Very rude! I called to inform staff that grease from the fries leaked from the bottom on to my pants. The managers response was “Well what do you want me to do it’s just smash sauce and that I have the problem, then I should have the solution.” I just wanted a new meal or my cash back, but was given attitude. This is clearly grease from the fries.

Honestly upset to even have to say this. I’ve watched this place go downhill so hard. Me & my family love smash burger, but the people that are running it now just DO NOT CARE. From the truffle burger being dry with no truffle sauce, to the smash tots literally dripping in grease, to the fact that I had to ask for my drink cup 4 times and was given attitude for it. Asked for blue cheese with my wings and didn’t get it. I truly hate to see this place fall apart like this but I definitely will not be going back

Taking 35minutes to make a burger that was over cooked either cold onion rings and a milkshake that was mostly milk and not mixed well. Don't recommend as it really wasn't even busy and still waited 35 minutes for a burger place to make a burger. McDonald's has better services and product at a lower cost.

The food was good but it's always covered in oil and grease. There was a puddle of oil at the bottom of the tator tots I couldn't finish it was nasty. I took them out to show how much oil there was. Not worth the price anymore.

Haven't been here in about 6 months and it did not disappoint. Got the double Colorado Burger with added Haystack Onions. Wow did it hit the spot. The tots were good, but as the other patron said they sometimes over oil them when tossing with the herbs. We'll be back and I'll try the chicken wings next time. 4/5. $40+ for 2 Doubles, fries, tots and milkshake was def a shock but not surprised these days.

Smashing flavor! Yummy so worth spoiling yourself. The service here is professional and courteous.

Paid $20 for a burnt to a crisp burger and some soaking wet mushy tots. The worker was respectful.

This Smashburger gets a little busy at times but the service is good burgers even better they never miss just look at the picture lol

Service and food was good. Available tables were vlean. Milkshake seemed to melt quickly. No wait to order and seemed like a lot of staff, but tables were slow to be cleared when customers left.

Not a good trip.....extra long wait for takeout and when home the burger was a complete mess and not what I ordered. Everything was nearly off the bun but wrapped tight. Haven't been here in a while in glassboro store, might try another store before I finalize any opinions. Usually a good place, but just not this time.

I've never had a bad burger here. Service seems to be slower lately, even when there isn't a big line.

The food itself wasn’t the problem, it was the fact that they burned both my burger and my sweet potato fries that was the problem. If it was cooked better it would’ve been much better. That being said this was the first time I tried the sweet potato fries and they were good. The service was also good. I will return here again.

Good burgers fries were cold Staff looked like I was bugging her by making her do her job! Gluten free bun up charge $2.00 really? So do I get the other bun that they were already charging me for? And look how delicious this sandwich looks

First and last time here. I asked for a bun less burger (low carb lifestyle). They threw it in a box with the cheese melted to the box upside down. Over $7 junkie burger. So disappointed. They only got 2 stars because the ketchup tasted good. Fast food has gone way downhill.

The price is reasonable, the food tastes good, but too greasy and the service attitude is very good

Burgers were really good, the Brussel Sprouts were awesome and crispy. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

I had written out a compete, fact filled review on this and it vanished. So I'm just gonna say food is not great, certainly not considering how over priced it all is. This store seems to be run by teenagers in a very obvious way. The weirdest thing? They don't have trash cans.

Wow got the standard smash burger and the Colorado burger w haystack onions and chicken mayo on it. Sooo much flavor, especially the Colorado burger! Every bite was just an explosion of flavor. The peppers are a little spicy which gives it a nice kick. Awesome tasting. Great quality. Just tried five guys the other day and smashburger blows them (and shake shack too imo) out of the water! The smash fries could use a little more seasoning but they tasted good and fresh. Got a chocolate milkshake w oreo bits and I could hardly stop myself from drinking it all

Not very good, not enough French fries, they are just like McDonald’s fries. The burger was dry and crispy. The only flavor was from the condiments. The milkshake tastes like melted soft serve ice milk.

It's a nice place to stop by and grab a bite. Greatest part is, they show the calories pet item for a healthier approach! Wheelchair access is available and parking is no problem as it is a unit connected to a few other companies.

The place is clean and has fast service. We had only 2 single smashbergers, no sides or drinks. They immediately brought it to our table and they were delicious right down to an excellent bun. Was able to bring my own drinks in and chow down. Only 4 stars due to paying $18.52 with tax.

I was hanging out with family and had an amazing time at Smash Burger. The food was hot, the lady at the register provided great customer service and the gentlemen who brought our food to us was truly a blessing. Great staff who was curtious, professional, and friendly! Thank you

Ordered take out. They forgot my fries, fortunately I checked before I left. No big deal but when I got home my burger was not good. All the pickles lettuce and tomato was only on one side of the burger. My burger was half hanging out of the bun. There was barely any ketchup or smash sauce. It looked like my whole order was sloppily thrown together and stuffed in a bag, then not double checked. Prices were reasonable but the employees need to do a better job making the food.
