Place was empty and I see why. Orders two paninis.both came with bacon. Only ONE Slice on each Sammy. They took over 25 mins to complete the order. Never coming back.

The food is amazing, really good quality. The two workers Alexa and MJ are always polite and get to me right away. I eat the wild ocean every single time I go there and Alumni grill gives me a great place to eat in between class and get work done. The decoration and theme of the place is great and provides a really unique feel to Rowan students on the Glassboro campus. The Spotify playlist could use some work. Overall 9/10 food and good service with a nice place to do work.

Been wanting to try this place. Got the Jekyll and Hyde sandwich with garlic parm mozz sticks. While the ingredients were good, the sandwich was very skimpy, had little to no bacon, and had 2 inches of empty roll at each end of the sandwich. The mozzarella sticks appeared to have been cooked long before the sandwich as they were cold with hard cheese. Not my kind of place

The quality of this place has plummeted since I first started eating here. At first the food was amazing and it was my favorite place to eat on campus, but now it doesn’t even feel like the same place. The burgers are dry and the fries don’t feel the same anymore. I was also disgusted by some of most recent discoveries which would be that my potato wedges were not cleaned properly with dirt on them and a hair that was clearly far longer than my own so it could not have been mine. Please do something about this. Until an improvement has actually been made, I won’t be returning for another meal.

If I could give 0 stars I would I used to eat here all the time but I will never order here again I just ordered myself a chicken wrap with a side of bbq sauce and when I got my order my bbq sauce had mold all in it I got so disgusted from it I won’t ever come back and there’s nothing to convince me other wise

I really wanted to love this place, but they refuse to accept my coupon from the entertainment coupon app that I pay for every year. My family and I wanted to try this place bad but the guy basically accused me of fraud and told me my coupon was fake. Check the entertainment coupon app which is legit, I've used this app at hundreds of places and have never had a problem using a coupon.

Man at the counter had a terrible attitude both on the phone and in person. Food not great either, both fries and chicken super unseasoned. I Used to really like this place, it’s gone downhill in the last year

I have been getting Alumni Grill for a bit and always thought it was great. The price has always been an issue but found I have found a way around it. My main issue and the reason that I am writing this review is because of the quality of food lately. I ordered a chicken sandwich through GrubHub and I was told 20-30 minutes and was never updated on the completion of my order. I am not sure if it was a GrubHub issue or something from Alumni Grill’s end. But something that most certainly their fault was that the chicken was raw. It was near the end of closing so I am assuming that they wanted to get out of there and just threw this in a box. This is a shame because I was raving about this place to the person I got the chicken sandwich for.

It was an embarrassingly long wait just for mozzarella sticks, with many people also waiting 15+ minutes for an order. Also a couple of people seemed to be handed the wrong orders. High prices and long waits.

I’m sitting in Alumni Grill right now and I just finished The Jock Panini and boy am I satisfied. My friend got Mozzarella w/ marinara and when he was done he still had some marinara left so I asked if I can have it. I dipped the Jock Panini in the marinara… Speechless is what I am. UPDATE: I told my other friend about The Jock Panini and it took him 6 bites just to put it down. His words “Scumches”

Menu seems great but food was not good my burger was dry and fry’s were soggy people working were cursing I did not have a good experience

Food is great here but the dude working the counter with short dreads needs an attitude check. Barely treated us like humans. Get a life.

Alumni Grill has been a very reliable source of a good meal for me during most of my time at Rowan. If I forgot to cook or go shopping, I can always go to Alumni with the guarantee that my meal will be better than whatever I was going to make at home. It's also comfort food for my girlfriend, who enjoys the food more than almost anything else after a long day. Her go-to order is the Bacon Avocado Burger, while mine is the Jekyll and Hyde sandwich. Both options are very good, as are most things on the menu. My girlfriend absolutely loves the fries and I love the sauce that comes with them. Not only is Alumni Grill a great place to go out with friends or to take out for a night in, but it's great for when parents visit at school. The quality of the food has never been anything less than spectacular and the prices are very reasonable. The amount of food given is enough to leave you completely full after eating, so you'll never leave disappointed.

They got rid of all Gluten free options. You can get a grilled chicken salad with no guarantee on the GF dressing for $18. Seriously?

Burgers were good but the sweet potato fries were awesome!

Went up to the counter to order and the cashier didn’t say a single word or greeting, and then took my order in complete silence. I should have turned and walked back out. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

This is the perfect winter Cheesesteak for me. I love thick creamy soups in bread bowls in the winter. This cheesesteak had the texture of a thick creamy soup in a bread bowl. This warmed my heart. I got the Jekyll & Hyde cheesesteak. Reading directly from the menu; 1/2 Beef & 1/2 Chicken steak with Applewood Smoked Bacon, provolone cheese and our special Jekyll sauce. This was rich. This was creamy. This was flavor. The best thing about Alumni Grill, I can go to their location in Glassboro in the summer when the students are off and then I can go to their location and Rio Grande in the winter when the shobees aren't around. Alumni Grill isn't traditional and that's why I love it.

Awesome menu, and good gluten free options. Atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. I got the bacon cheeseburger on a gluten free bun, and the other one is the “principal panini”.

the menu is really easy to read and has the widest variety of options in a place like this i’ve seen in a long time. the spicy fries are spicy, so if you’re not into that get something with a little less kick. the homemade jalapeño sauce that comes with them is smooth and tasty and adds more spice to it. i got the wild ocean wrap which had a lot of melt-in-your-mouth action which was just delicious. definitely recommend this place.

Now don’t get me wrong. The food is good. But this is my third time coming here and it’s been consistently small portions for hella money. I’ve come twice for lunch and once for dinner. One time I got a chicken sandwich and garlic parm fries. There was more coleslaw than chicken and the fries did not even fill halfway up the box. I tried a sub the next time, same results. My 13th reason was the Buffalo chicken salad w/ a side of fries. Please tell me why they cut up a chicken strip and had the nerve to say it’s a >>>Chicken<<< salad. Yes, I understand it’s a salad. But why am I paying $21 for it? Make it make sense. And then the fries were lukewarm. Like y’all come on. Anyways, it’s good but unless you got $$ to throw away, I wouldn’t recommend as a go-to spot.
