Kept losing my registration details over the course of the year. I got some dental work done which was excellent and the dentist's gave me a discount due to being a new private patient and the amount of work I was getting done. Then I started getting letters through saying I owed them money. They obviously hadn't recorded properly that the dentist's had given me a discount. Also I paid £50 for an appointment which I missed, when I called to reschedule they wanted me to pay £50 for the missed appointment before paying another £50 for another appointment. I don't think so.

10/10 service! Had a scale and polish with Kamal and his assistant today. Place is immaculate as always and very professional. Kamal is so helpful he ensured I was calm and pain free throughout the entire treatment. I have attended the same surgery my whole life since Mr Chan had the practice and I was worried when it got taken over because of my fear of dentists and change but Tiwari Watson Dental Care are by far the best I will never go anywhere else. Thank you 🤩!

Me and my daughter were squeamish and anxious about trips to the dentist. Since we started coming to Tiwari Watson in 2018 all of our fears have been quashed. The staff go to great lengths to reassure and calm us and this has included everything from procedures being explained in detail, discussions about plans and progress and most importantly, real care and compassion in their manner. I can't even name check anyone in particular - because everyone is great!

I can't fault Tiwari Watson Dental Care. I've given Laura a few tricky "jobs" over the last couple of years (snapped tooth, hooked root, huge fillings...) but nothing is any bother to her and I've been more than happy every time with the outcome. Both Laura and her assistant Laura are lovely, very quick to put you at ease and are always making sure you're well throughout the procedure. I always seem to speak with Georgina on reception who is also very helpful and professional!

Brilliant experience everytime! I became a patient here about 5 years ago and have seen both Laura and Joe. Both extremely professional and friendly. Joe has done a ton of great work with me over the last couple of years and I'm really glad I found them. Every single person at the practise is friendly and polite, they all seem to really love their job which makes it a much more comfortable place to be a patient.

This is the best dentist I have been to, I’ve had so much trouble with on/off toothache and trouble with wisdom teeth for the past 3 years and was always just given antibiotics or more black fillings at my old dentist which I feel just masked my problems. Feeling fed up with recurring toothache I found Tiwari Watson and I thought I would give them a try and feel it’s the best decision I’ve made. Kamal and Bili are very welcoming and have a calm and relaxed approach to treatment. Although I’m fine with dental treatments I really appreciate the explanation of each stage of treatment and the care that is taken to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain. I am delighted about how my treatment is going and glad to see my teeth are finally being sorted. Would highly recommend Tiwari Watson.

I can honestly say this is the best dental practice I have ever been to and I have been to a lot, had some really bad experiences and a lot of work done over the years. I believe the treatment I received at Tiwari Watson was second to none. At a time I had recently had a family tragedy they were caring and really understanding of my emotions. I had to get my first ever filling this week, I found myself a little nervous at the thought! However, as soon as I got into the room with Joe, I was put at ease. I mentioned to Joe I’d never had a filling before and without even a second thought, he brought out some noice cancelling headphones to take my mind off the process of the filling. This was such a lovely touch and it definitely made me relax (as much as you can!) into the process. I have since told the story of this to many of my friends and they are all extremely impressed with the uniquely personal touch from Tiwari Watson to help put their patients at ease.

Excellent service which makes you feel at ease .

Lovely staff who make you feel at ease. My kids love the new dentist Kamal. Very pleasant and kept their minds busy with child friendly questions. Joe is also great. Non judgemental and always seems to give you the best advice/ options available. I had one complaint previously; Joe responded professionally and took on board what I had to say. Would definitely recommend to nervous patients or families with young children. They have earphones available for nervous patients!! Excellent idea! Great team.

Have never had any issues with the Dentist. I have recently had a brace fitted for issues with my teeth at the front only had them on for a few months & now they are off and I have never been happier with my teeth ! Got my confident smile back, thanks very much !!

They both went above and beyond during the whole process which took 6 months and countless appointments......none of which may I add did I feel or have any pains during or after my treatment. Part of my treatment plan is time with the hygienist to get gum disease under control and I can’t believe the results after one visit to Rebecca. Teeth look and feel amazing and….no more bleeding gums!! Still a bit of work to do but these results have given me confidence that not only will I have my smile back but healthy gums too. This dental practice really has everyone working at their best to give you the results you want.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Not just the work they do but how comfortable they make you feel especially when you are nervous wreck like me! Kamal is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else or to anyone else now! Would highly highly recommend!

