This was my 1st time trying Jimmy John's for a pre prom gathering, now it makes me wonder, why did I always ride past them ignoring the free smells??? The sandwiches were great & a big hit! The customer service was great & they even threw in some cookies for our big order. I will definitely be back.

Very well maintained during Covid times. Staff are kind and welcoming. Miss the wheat loaf though. Generally available options are Drive-thru,Dine-in inside and outside, delivery. Lot of parking. Restrooms are decent. Right on the main road. It is 30 mins far from my place but worth going. The quality and taste of the sandwiches are very good as usual. Our fav are pickled cucumber and mayonnaise in the sandwiches. The lettuce was sliced very very beautifully thin. Will keep going of more and more as we fell in love with this place.

Well from the reviews and pictures I've seen... I must ask where is the meat? Pictures below are the type of Subs I'm use too. I was happy to see we had a Jimmy John but not now after seeing the pictures and reading the reviews. I'll stick to my places. Vic's Subs and Jersey Mikes...

Whoever owns this place is a total cheapass. Used to be better. Regular sandwiches have now been downgraded to the small slim form factor that you would normally pay much less for at other locations. Not to mention you have to specifically ask for napkins and straws etc as the employees have been instructed to not include these if you don't ask for them. Will not be coming back here as they nickel and dime you every chance they get. I recommend going to other locations or to the crowns fried across the street (get the chicken over rice it's amazing).

I got the Little John's Turkey Tom and a medium Dr. Pepper. The crew is super nice all the time and are very welcoming. I love their bread.

I tried the new barbecue chicken and it was delicious! Also love the pickle chips.

Great customer service, the staff here is always friendly and upbeat. This is the J.J.BLT. Who doesn't love a BLT?

I was waiting for my food in the drive thru for over 15 minutes today around 1:15 today on 2/11/2023. They used to be very fast. I was not given and explanation or apologies. Very disappointed. It also smelled like a rotten dumpster inside.

There is absolutely no reason for the staff at a hoagie drive-thru chain to be as professional and friendly as they are. It's a really awesome thing. Oh, and yeah, the hoagies slap. Leagues ahead of Wawa.

Worst sandwich that I’ve had in a lonnnng time. I made conscious decision to leave the Wawa down the street and to come here after looking over their menu and finding nothing that I really wanted at Wawa. I was excited to see that JJ’s had a version of a Cubano on their menu. THEN I received this pictured here! It’s like some one threw a slice of meat and a slice of cheese on an Olive Garden breadstick?! Definitely NOT going back.

Used to be my favorite go-to for a quick bite while I worked. Unfortunately I haul a small trailer for my job and they added a clearance so now I cannot do the drive thru that I LOVED. So disappointing and unnecessary.

My employer is in Mullica Hill and I was looking for a good sandwich to break up the monotony of going to only Wawa. I have had delivery from you twice and just wanted to say that the food, especially the rolls, are phenomenal! I also wasn't sure if the addition of a pickle was ON the sandwich or what, but when it came extra, as an entire pickle on the side, that was awesome too. Just wanted to send a positive experience.

i love this location, the employees are always super friendly and funny, always all smiles when we come to pick up our food! Kevin (not sure if he’s the owner or the manager) is a very sweet guy too! i would die for these people

My first visit to Jimmy John's was such a success, I will definitely be back. I walked in to get Take Out. I was greeted by the friendly crew, and told them that it was my first time so I would probably need some time to check out the menu. They asked what I liked, and they pointed me in the direction of a few signature sandwiches. I selected 2 different sandwiches. The guys explained what came on the sandwiches I selected and helped me add the toppings I wanted. They were very helpful and professional, and I could tell they thrived on team work! I used the facilities while I was there and the bathroom is clean and well stocked. When I got home to eat my sandwiches, they were perfect. Everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you. I will be back.

Awesome staff. Awesome food. Just stop asking me if I want a large soda or not. I know they are the same price but I ordered/asked for a medium.

I have always liked Jimmy Johns. I also tried their unwich at this location and they did an amazing job. Keep up the amazing work!

Always a great sandwich! But asked for a side of vinegar, with 20 gallons behind him and he told me he had known, Customer service at the best

Very disappointed in my Club Lulu combo. I had customized it to be cut in half (it wasnt), the tomatoes and sliced pickle were skimped on (only 2 pieces each), and the salami that I added was definitely not worth the extra price for it. If I'm going to get a $20 (tip included) combo with a cookie, it needs to be worth the $20. Dont start being as bad a subway when it comes to skimpy sandwiches.

They always get my order right and are so fast. I absolutely love Jimmy John’s.

If you want a basic sandwich in a hurry you might as well just come here, sandwiches are pretty good. Nothing negative about it, not perfect but it will get the job done nicely.

This is a #4? This looks like the same garbage you get from Subway. Looks NOTHING like the website...not even a little bit. Will NOT be getting another sandwich from here again.

Y’all I literally go to Jimmy John’s at least twice a week. As a Rowan student, I don’t understand how there isn’t always a line out the door. I never get tired of it, the quality is always beyond perfect every time. The staff is friendly and warm, and the restaurant is always spotless. Now that there’s ice cream, too, I’m hoping this place gets all the love it deserves. My only complaint is that I am now addicted to Jimmy John’s and there isn’t one near where I live outside of school.

My wife and stopped in for sandwiches to give it a try. Worst sandwiches we both ever had!!! Little to no meat on both sandwiches. The bread is absolutely horrible. Very bland and way overpriced. You can can a better hoagies at Wawa...with way more meat. This place is great at marketing.... awful at making sandwiches. I actually feel ripped off!!!!
