Great place. Everyone who works there is absolutely lovely and very helpful and honest. Our puppy eats their own branded dog food and he loves it (highest percentage of meat content out of all the other dry food in the shop!) Our puppy loves our visits here!

A very well-stocked pet shop in a groovy part of town. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was served by a very personable young man called James who couldn't do enough to help me! We shall return to this store for our pet needs!

Just moved to the area and was struggling to find Acana food, particular type. The owner ordered the food for me, and was very helpful and friendly. Good to discover the local pet shop that has an excellent customer service. Pab and Bruce will be back

Brilliant wee shop. Staff are very helpful, friendly and cheery and nothing is too much trouble for them. You can take your pet into the shop, which we love as our dog just loves getting all the attention. The shop has a good variety of items, from dog food, treats and toys to items for cats, rabbits, birds and fish. We would highly recommend this shop, it's well worth a visit ☺👍

Popped in for a couple of treats for a friend's hound. Incredibly friendly staff member who not only was super helpful but also seemed very knowledgeable on all things dog treats. Huge variety in types/size/price point/body part you name it. Nicely laid out. Will be back.

This 'pet shop' doesn't actually sell pets anymore. None. Just a pair of sullen students and some dog biscuits. Completely rubbish.

I'm not even a pet owner, but I nipped in to grab a couple of tick removers (I'm a trail runner and mountain biker) and the staff were really helpful in finding what I was after.

I have been going to Pets Cetera for many years now and the service has always been excellent. Very helpful and knowledgable staff who are more than happy to interact with your pet and give them a biscuit or two. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for all your pet’s needs.

Use this shop for natural dog chews and they have been really good. Seen 2 or 3 different members of staff and they've all been friendly and helpful.

I visited today with Rosco and I have to say the knowledge and friendly approach was superb. I left with good natural chews and Rosco is on the floor chewing away happily. This will be the only place that I use from now on.

Took my wee dachshund in here earlier today. The two young guys working couldn’t have been better. Attentive, helpful and full of chat. Service with a smile goes a long way!

Great little pet shop! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Mostly setup for small to medium breeds, but I did find some good stuff for my larger dog.
