Chloe birthday gift

I have been to this store numerous times. On two occasions I got the same girl and she was lovely especially with my 11 year old daughter. She was helpful, patient and friendly. On my last visit though I got a darker haired girl (just below shoulder length) and she was completely the opposite. Each visit I spend over £100 and always leave the store happy, which sadly I didn't on my last occasion. This goes to show that staff at Pandora do have an impact on your store experience.

Went in store today to purchase some gifts I mentioned to the a girl called Chelsea that my daughters bracelet was twisted & could no longer get charms on it . Chelsea & the store manager went above & beyond by replacing it & helping with her other charms x Excellent service, lovely kind caring staff Always shop here x If you see this Chelsea thank you so much 😊

Just went to the store to check out the new rings. I approached a dark haired girl, who I seemed to be interrupting, for the rings I was interested in. She asked for my size, went to check and advised they didn’t have my size and that was it. No offering to help with something else. She just walked away. Last time I was there I was served by a lovely blonde girl who did a fine sales job and I walked away having spent over £100. I will take my business to another store now. Their loss of a sale is another stores gain.

We went in to find a Christmas gift. Couldn't find exactly what we were hoping to find but they still had a very large range of charms and accessories to choose from so we had a very successful visit.

I love this shop, any time I've been here the staff have been really nice. It's so bright and easy to see the jewellery. I was attended to by Gemma today and she was so helpful and gave me good advice too. Got a free gift today too as there was a promotion on, even better. Glad I visited today.

Not entirely happy with my trip to the store today I had to take a charm back they did change it to be fair but they also said one of my other charms is black as you can see from the picture it is not it is the silver tree one I had to play the consumer rights act 2015 card and I wonder if they would have changed it if I didn't know my stuff I will not be back they seemed to blame me for it

My husband had bought some some beautiful rings and bangles last March for our Peril Anniversary,so l was in to buy some more rings,got just what l wanted,lovely friendly helpful staff as always

Never had to deal with such rude customer service in my life . Kicked me and my friend out of the shop for trying to help my other friend to find her bank details on her iphone. servers name was Gail. she said “get out” in a very disrespectful and cheeky manner. I’m genuinely appalled by how she acted towards me and i will not be returning to the shop again if this doesn’t get dealt with and will be letting all friends and family know about this incident

I am absolutely and utterly appalled at the mannerisms and conduction of one of the servers at Pandora, Buchanan Galleries, named Gail. This name was given on the receipt and this woman was nothing but rude towards my friend, who was trying to return a ring. She was given unclear instructions on how to get a refund, and when I tried to help her, I was told “get out” by this woman. Never received worse service from any shop in my life. I believe action should be taken instantaneously and if this is not acted upon I can guarantee we will never be returning to this shop.

Went in on the 14th Nov to check how much I had left on my gift card the two older servers couldn't do it so the younger server had to do they were not happy. When they got the information the older of the server shouted across the shop this runs out on the 23 Dec you've got less than six weeks to spend I knew this that wasn't what I asked then she shouted again from across the shop what I had left .there vustomer service is atrocious and everybody heard what if somebody heard and when I left the shop stole the card there needing to get a job they know how to do.

went to pandora in st enochs centre today after noticing a gem missing from my moon ring that i’d only had two months & kat instantly helped me, swapped it right out for the last remaining ring in stock that was my size. super quick and efficient and SUCH a lovely soul. she eased my worry so quickly & made me feel so comfy! will definitely be back - go see kat guys she slayed

Had promised myself a bracelet for ages and took the chance to pop in with my daughter . Lily was helpful and really friendly I got the bracelet and 3 charms to start . She was happy to spend a bit of time till I got what I wanted . Looking forward to going back for more

Was quite busy. Staff were excellent. Went to exchange gift for wife as too small . They never had larger size . Girl put cost on gift card and ordered it on line for me at bigger size paid with card . Superb service.

I'm not a big fan of Pandora but I waited with a friend and was pleased with the shop.also the staff made us very welcome and were so helpful.

This Christmas was a special present for the wife..so the best shop for me is pandora. Love it....

Busy nice.

Was in the store a couple of days ago. Even during this Madness of a Year the Girls in Store did a Great Job. Gaby helped my partner and myself. She helped with me choosing a Necklace and Charm to put on it. Also got a Charm for my Bracelet. Gaby was very helpful and knowledgable about the Pandora Products. I was very happy with my choices. Hopefully be back in soon to see you all. Such a lovely store and lovely staff. Merry Christmas 🎄 and Hopefully a better 2021 when it comes 😊

No I didn't visit this store didn't fancy standing in a queue outside the shop staff going through catalogue asking customers what they were looking for.

Great service

Busy store with a queuing system on the right hand side as you enter. Some people do try and get served without queuing here but staff are generally pretty good and just take customers from the front that have been in it. You can browse freely but when you want to buy you join the queue. If looking for a ring and you don't know your size there is a table a few feet in front of the queue where you can try rings on. I would certainly recommend doing this before you get served otherwise when you do get served they will take you to it and leave to attend to someone else. To be honest i think their jewellery is a little overpriced however my daughter knew just what she wanted so she wouldn't even look elsewhere. To finish, the girl who served us was lovely and very helpful even though she was clearly feeling the stress of a busy day.

Popular jewellery shop selling Pandora products. Not high end.

Very busy, but the queuing system worked well and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Very long queue to get into the shop to make a purchase but that's testiment to the shops popularity. Great range of jewellery & charms to choose from. Staff were all smiling, friendly, helpful & coping well with the volume of customers, doing what they could to cut the waiting time.

An excellent place to go if you fancy queing for an hour or so. As a person with a lot of time to kill, I enjoy nothing more than watching humanity dwindle by, only to be told at the end that the item I was looking for is not in stock. Magical.
