called Iceland head office to complain I was told that I can't get a response from a complaint or a follow-up!so basically you have NO complaints procedure. You have lost a customer and what a joke of a shop so badly run.

I'm not a big fan anymore honestly, I think Iceland food quality has gone down and as prices gone up your not getting value for money on alot of items, especially people who are on benefits, shame really, I prefer going between asda, morrisons and tesco for freezer food, it's a meh from me. Poor service when it comes to tills. There's never enough staff on serving & when the bell is rung for other staff to come serve it takes forever for them to open another till.

A joke!The single queue system means you often have 10 or 20 customers waiting to be served at the checkouts with usualy one cashier on at a time. The queue is tightly squeezed together in a single aisle which makes social distancing impossible!

Again does what it says on the tin with lovely staff.

Expensive for their cans of fizzy juice but forever.finding great buys, offers qnd foods I would have eaten before.

Great place to shop, the staff are very helpful and will do everything thing to help, some of the customers are impatient and complain about the queue, bunching up and social 2 meters, well if you're that worried about it! Tell people to move away, it's not Iceland responsibility, it's yours!? James mcdaid

Great amount of stock. Good Offers...queues are really bad at till.....Usually only one on... The tills should be a priority (keeps the customers coming back) off-putting when passing and seeing the queues puts you off going in...
