The shop was boiling as they had the heating on, during the summer. And the item was wrongly priced, and was only notified of the change at the moment they had already packed it and added it to the total. 65% increase in price. Went to return the overpriced item after finding it cheaper elsewhere (not too hard). And the mood of the cashier had completely changed... Was your friend when buying, although couldn't even care about the spelling of my name when returning the item. Customer service here is shocking!

Just got my wedding ring and engagement ring repaired and eternity ring re-sized. They now look brand new- an excellent job done by jeweller. Mel in H.Samuel shop at Glasgow Fort was really helpful and knowledgeable when I initially went into the shop to enquire about the repairs and left me feeling confident that my rings would be able to be repaired. I am absolutely delighted with the finished result and would definitely recommend H.Samuel for their professional service.

I went in to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Asmah was absolutely lovely and helped me pick out a beautiful ring and talked to me loads about life, my proposal and my relationship. The customer service from Ashma was second to none I came in with an issue that my wife lost the eternity ring that we bought last year and I was looking to reorder the same one as a surprise for our anniversary but had no receipt. She was able to find my order with only the date that I bought the ring. Would definitely recommend anyone to deal with this sales person I know she made my day and hopefully my wife will love this ring as much as the first.

I went in today looking for bridesmaids gifts. Found the perfect braclets. They only 2 in store. Ashma went above and beyond to get one from another store, she has also arranged to post it out to us. Excellent service.

Asmah was extremely helpful and patient with us when purchasing our watch. Took the time to talk us through different watches and allowed us to order a new strap when the one on display was a little scratch.

Call up and asked a question about the stock. Didn't have it but invited to the shop to take a look at other similar products. Did just that and bought something nice. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to all. 👍

Bought my wedding bridal set today at the Fort... Katylee served us. She seemed new but she was fantastic.. showed me the rings I got to try them on. She then sized my finger and we ordered the rings. She was polite and chatty as were all the staff. Felt very welcome and left on a high!

Would like to say a massive thank you to Mel and Debbie at the Glasgow Fort store. We went in to have a look at the engagement rings after getting engaged earlier that day. We had gone to another store and were treated really poorly and it put a dampner on the afternoon. We then decided to try here and met Mel and Debbie, we told them what had happened and they couldn't have been more excited for us, welcoming and so friendly. They made the experience of getting engaged and picking out my ring exactly what it should be. We cant thank you enough, you genuinely made the experience so special and we left the shop on cloud 9.

Debbie helped me pick out an engagement ring which I had left till the night before a holiday. Helped me find a ring despite my unusual requirements, which turned out to be perfect (other than my ability to find the right fit - but even sending off the ring was expertly handled by Debbie's colleague!). I cannot thank Mel and Debbie from the Glasgow Fort store enough for all their help today, I left as a very satisfied customer and cannot recommend them enough. We had a very poor experience at the Trafford Store a few days prior and this has completely turned our attitude towards the company around. Do I hear employees of the month?

My husband says the customer service at the H.Samuel in The Fort retail park store Glasgow is second to none. All the staff are so helpful. He bought a watch in their sale at an exceptional sale price. He would recommend anyone wanting to buy anything to check out this store first before going anywhere else. You may be pleasently surprised.

Gill at H.Samuel at Glasgow Fort was absolutely fantastic! I had been to so many other jewellers to look for a wedding ring with no luck at finding one that was what I had envisioned and that also matched my engagement ring. Gill let me try on many rings but despite loving one it didn’t sit flush with my engagement ring. Gill suggested getting that ring custom made to sit flush with my engagement ring. From start to finish it only took 5 weeks (despite being Christmas time!) to send my engagement ring away, get the CAD of my wedding ring back to see it, and have the ring made ready to collect in store. Gill was so helpful and made my vision come true! I’m absolutely delighted with my ring and so impressed at the great customer service provided!

We were speaking to Debbie about getting an engagement ring. It was a very do-or-die trip - ordering online had let us down and needed something for our pre-booked weekend away. She was really helpful in sizing, offering different rings for different styles of wedding band. She wasn’t pushy and only offered her opinions. Massively helpful and sweet with my fiancée.

Got a lovely bracelet for my birthday last year had to pay to have more links on it t( had to pay) then one of the links kept catching my clothes put it back for repair had to pay another £36 total joke still cant wear it !!!

Staff were amazing, but I object to the option of giving to charity if you pay by card I do not recall being asked that question when I pay by cash. Discrimination.

They now have smart watches and it is a very nice jewelry shop

I will never shop in another H Samuel store again. This is due to being verbally abused by staff member Cameron who during his temper tantrum towards me stated that, “he didn’t get paid enough to deal with the likes of me” This resulted in a phone call to his area manager however I’m unsure if this complaint will be dealt with professionally. If you must purchase from this store I would advise staying well clear of the nasty, abusive little human.

Andrea Fanastico, Assistant Manager, could not have been more helpful, patient, gentlemanly, knowledgeable. Was so impressed, excellent customer service, I bought not one but two watches. Highly recommend this friendly shop. What a difference good face-to-face service makes in today's busy world.

Was in to look for silver scroll for my new granddaughter and get it engraved the girl who served me was lovely and helpful I ended up buying silver cinderella carriage as well. I was amazed at the choice in Christmas gifts for newborn babies.
