Staff wasn't helpfull. 25% uber fee is too much and fares are so cheap compare to other taxi companies in Glasgow. Not making enough income after uber fee. Had to do so many long hours with uber to make some income.

Ordered a taxi for sober parents and I, received registration plate of uber driver. Spotted the driver and he asked through the car window - when we got close to his car - where we were going. Told him the destination, he responded by lying saying we got the wrong uber car and drove off ! I could clearly see his registration plate matched what was on the app ! He just didn't want to drive us to the destination we requested !! Ordered another one and the uber driver phoned us to ask our destination and claimed he'd be 2 minutes then we could see on the app the car doing a u-turn and going the opposite direction from where we were with no intention of picking us up !!! Got charged £4 ASWELL as a cancellation fee - when we didn't cancel it was 2 ubers that messed us around by cancelling on us !!!!

Stinking attitude from the wannabe at the office on a power trip thinks she owns uber forgetting that shes just a WORKER. When asked about issues that she doesnt know how to resolve starts giveing me attitude The usual 2 that are there top people just the wannabe"BOSS" needs a change of attitude.

Poor driver support

Had to do so many long hours with uber to make some income. I was working 45 to 50 hours aweek and had to pay 25% to uber and tax. Basically it means we have to pay double tax with uber. Plus short member of staff at the uber office.

We booked a taxi to the airport and scheduled a pick-up time. Three minutes before the cab arrived, we received a message that the fares ‘may be increased due to higher demand’. There was no time to cancel or call another taxi, or we would’ve missed our flight. The final fare was almost double what was initially quoted and we only found out the price after we got to the airport. To me, this seems like a poor and dishonest way of doing business.

Terrible company shuts down App for no reason specifically for Drivers 😡

I dealt mostly with Rachel who is very helpful with a delightful personality,and really great at her job. If you are visiting here be patient there are strict schedules to adhere to and the staff are extremely busy all the time

I got robbed by an uber driver in Glasgow, Ali Mustafa picked us up from our hotel Hilton Garden inn and was supposed to take us to primark, i forgot my back so i contacted him he said he was gunna drop another customer and come bring us the bag. We was waiting 2 hours for him he never came back he never called and i was never able to get his number as Uber app as not helpful at all I am honestly shocked and i was not expecting this from a such famous company you allow everyone to be an uber driver and they turn up thiefs shame on you and shame on you Ali Mustafa, i hope you like my bag and i hope you get what you deserve

I give 5 stars because Glasgow office staff is more than 5 stars they helped me to fix my issue which I have struggled for more than a week. Thanks for your help

Staff has no Information their attitude is "Computer says no" They can't help drivers in technical issues No information how uber works what to do they will say contact uber and their staff has no information as well
