This McDonald’s used to be more of the decent ones. But the last 6 months it’s really gone down hill. The food is always sloppily put together, they forget sauces or ingredients on your food, they can completely mess up your order too. I ordered a Big Mac with an extra patty. And they put 2 Pattie’s between the first two buns, and between the other two buns it was just Mac sauce, lettuce and pickle. 😐 My boyfriend ordered two double cheeseburgers, and instead of burgers, they were chicken patties but with the cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. 😐😂 the mess ups make NO sense at all. I don’t get it. I don’t get how hard it is to read and out sandwiches together. Sometimes I swear they do it intentionally or they’re high or something idk. If you for some reason decide to come here, CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave.

Tired of never getting the right toy and seeing my kid upset. They are either maliciously using old surplus toys they got on the cheap or really bad at business. Either way it isn’t great.

Worst McDonald’s in the area food comes out looking terrible waits terrible go down the road to the other one I asked for a triple cheeseburger and got a block of cheese

The food quality here is really consistent. They keep a clean restaurant, and I find that the staff are pretty great. They do seem to have trouble keeping up when they have a long line though. The lines move very slowly. But honestly I’d rather have a slow drive-thru than poor quality food. To management: hire a couple more people to help with the workload and this will be an A+ location. Update on 4/23 I’ve been back a fee times in the last couple of months. The lines are moving right along now and the food quality has stayed consistently good. 👍🏼 great job guys. I come here pretty often. They usually get everything right. Chicken nuggets are a hit or miss. Once they mixed up the lids of our diet and non diet sodas. Staff is really nice though and the inside is clean and nicely decorated.

Literally every order has had issues. No one seems to know what they are doing or care to get things right.

For some reason this drive thru always takes at least 20 minutes to get through. I’ve had to leave multiple times in order to prevent being late to work. Don’t come here if you want “fast” food or are in a rush. Literally the slowest and worst mcdonalds i have ever been to.

Got stuck waiting ten minutes behind another car in the drive through. Our French fries were cold so I asked for Fresh ones. The replacement ones were also Cold by the time we drove 2 blocks to the house.

The older woman at the first drive-through window, where you pay, is so miserable every time I go there. Smile, tell her good morning, she can't even crack a smile, let alone tell you good morning back. I get dealing with people isn't always fun. I work in health care, and I really do get it. But if you can't be the least bit pleasant, that's a little issue. Honestly, the stores have become depressing, atmosphere wise. Use some bright colors and open the play areas back up.

They gave me the wrong order by mistake, but they were very nice and apologetic. They made me a fresh order and it was great. Thanks!

I ordered a Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel Sandwich this morning (takeout). When I got Home this is what I Found. There was some Mystery Slime under the Bacon. Thanks for nothing Glassboro McDonalds for Breakfast. I'm Never Going Back!

I ordered two mc chicken sandwiches on a mobile order. I went through the drive through and trusted that they could put two in the bag but they could not! Disappointed to say the least. The fries were cold as well I just don’t think that the employees care. May be a huge management issue.

As someone whose originally from the Central NJ region, they've stopped selling Spicy McChickens at most of the McDonalds near my hometown. However, this McDonalds near Rowan University is like the ONLY McDonalds in the state of NJ that still sells Spicy McChickens (Go Figure....). Due to this, I give their food a 5/5 since they still carry select regional items that have been discontinued at other local McDonalds. However, the service here is always very poor. As a student who uses Rowan Bucks, anytime I use my Rowan Bucks for payment, the staff behind the counter always sigh, and give me a hard time. The inside of the restaurant is always a bit dirty, and you can quite literally feel the grease within the air. But hey, it's McDonalds, what do you expect? Hypothetically, if I were working for minimum wage at McDonalds, I probably wouldn't care much about the cleanliness nor my customer service attitude.

Employees do not wash their hands after they use the bathroom and return to work it is nasty and disgusting. My husband said he went into the bathroom and the employee left without washing his hands.

I strongly recommend the peanut butter crunch Mc flurry. Unfortunately, it is a seasonal, but it is extremely good. It’s like a slightly less intense Butterfinger.

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit (sub English muffin)at 1045 am. Received the wrong egg on the English muffin. Went back to McDs the lady was nice and made a new one . Still wrong egg. Finally after a third try Patrick the mod stated … it’s after 11 and I don’t have any more eggs. I told him that they messed up, not me from the beginning and it needs to be made. He dismissed the comment and refunded my money. I’ve been going to Glassboro McDs since it opened …. Special moment with mom and my brothers. Patricks attitude towards customer service and satisfaction makes me believe the team is only as good as its leaders , mentors and trainers . Therefore I hope this post finds merit were it belongs. I will take my purchases to another location.

Sat in drive through for 20 minutes only to be told the system was down and they couldn't sell us anything. They should have turned off the lights instead of disappointing an entire line of people Two nights before that they said the milkshake machines were down after waiting in line... They couldn't even be bothered to tape a sign up si the customers would know instead of sitting there for nothing! Frustrating - won't be back 😒

I had lunch there today. I've been going to McDonalds for years but today was a pleasant surprise because of Lynn. She was the nicest, friendliest person and especially nice to the older folks having lunch. She is a definite asset to this McDonalds.

Was treated very rudely by an employee this evening in the drive thru. When I told them I thought they were being rude they abruptly turned around to walk away saying they did not care they only had two weeks left to work. I will not be returning to this McDonalds. Manager did apologize.

