They recently put up a sign saying ''If you're a Tory then turn around and F off'''. So if you're a Tory do not give them your money.

Very poor selection of equipment and staff seemed uninterested and lacking in the knowledge youd expect from gym staff.

Owner was initially welcoming, booked me a slot starting Monday, and today was Friday. After having looked very eccited to start trainig, i ask for a meal plan or a few foods I should eat - his response that he was fully booked, even though he had checkedis ue his calendar and had given me the availability. What a waste of time ubering there and back, and spending tme at this facility

Poor customer service, also worry about lack of hygiene as there’s no disinfectant to wipe down what few machines and equipment definitely a covid hotspot in the making won’t be going back.

Poor customer service

The people who are saying theres a lack of cleanliness in the current Covid climate have never been and are hitting back at a recent notice posted on the gym door in regards to the governments decision to not support kids having access to food during the holidays. The gym is kept incredibly clean with all the equipment being wiped down thoroughly after every session (sharing during sessions is prohibited due to keeping everyone separate). Every client is given their own area to train in, keeping plenty of distance between areas. The owner is very driven and focused on client care ensuring that every person who goes through the doors gets a personalised service and feels part of a larger gym family.

Really Second Class

Lack of equipment. No covid-19 safety. When questioning the staff, they were incredibly rude. Will not be returning.

Best wee gym in Glasgow. A welcoming environment and trainers who really care about what they do. A perfect place for those who hate big chain gyms and gym bullies. It's a proper family over here. And bonus...no mirrors so no posers!

These are written by people who have never even stepped foot inside the gym in cowardly retaliation to a Facebook post from AG Fitness expressing their disgust at the vote in parliament not to fund school meals. * I discovered AG Fitness when I was at a real low working in healthcare during the pandemic. Since then, although the situation hasn't much improved, my mental and physical health have immensely. It is so refreshing to be able to exercise without the pressure and expectation to alter my appearance and lose weight. The focus has been on getting mentally and physically stronger without taking myself too seriously (the world is serious enough right now!). It is a fully inclusive and relaxed environment where I have never felt self-conscious despite having never really engaged in weight training before. Although I get physically stronger every week, the effect this attitude and training environment has had on keeping me mentally calmer and more resilient cannot be quantified. Having been part of an extended household to provide support to an elderly and vulnerable relative, I have been extremely particular about staying safe. The large cordoned off training zones, focus on cleaning equipment between clients and meticulous infection control standards have meant I have felt safer at AG Fitness than anywhere else indoors in public. Thank you AG Fitness for keeping me sane and look forward to getting back to it after lockdown 2.0!

I see there are already bad reviews on here in response to your message to those who would rather let children starve than ask their pals in big business to pay a little more tax. You are an absolute hero and if I am ever in Glasgow and looking for a gym, I would be straight there. I can't wait for the pandemic to be over just so I can come and shake your hand. xx

Inclusive? Don't make me laugh. Rude language and intolerance at the top of their list. Many other gyms to go to!

Excellent Gym and Staff....... Great set up....clean and well organised......really offer to go the distance for results that most shy away from....... Communicate well and offer great enlightenment and directness to what really needs done to hit the target......wouldn't hesitate to reccomend ....

If I ever move back to Glasgow I'll join! Thank you for standing up for what is right!

It is fabulous

Top class gym with excellent coaches and a fantastic inclusive culture. Perfect if you're inexperienced or overwhelmed by typical gyms and looking for somewhere to build your confidence in a small group environment. They provide personalised workouts to suit your fitness goals and the coaches are always on hand to provide helpful guidance, motivation and good chat.