The staff have always been friendly, are good at keeping you at ease and always make sure that you are okay while you're having treatments. It is reassuring especially when you have anxiety and they don't mind any small quirks like popping in a headphone if it'll will help you during your visit.

I phoned for an appointment and was told they don’t accept NHS patients and would have to pay £60 over the phone, even though their website says they welcome NHS patients. Being that I was recommended to the practice I paid the £60 and went in with severe pain in my lower right jaw. I was seen by dentist Kamal who tapped along all of my sore teeth with a metal implement and he told me he couldn’t see anything wrong and asked me to phone back once I left if I was still in pain which I told him was constant and was still hurting. He then found a small filling in the other side of my mouth that he said I needed in a pre molar which wasn’t hurting at all. He took x-rays which I paid £18 for and then on my way out I was told the filling would cost me £90, of which I was required to pay a £50 deposit there and then before they would make me an appointment. So I left the practice after having three X-rays and had paid a total of £128. I was still in severe pain after nearly a whole month of waiting. I will go somewhere else in future, definitely not the caring practice that I was told it was. He also mentioned my crossover in my front teeth which has never bothered me and tried to hard sell me cosmetic treatment and left me feeling self conscious about the appearance of my front teeth. I only went in for treatment on my immediate pain and left feeling self conscious and scammed out of £128. Enter this place at your own risk. They care more about money than patients.

Another visit to Tiwari Watson for a 6 month check up with my dentist Laura and then my hygienist Rebecca. As usual I felt at ease throughout. The friendly dental nurses and welcoming reception staff are also a credit to the practice.

Several years ago, my already soft teeth were somewhat impacted by chemotherapy. Along with Covid lockdown this resulted in the need for a fairly major overhaul of my dental requirements. My wife was already a patient at Tiwari Watson, spoke very highly of her treatment and recommended that I have a consultation appointment with Joe. I very quickly took the decision to move to the practice. Joe and his staff were excellent. Despite the need for 5 implants and a bridge, I soon became fairly relaxed as I progressed through several months of treatment. Every aspect of the treatment programme is throughly explained and discussed, and care and follow up given are second to none.

Highly recommend Tiwari Watson dental care to everyone. Laura is unbelievable, she replaced 12/13 year old veneers for me I previously got done, and took into consideration everything I was looking for and in an amazing time frame. Love my new veneers and forever getting complimented on my new and improved smile. Thank u Laura!! Kamal always keeps my son calm and at ease when he visits especially because he’s scared of the dentist.

This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. Today, I had to call in for an emergency appointment and I got one 2 hours later despite only one dentist being available today. Dr Kamal was absolutely fantastic. He assessed my situation, genuinely listened and asked my opinion, and then thoroughly explained my treatment options. His attitude was calm, kind, and empathic and I felt like I had control throughout today's appointment (I was able to pause if it ever got painful for instance). I actually ended up feeling positive about the experience which says it all, as it was a root canal treatment for what was a very painful toothache the night before. My usual dentist, Dr Lydia McGowan, has been equally fantastic and she was the first dentist I had a total confidence in. Rebecca, my dental hygienist at Tiwari Watson, motivated me to floss my teeth every day (which I sort of knew I should be doing but never actually got round to doing it in the past). Four months in, my gums stopped bleeding and I can't imagine not flossing now! The reception staff make it all work seamlessly behind the scenes too which is so helpful.

I would highly recommend Joe and his team for my excellent Dental Care. From the moment I entered the practice I felt very much at ease. I have just finished my Implant treatment and I am one very happy lady it is so nice to smile again. I will definitely be returning for any future treatment.

After cancellations of appointments on several occasions by my dental practice after a filling at the front kept repeatably falling out I went to Tiwari Watson on the recommendation of my sister, I was so stressed as going on holiday in a couple of days and didn't want to go with part of my tooth missing. I am a very nervous patient through bad experiences but as soon as I walked in the girls at the front desk were so helpful and offered me an appointment that evening. I saw Kamil who talked me through everything and made me feel at ease and did a fabulous job. Everyone is so professional and now I can smile with confidence and enjoy my holiday. I had two dental implants done at Tiwari Watson Dental Care. The implants surgery was carried out to a very professional level. Joe and his team were excellent at making myself feel comfortable. I had both of the implants done at the same time, so was in surgery for almost 3 hours. They gave me these glasses which I could watch a film on and earphones, so I was not listening or seeing the team carry out to the procedure. This is excellent for patients who are nervous about dental procedures. Once the procedure was done, they gave me a fantastic aftercare bag which had everything I needed to take care of teeth and gums. The surgery/place itself is very clean and I felt that the room I had my treatment in was safe and hygienic. I would highly recommend getting dental implants at this surgery.

