Hi, it seems like the doctor has bought fake reviews. I am sharing my experience so you guys know the truth. It was a Poor service and a rude doctor. When I say rude, it means extremely rude doctor. At the end of the meeting, the doctor asked us if there were any questions. Told him yes we have few questions. He was not expecting we would say yes. Soon we said yes, the doctor took it as an insult and got angry, and told us he can't answer until the baby is quiet. How could a baby be quiet if got cut and stitch method? My husband started asking and he the doctor started to answer look, mom,... Mom... Mom... He was answering me rather than my husband was not appropriate. It seems like fake reviews on here. Very rude staff and doctor, would not recommend. We needed to go for this procedure to fulfill sunnah but he made us think that our decision for our baby's circumcision was not appropriate. When you enter there, you are nervous specifically if it is the first time. It starts from the receptionist to the doctor and ends from doctors to the receptionist. No manners. I am not lying seriously no manners. Women work their think they are above even doctors. All this mentality is transferred from doctor to staff. We went for the car check other day, mechanic told us that bring the car inside, later told us open the bonnet, on the car, press the gas. We experienced the same at this doctor. We felt we are not here for a human but for the machinery. Bring the baby to room 3. Women sitting there. Put the baby here. Open the nappy. Hold the legs. This child is crying hold tight. Do let this child move. Why can't you hold him tight? They put the belts after and looked at us as we did something wrong. Don't stand here. Don't go away. Keep watching how we are treating your child. Seriously it was a car or mot check. I can write more but will finish with this that Is he really a doctor??? I am still thinking that barbers in Pakistan used to do circumcision were polite and had manners. What is he doing? Good luck if you go there.

Really rude experience by dr anwar moin khan, my two boys were due in for circumcision surgery today. Due to husband not being present as he is currently refused visa , I was told surgery can’t go through. My family members whom also were granted permission without presence of husband were treated in a kind and wonderful manner and due to some feedback, I felt the doctor was trusted - I was extremely wrong and mistaken. Paying £100 deposit, I was refused surgery upon attending appointment today. I was told that I have wasted the doctors time, that I should leave asap. I was told if the husband isn’t present, to provide court certification. In simple words, I felt extremely harassed today. I fail to understand why such a medical professional feels the right to speak to public in such a manner. I have spoke to other clinics, all whom have not spoke to me in the manner mr anwar spoke to me in and have also said father does not need to be present. Completely left devastated by mr moin khan behaviour today.

Doctor and staff were very nice. I had appointment today, the doctor deal us very politely and my son is MASHALLAH fine. I'm happy with their service.

Another great experience with dr khans clinic. clinic is very clean staff are really friendly. everything is explained in detail a sheet is also given with all the information. our son was very comfortable throughout the procedure he was full of smiles straight after it. This is our second time using the clinic so we were reasured knowing we could contact the clinic with any issues.After 6 days the ring was off and everything looked great. we had a check up 2 weeks later. would highly recommend anyone to use this clinic.

Dr khan is calm and polite and other staff too . The surgery was successful and ring fell off after 6days .certainly is a place to recommend.

Probably the worst experience ever with poor customer service like honestly regretted selecting and even paying appointment fee without getting procedure done. Not clarifying the "criteria " and harassing single mum which was quite rude and inconsiderate.

Fantastic service 10/10. Dr Khan and his assistants were very professional and welcoming throughout the whole procedure and aftercare. He explained every step thoroughly and our boy had a speedy recovery with minimal pain. We would recommend this place.

Had an Adult Circumcision aged 30, very professional environment, surgeon, assistant surgeon and staff.

I would like to say that Dr Khan is no doubt an experienced surgeon in this field however there are things I think that can improve drastically! I would start by saying that upon calling and booking the appointment I was told that the price will be mentioned in the letter. When I received a letter for booking appointment, the price mentioned on the letter was £200, the letter was very informative of the procedures and documents we needed on the day. However when I received a reminder text message the priced was bumped to £275. This was concerning, hence I called the clinic, the person on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and answerd me by saying because of my sons age the 275 is the correct price , the letter was human error and everyone makes a mistake and no apologies were made for the mix as they did have my childs date of birth beforehand and they should have edited it beforehand. On the actual procedure there was a different receptionist than the one on the phone, she was polite and told us what she needs and what we do next. The video was very informative of the procedure and a good idea to save Doctors time to explain it again. However the whole thing see med so rushed. The doctor was going from one patient to another, for example if 1 patient had numbing cream and needed few minutes yo wait for it work the doctor took that opportunity to go to another patient. Although he was not rude, he also didn't really build a rapport with parents and child. It seemed they were trying to get to as many patients as possible! I believe everything was so rushed! I cant fault the procedure. However compared to the experience with my older son few years back at a different clinic this was extremely rushed and same goes for the follow up appointment. Because we are paying such a huge amount building rapport with client is a good idea.

Doctor Khan is amazing, our experience with them was very good, my son had his Circumcison about a month ago, everything went smooth, I was so worried before that, but I was surprised how professional the process went. I would recommend this clinic definitely.
