Apart from one incident last week when one member of staff was very rude to myself and another customer. In all the years I've used shop this is my only complaint.Rest of staff go above and beyond to help.

Their customer service is good. But the broadband (internet) itself is not the best. I need to contact them at least once a month as the internet keeps going off and each time they need to schedule a technician visit. That’s annoying.

Sky sits near Costa Coffee in Silverburn mall, it sells the usual bundles of television, telephone and Internet connection. Initially it does a good deal especially on extras but what you usually find is the prices creep up and up and never down.