From the level of service provided from every member of staff to the quality of the products and the knowledge of the dentists, Tiwari Watson dental care is, in my opinion, the best dental practice in the area. I come from a village in Dumfries and Galloway and always had the same dentist my full life up until about 21. After moving to Glasgow I had such bad experiences with a few dentists and was really losing hope and thought my dentist growing up was a one off. After finding Tiwari Watson I feel I have now found a perfect replacement for my first dentist! Such nice staff and no problems. Would highly recommend x

As ever, the service and care given within Tiwari Watson Dental was outstanding - and even more so now with the current pandemic. My dentist is Laura, whom always makes me feel at total ease and explains clearly exactly what she’s doing, why she’s doing it and any options I have (if necessary). All employees are kind, caring and welcoming, and although Dentist Surgeries have never bothered me, I’ve never felt more comfortable, unjudged and looked after anywhere, never mind just dentists, as much as I do in Tiwari Watson. I would also like to point out that, over lockdown, I was suffering from severe toothache, and due to timing, Joe was the dentist on call. Although I’m not his direct patient, he went above and beyond to help me and ease my worries. This practice is a complete unit - the epitome of team work and effort - and it’s why, in my opinion, they are the best. On behalf of my entire household, thank you for everything you do!

I was having severe toothache last Wednesday night. It got to a point where the pain was so had that I phoned NHS 24. They took my details and informed me that all they could do would be to recommend that I contact my dentist in the morning and ask for an urgent outcome. I used the WhatsApp set up by the practice (a method of communication I hope is kept on when everything returns to normal) and Joe said to me to call the practice number. The number went through to the dentist Kamal who was working from home. He listened to my problem and referred me to get an x-ray at an emergency dental clinic to ascertain where the pain was coming from. He was very professional and put me at ease about my pain knowing there was something I could do about it. A few hours later I received a call from a member of staff at the emergency dental clinic in Springburn Health Centre. They asked me to pop in for an x-ray and found the problem was a hole in my wisdom tooth. The best advice they said was to remove the tooth. Less than 15 minutes later the tooth was out and I was on my way back to work for the rest of the day. Thank you Kamal for referring me so quickly and getting me seen the same day. I always have a pleasant and positive experience when dealing with all staff at the practice.

As someone that has had problems with dentists as an adult because of very bad experiences as a child, I can recommend Tiwari Watson dentists to anyone that is as terrified of dentist as I am. Kamal made me feel as much at ease as I could be, everything was explained and taken as slowly as I was comfortable with. An old filling had come out so it needed to be replaced. I needed a small filling in same tooth. This was all done with no pain, even the local anaesthetic was OK. It was the least stressful, least painful filling I've ever had and the local anaesthetic was the least invasive and most localised that I've ever had. I will definitely be going back for my 6 month check up which is a major break through for me!

Having suffered pain in my tooth for two months and being told by my previous dentist they didn't know what the problem was, I decided to see Raashi. She was able to identify the issue and after one appointment had resolved the pain completely. Can not thank her enough. She was very thorough, kind and explained everything during my treatment. Fantastic dentist.

Can’t thank Joe and the team at Tiwari Watson Dental enough for sorting out my tooth so quickly. Woke up with swelling and pain in my gum and was taken as an emergency at 11.30am. The tooth was too far gone to be saved (my fault as waited too long to attend dentist) but the extraction was swift and pain free. Regular check ups from now and hopefully no more teeth out! Would recommend 100%.

I’ve always been anxious when it comes to the dentist. Moving from dentist to dentist because I just wasn’t comfortable. Ever since joe joined I’ve found so much more at ease. I still get anxious but I feel better when getting treatment as I feel they make you feel more comfortable and talk you through procedures. They are more understanding as well which makes the process easier when visiting.

I can recommend Tiwari Watson for first class treatment. I had been attending another dentist for over 20 years, when I finally realised that I wasn't getting good service. My sister recommended Tiwari Watson and after meeting Joe and the team, I was given a plan of treatment which started prior to my going in for surgery at hospital. That treatment was damaged during my hospital stay, but Kamal gently repaired and completed my treatment efficiently, leaving me with a healthy mouth.

I had an accident last year and had to have teeth implant. I was recommended by a friend to come to Dr Chan. Dr Chan is very experienced and humours - giving a good distraction during the implant operation. Now it has been a year since it's installed. Very sturdy, no issues. Very happy with his service. I would def. recommend to my friends.