The food was cooked fresh. And they even gave the correct dipping sauces for my chicken nuggets. Most McDonald’s don’t care and forget.

This McDonald's is probably one of the busiest in South Jersey because of it's close proximity to Rowan University. Having said that, it's also the absolute slowest "fast food" establishment I've ever been to. I will say that this generation doesn't like to work at all. What happened to teaching our children good work ethics?? They need to hire more people who actually work. Also, the employees at this McDonald's are some of the most ignorant and rude bunch I've ever had to interact with. They sound annoyed as soon as you pull up to the speaker and then when you actually get to the window to pay they look angry. They almost always forget something or mess up the order in some way. I have been working in the food industry since I was 18 at my families Hoagie shop and I will tell you that I wouldn't hire anyone under the age of 30-35. This generation is absolutely lazy, entitled, and disrespectful. They think the world owes them something and they have zero respect for their elders. PARENTS it is your job as a parent to teach your children about responsibility, morals and respect for those older than them. Stop being a "friend" and start being a PARENT!

Absolutely screw this mcdonalds. Worse mcdonalds ever. Everytime you go here they say the icecream machine is broken. That is redicious that the icecream machine is always broken here everyday. Food is terrible. The customer service is awful. Bunch of young teenagers that work here that don't care about the customers, they are rude and never follow directions on orders. They also use all kinds of curse words unprofessional place. Don't waste your time or money at this place. HORRIABLE

Absolutely screw this McDonald's. I had someone almost run me off the road to get to their ubereats order pick-up. Twice they acted like they were going to do something and twice they lied. They don't care about their Uber drivers. We should take them off honestly. They don't deserve delivery. Let door dash deal with their trash. Disgusting people, disgusting atmosphere, disgusting customer service. There is another McDonalds write down dulce less than 10 minutes. The food is better, the people are nicer, the service is better. Two totally different experiences between the two. Don't waste your time with the one in glassboro. Besides that their service sucks they don't care if you feel safe.

I paid for extra sauce and didn't get any. The mcflurry wasn't even stirred at all, it was just a cup of ice cream with a pile of M&M's on top. They really need to get it together

I like this particular location of McDonald's. The staff is friendly they have occasionally messed up in order but less than any other location and they're always courteous. It is a little slower sometimes service-wise but not bad and I rather I'm take a few extra minutes slower and not mess up my order then rush it and mess it up.

Waited about 40 minutes in drive thru. Should have just left but already placed order. The line didn’t move once for 20 minutes, why !? The fries weren’t good. Rest of food was ok. We could have went to a diner and got served quicker.

Other than being clean, there is no other reason to sit inside this restaurant and eat. It use to be when I work for McDonald's food was expected be hot when dining in, even drive thru fries where supposed to be hot. I order thru the app and sat inside. Food came to the table lukewarm at best. Nuggets and fries so cold kids didn't even finish 😩

I have been coming to the store since my now-college kid was a toddler, and it's one of the places I frequently get drive-thru breakfast since the pandemic started just to have some human contact. Consistently good food and good service in the morning. Very busy during peak times. I sometimes DoorDash a bunch of sausage burritos and freeze them to heat up in the mornings. Egg McMuffins are a good lower calorie breakfast option. Update Oct 2022: This location is super busy and I pull out of line more than half the time. I have waited 20 mins for an order to have it be incorrect. I'm getting meals or snacks later in the day, so this isn't the morning crew.

Food was cold wasn't put together or wrapped correctly. I was asked to reverse in the drive through just to repeat my order number at the first window. All the employees seemed high and confused and I was the only customer

So boo McDona ds, fix your sign, but always check the bags, so before I pull away I try to always check the bag, I didnt see my 10 piece nuggets, wad told it's in the bag. I bought the buy 1 get 1 for a dollar, well 1 10 price was missing. So while getting that I tasted a French fry and they were at best just a bit warm. Oh NO NO NO if I'm to pay $4.79 for large fries (that's crazy, but anyway) I want hot fries. I was told to pull up to the 3rd window. Where did the days go were you can order food and actually get juicy burgers that require napkins and French fries that should be steaming hot.

The order was accurate and the drive thru moved fairly quickly. I can’t complain. Compared to other locations, these employees were very efficient.

Staff was very helpful. We both ordered & ate inside, & I ordered a large sweet tea w/lemon. They brought my drink, sincerely apologizing because "we're out of lemon." I accepted it, saying "I can live w/out it." The rest of our party's orders were fine & we seated ourselves. Then, here comes our sweet little counter serving girl w/a baggie containing a whole lemon, cut in wedges!! She purposely dug me out a lemon & prepped it just for me! Now THAT is some sweet service!!

This is the third time in a row my food shows up like this. This place seems to exclusively hire people with next to no IQ. One of the worst McDonald’s you can hope to find. Don’t let the area fool you there are better run stores in Camden.

We buy Sunday and Mac floury and the cups is kind of empty and I talk to the guy in the window I try to make it funny and I told him you guys short of ice cream today and he said no it’s full and I told him no it’s not you can’t serve it like this and his answer is ( no I can ) !!!

The food itself was a letdown. Grease-soaked fries and a burger that looked like it had been assembled by a toddler – that's what I paid for. The taste was equally underwhelming; it's as if they specialize in creating blandness. The cleanliness of the place was questionable at best. Tables were sticky, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you're worried about catching a disease from the dining area. This fast-food joint needs a serious overhaul in both service and quality. Save yourself the disappointment and opt for literally any other place. One star is a charitable rating considering the lack of effort put into this fast-food disaster.
